Empty shelves before Thanksgiving, not nice! Went shopping for my staff to get them in the holiday seasons spirit! Be blessed.

I give 3 stars because they usually have a huge selection, but customer service needs some serious improvement.

Almost no price is accurate in the water and soda isle. I was charged a dollar more than the price advertised above the item I wanted to purchase. When I brought up that the price wasnt the same as what was advertised directly above the item, I was basically told if it rung up as that price, thats the price you pay. Falsely advertised!!!!! The employees need to do their job and post the CORRECT price!!!Also, the speedy checkout would be more speedy if they didnt allow people with entire carts full to check out in them.

I really enjoy this park. I am a dog sitter in the area and love to bring some of my best clients out to this park. Its large grass lots with 3 separate areas for comfort and separatingwhen necessary. The people are great and you can do large, small, and mix them up when you have a fun combination of both. Plenty of shade and sitting room for all guests. And water fountains for you and your pups.

I love love love that Store. I love the Store Manager Duane. He is cool as hell.. There is allot of hard workers, and some that are not. The store is clean and although its a super center its not as big as the others. . That is a good thing!!. . Come in and see., I work here.

We found mostly everything I was looking for except for pool noodles. I love browsing the isles to see what catches my eye. Today I found a few goodies in the clearance section.

Even though walmart almost is almost a guarantee to have what I am looking for. I would rather go else where and pay a little more. Here lately I find myself wandering around one of their establishments where ever I am lol. I wish they would I know beef is expensive nowadays but I would love to see some big meaty beef ribs and cheaper st Louis cut pork ribs. That is one thing I can say about walmart is that that have a pretty good selection of meat thw quality isnt that bad either. I am usually looking to buy the biggeat, cheapest full packer I can find. Would I recommend so.eone to go there, 🤔 depends on their needs.

By far the cleanest Super Walmart EVER!! more parking then ever. Well lit. Clean carts. All safety covid protocols in place. Tons of register and self checkouts. Staff is always happy and helpful.. Most shelfs are always full. Great bakery and Meats department. Fresh hot food available. Just a over all sense of security when u shop at this one. This one I highly recommend no matter how far the drive is.

The kids bicycle selections were great. They had multiple helmet options. The store was clean and we actually had 2 walmart employees try to assist us. That never happens!

It was an easy in easy out visit. I made a return and then purchased a few things. The meat section seemed fairly empty. Is there a national shortage? Where’s the beef?

I always have fun going into Walmart. I never go without a list and calculator tho. And I never leave without spending less than $50!! This visit was much of the same. Even got through Scan & Go checkout expeditiously!

Items are super easy to find. With the exception when corporate decides to switch things up. But honestly 9 times out of 10 I choose this as my main walmart.Produce always seems fresh, great managers deals on meat.Love the clearance on the rest of the items too.

As an employee at a nearby store, it was incredibly irritating to see 2 cashiers with 10 people deep, self checkout open with card only, and 6 employees standing around chatting at customer service. The CSM Kayla was super nice and had a great attitude despite the busyness.

Mask up. Its for everyone. Get in, get out. Its that simple. This one has faster lines than usual Everytime Ive gone.

This store has an employee named, Mike. I usually see Mike around sporting goods and hardware. Hes always so friendly and helpful. I know hes been at this location for a while too. He seems to remember people. I just wanted to thank Mike for being so kind and helpful always. Mike is one of those people that make a store good. I feel comfortable and at ease when Im in hardware or sporting good because I know I usually need help and hes always around to help me and be kind. Walmart made a great choice when they hired him. Thanks Mike.

They have good customer service. I suggestion a better way to do the electronics department.

Its kinda a trashy Walmart. Like my expectations are low, but they still managed to not meet them. Staff wasnt friendly, and many of the items I was looking for they didnt have in stock.

