I usually don’t write reviews, but in this case, I felt the need to do it. I brought my aunt to Connect Hearing and both Susie and Carlos were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us out with my aunt’s hearing aids. I’m pleased with the service we received and can’t wait to come back to get the aids.

Susie was great! She was very attentive and sensitive to my needs in regards ti my hearing loss that I have lived with for so many years. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is suffering from hearing loss! Will back again!

Susie and Carlos are our HEROS!!! They were able to get my mom the hearing aids at no cost through her insurance. They scheduled us as soon as they had an opening in their office. Thank you! They worked hard on getting the authorization when other offices/companies could not.

They took care of business! They tested my hearing and just like I thought theres room for improvement when it came to my hearing! They took a look inside my ears and saw that theres a lot of wax in my ears that was packed up! They told me to have someone, i.e., a nurse or some professional help with that! I decided to buy a device that vacuums the wax out of my ears and see a professional! Best decision Ive ever made to see them and take their advice!

My experience with Connect Hearing and Susie Grafman was and has been very good. Susie is not only extremely helpful and courteous she is incredibly professional and knowledgeable.The difference in my hearing is like night and day. When I put them on in the morning I hear the volume go up and in the evening when I take them the world is quieter. There were some issues with the hearing aids that Susie has addressed and adjusted.Having hearing isn’t a cure for hearing loss and it is taking some adjustment. My mind is still prioritizing sounds.The app that comes with the hearing aids not only controls them with my phone but provides communication with Susie. I can tell her about my concerns and set up virtual contact and she can make corrections in the comfort of my home. Susie has assured me that I can reach out to her at anytime and that she will get back to me as soon as possible and she does respond in a timely manner.One more plus is connecting to my phone and using the hearing aids as Bluetooth earbuds to speak on my cell phone and for duets on TikTok.

Susan was terrific. She took the time to listen to why I was there and didn’t just assume that she knew why was wrong. She was very professional through the whole process.While I didn’t have a severe issue, she thought that she may be able to help me. She let me try something for two weeks to see if it helped. Even though it didn’t make a marked difference, I wouldn’t have had any other way to find out.There was no “selling” of any kind. Just genuine help. I will definitely be going back once a year to get checked.

The staff was very professional every one was very kind. I would have like to go a bit slower and communicate with us a bit better, because I would have like to discuss if we had other options as far as equipment and prices. I felt a bit pressure and confuse at times. But the end result was amazing, my father is very happy and he can now hear so much better and join in the conversations.

The ladies at Connect Hearing Glendale are so nice to my grandma, they treat us like family. Susie (Grafman) is terrific. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding her versatile product line and she could certainly find the right product for you. The offices are nice, easy parking just behind the building (90 minutes free) and just a few steps down a tree lined walkway to the front door of the building. I would recommend checking out the product line that she has to offer.

Very greatful experience. Went to the Connect Hearing Office in Glendale on Brand with my dad to get his hearing test and his hearing aids checked. Susie Grafman and her assistant are so wonderful and helpful. I recommend these wonderful people and their equipment. Susie does a wonderful job explaining the importance of being able to hear and how it affects us. My 85 year old dad had been having issues with his hearing for the past 3 years and his old hearing aids were not helping out anymore. He got his old pair back in 2007 and they finally gave out this year before going on a long vacation. Didnt know what to do so I bought him what supposively was a hearing aid from a tv commercial that he had seen. That hearing aid was not a hearing aid but an amplifier. My dad had issues with the amplifier and couldnt get it adjusted and it was too sensitive to loud noises. I saw him get so frustrated that he took the equipment out of his ear and threw it across the room. I felt so hopeless not being able to do something for him and for getting him that cheap amplifier. I have seen videos of children hearing for the first time and the parents crying. Well let me tell you thats how I was when Susie Grafman came through with her word. My fathers reaction was priceless and I broke down to tears. Susie said she would have him hearing by Thanksgiving and she did. Thank you so much Susie for being so patient, detailed, understanding and helpful with everything. We couldnt of gone to a better place. You have helped my dad hear and get back to our social functions with no problems. This tuely was a great Thanksgiving and Christmas gift.

Ruby D........ I had curbside service that worked well. I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. Someone came and took the equipment back up to the office, checked it, and returned it after it was serviced. However, I needed more instructions as how to avoid the problem in the future.