I needed to buy a battery for My truck but couldnt find anyone who worked in the automotive department. An employee who didnt work that department overheard Me asking and said that he would help Me if he could. He managed to get the battery I needed and explained to Me that I needed to go through customer service because I had the core with Me. I wish ALL of your employees were like that.

Good experience. Wasnt over crowded. So the few cashiers were able to handle the crowd without to much delay. So many cash registers and only 3 cashiers. Today wasnt bad so 5 stars.

Buyers beware: On my last visit I didnt buy as much as I normally do so it was real noticeable that after examining my receipt I noticed I was over charged for 5 items. Ive noticed it before but didnt see it till I got home and was not enough to justify gas and time verses the amount I would get back. I did this time go straight to customer service for my refund. They didnt even question my complaint. Its as if they know what their doing. What a racket. Can you imagine how much they are taking in of all the thousands of customer who dont notice or like me dont go back cause its not worth it. All Im saying is Im going to take a photo of shelf tag so I dont have to argue with cashier that says thats what it rings up as. Ive noticed many shelf labels that dont show the actual price they charge at register. I have even brought it to their attention and when I Come back to shop another day, nothing has been done. Prices are still wrong, and cashiers wont honor the shelf price only what computer shows. So you have to go to service desk or just dont buy it. I like shopping at this Walmart its close to me. Maybe its only this one Ill shop somewhere else

In terms of Walmarts, this is one of the best. Not dirty, very nice employees, and theyre all helpful. We recently moved to the area so they have been a big help.

Yesterday evening 7PM we spent 30 minutes standing and waiting for Walmart associate. The photo department had a sign stating they are opened until 8PM and to push the button for assistance. After 15 min of standing and getting no help, I dialed Walmart from my phone... after another 15 min the called dropped. In the end, manager David showed up, stating the Photo department is closed.Really bad customer service, no information. I understand there is shortage in employees, but its not that hard to put a sign so people dont waste their time and wait. The employee who called the manager and the manager him self treated us with indifference. But all we asked, was to inform the customers promptly so they dont waste time for nothing!

I had never been in this store. It wasnt too crowded. I very easily found everything I was looking for. The staff were nice and polite. Engaging even. Nice visit.

Dont buy the Mainstays $49 Microwave, it had a bad bottom #2 right out of the box!

Its not ghetto or full of tweakers outside fancy has all products in stock like the website says definitely go back for me.

This photo dept is the worst. Period. I regret coming in this building. Their employee, Sedeer is the worst human that I have encountered. He deserves to not have a job. Maybe getting carts. I despise bad customer service and horrible people. I will not be back and I will for sure reach out to the dm with this.

You know when you tell a cashier to save a bag and just put it all in one it doesnt mean take one bag and put it it the other. Do you train you people to waste so much material, or do they have a quota if how much plastic waste they have to create every shift.

I always order PICK-UP. Better than last time, still slow delivery due to minimal staff for amount of business.

Nothing special, not the best selection or quality in comparison to other locations. Youll never find an available employee for assistance, but Walmart has always been that way so you just learn your way around over time. Theyre still the best when it comes to reliably having something close to whatever I need.

Its not even the maintenance, besides being understaffed, its the front office. They ignore calls, dont keep in touch with their crew, and just all around terrible.. Weve had so many bad experiences just within a couple of months living here and they never responded unless weeks later.

They had everything we needed and more. Clean store and friendly help. Only reason they get a star deduction is because halfway through our visit the grocery area filled with smoke and smelled like burning fireworks with no explanation. Gave us a headache, but I understand that likely isnt the stores fault

Worst Walmart store i have been here in the Valley.Shame on the store manager and ALL the assisting managers for allowing this store to get this bad. They all should be FIRED! Someone from the corporate office should come in and take a look.Many shelves are empty and need to be restocked. The store just is a mess. SERIOUSLY, I am a Walmart shopper and I have NEVERRRR experienced this before in other locations.I will NEVERRRR return to this location again and neither should you.

Pretty busy but got in and out pretty fast.

I have been to a lot of different walmarts. This one has to be one of the worst because the shelves are always empty. They never have anything. I am not sure what the problem is but I pray the can correct it. They also removed the bike racks outside the store for some reason. So you have no where to lock up your bicycles. Since we live a few blocks away we like to ride our rides.

Looks might be deceiving... 😬 This Walmart store may look like one of the bigger ones, but be prepared that a slightly smaller range of stock is carried than on a regular large Walmart. The garden center seems to be winding down, with not much more than last of the patio furniture remaining. Plenty of registers open, but be prepared for a long-ish wait times, as people tend to have large purchases.

The store was clean, well stocked and the Intelligent shoppers + all workers wore Masks inside of store!! I will return as I had stopped going to this particular Walmart during the height of Covid here in AZ.

One of their pharmacists, Anthony, was absolutely amazing today and really helped me out in transferring over a first time script for me. Walmart is lucky to have him on their team! They have a good pharmacy department.

I dont know why I keep going back to Walmart. Its always super dirty outside and the last few times the police were there arresting someone. Not the best environment.

Hated it as always, only go because they have 2 items WinCo does not carry. They were out of carts as 5 employees stood there talking. 3 with yellow vests on. Few cashiers, and the ones they did have had lines out the wazoo. Hate it every time I go.

Had no issue on this trip into Wally world. Didnt have long lines and found everything that was needed.

Went to get my glasses fixed. My 4th attempt.

I went to the pharmacy here. Of course I ended shopping for a bit 🙃 my husband was kicking cause I have the oooooo factor lol 😆 Well any who, I came too find some information about my medications and my son. ALI was a huge help. Thank you so much for the information and help. I was really freaking out about one of my medication. He was able to transfer the main one and my others also. I wont be back too El Paso just yet due to us moving too Glendale Az. Thank thank you bunches Ali you have no Idea.

I had to ask for help finding 3 different items and everytime I asked an associate they were pleasant and directed me where I needed to go. Only reason I gave it four stars was I did a self-checkout and the associate there was super slow at cleaning each register and getting to me when I needed help.

No carts, no wheelchairs, no scooters at the door. Staff unwilling to check other doors for them. List something in the store. Called the store. Woman who answered was very rude. I was on hold 8 minutes times 2, 20 minutes once. By the time I drove there and waited in line at customer service I was still on hold. The gentleman shower me that the extension was not ringing. Who knows what number she transferred me to.That kid in Customer service and the one Pharmacist were the only decent, friendly staff I encountered on either visit to the store that day.I will not return there. I was not treated as a human being, let alone as a valued customer.

Walmart didnt have the items that we needed. Cashier was really good and alert. He was very friendly n courtesies.

Employees are rude and not at all helpful. They do not even say hello when you say hi to them. I approached the girl by the fitting room and said excuse me with no response. I said excuse me again and she turned around looking at me like I was interrupting an important conversation...no one else was near. I said hello and she didnt say hello back. I asked her the location of a product and she waved her hands about and said over there the product I was looking for was not in that direction. I left the items I was going to purchase and left the store. I understand working with the public is not fun but when a customer is being nice the worker should respond accordingly. This is not the first time an employee has been nasty here so I guess its time to shop elsewhere.

If you are handicapped know that there are more pickup spots for people that order then there are for handicapped. Well Im spending 15 to 20 minutes for a handicap spot cuz youre unable to walk much further than that and do your grocery shopping

I guess having to do self checkout is the norm. Only two lines open and one was for fewer than 10 items with 7 people waiting.

Its just Walmart never can find anything and no one knows where it can be found that works there.

This place is a dump, and calling it a dump is charitable. To say that it is poorly managed is also charitable. Avoid if at all possible.

Its Walmart, so they are always busy, but pretty much have everything you are looking for. Curb side pick up is the way to go! Order online, park in a numbered spot, call the number and tell them what spot youre in and they load it for you!
