Dr. Woods is GREAT! Makes you feel comfortable and explains everythig in detail that you can understand. He has a great sense of humor. Office staff is incredibly friendly!

I had wax build up and my Equilibrium was really off to where it was making me sick to my stomach. Found out it was wax build up in my ear. Causing my issues and . The short staff was understanding because of Covid19. My appointment was for 4pm, but they worked hard to get us all through quickly. I called and they were able to get me in the next business day.Dr. Homan Mostafavi was absolutely thorough in getting my problem taken care of quickly checking several other issues I may have later in life. Also gave some tips to keep from happening again. I will definitely recommend Enticare to others. What Great job to the doctors and staff. The experience was made flawless and I left being able to hear again. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

This is the worst office I have ever been to. The RN was defensive & rude, she didnt even look at my chart. She ordered imaging for my jaw & the Front Office was informed by me 5x that this certain Imaging Facility was not on my plan-I was totally ignored. I left 4 voicemails giving the name & number of an imaging facility that my medical plan was under-again no answer. The RN gave me a Prescription that was supposed to be called in, I again left voicemails with the Pharmacys phone number, no response. It is unbelievable how I was treated & how they stay in business!!!! They apparently do not care!

Horrible. Cant call the office directly, not even other providers who didnt receive orders for tests. They dont send out orders for tests. They dont add you to their schedule for follow up. If youre goal is to get healthy in a timely manner, avoid this location.

I have never had such a poor experience with a doctors office. To say that they are unorganized is the understatement of the year!!! Beware! go to another facility. First red flag, I had to chase them around to get an appointment, not once but two times and chase them around to get the testing scheduled, and chase them around for results, and again for results. This went on for months!!!They started that I should not use my insurance and I should just pay cash, it would be cheaper. I did pay them cash and then low and behold I received another bill from them for what my insurance company did not cover. I cannot believe them.This has went on for months and months!!! I am so ticked off at them, this has cost me so much time and money. I cannot believe this experience, I just wish i would have went somewhere else, its so disappointing. I talked with the management and they acted super shocked, like this stuff never happens. I even showed up to an office and no one was in the building for an appointment, no one, i waited for half hour and then called the office phone number on the front door and it rang and rang and someone at the Chandler office finally picked up. The Chandler office was like no one is in the building? They called and called while i was on hold, they told me to just leave. I was like should I lock up for you guys? This was the second red flag that I should have went somewhere else. I read other reviews just like my experience - you should read them! This place is not where you should go spend your money, they dont care about you!

The front office is so unprofessional! Lady upfront scheduled me for an appointment at 330 pm today. I arrived to find out that the Lady that scheduled the appointment didnt put it on the system due to system issues so they say. On top of that, they dont have my daughters CT results ready which is why we are here. Since they didnt put her in the system, we are now having to wait in the car until whenever. Its going on 50 minutes now. This is such an inconvenience! I had to take off work early only to sit here and wait. And to add salt to injury, yesterday when I came they had the nerve to tell me I shouldnt of come in because my daughter didnt get her CT done. Ist off.... I thought yesterdays appointment was for that. 2nd off....How am I suppose to get her CT done when I was never told when or where? 3rd off....no one has time for this!! Get your front office together Enticare!!!! Now its 435 and we are still waiting. I guess the good part is that we made it into the lobby to sit some more. I am highly upset! The longer I wait the more I write.........

Have had very good experiences. You do wait a little to be seen, but I feel like the staff spends as much time with you as needed. Dr. Mostafavi has been very attentive, friendly, and caring. I would recommend this practice to family and friends.

This is the most unprofessional establishment Ive seen in quite sometime. No one at office when they say they will be. My daughter tried to return sleep study machine as instructed but there was no one in the office. She called and spoke with someone who identified herself as the director. She told her to come back the next morning and there would be someone at the office. She did and there wasnt anyone there again. She called and spoke to the same person again who said she really thought someone would be there but she guessed that was incorrect. My daughter was told to come back at 7:30 on Friday and Josh would be there. She did and he wasnt. She called and spoke to a different person who also identified herself as the director who said Josh was just out getting food and should be back in a few minutes. After waiting about 7 minutes, Josh finally arrived. With no urgency, he got out of his car so my daughter could hand off the machine. She asked for a receipt but he said one wasnt needed. Then today someone from their office called to see if my daughter kept the instructions for the machine. She didnt but are you joking, its a piece of paper! Word of advice, if your doctor refers you here, refuse and ask for a different referral. Worst patient customer service ever!!

Dr. M is great. He listens and really cares. He answers messages quickly. His staff has been great.

Horrible experience!!I was referred to see an ENT first to access any medical issues with my ears or throat before seeing an audiologist. Doctor was in and out of room in 8 minutes. After him ranting about politics and Bernie Sanders and asking why I do not have health insurance he proceeds to tell me the Netti pot I have been using for years( that gives me relief)doesn’t work, leaves the room,comes back and says breathe hard through your nose and suck this in. I am not sure what kind of wet liquid he had on a towel that I choked on. He wrote me 3 scripts. Singular, Zyrtec and a steroid. He then said to come back in 4 weeks. Left the room.Never mentioned the white spot on my throat, what was on the wet towel he made me breathe in and why I was given a steroid. I have called and left a message 6 times with the office. I have not gotten a response yet. Very unprofessional!!

The staff gave me a crash course with everything sleep apnea related and in a way that I could understand and follow along. The facility was clean, comfortable and welcoming. I left the study with my next steps and set follow up appointments. I would recommend Enticare for anyone who might have any sleep related issues or concerns.

I arrived at the clinic 15 minutes early for directions. I completed all my paperwork online, which made it easier. I checked in. The gentleman at the desk was professional and timely. He had me go out and wait in the car until he called. They were running a little behind. 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment I was called and promptly taken to a room. All covid-19 procedures were in place. The doctor came in within 5 minutes. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He listened and genuinely heard and cared about me as a patient. Some tests were ordered. I wholeheartedly recommend this EENT clinic to anyone in need of services of this kind. I have returned for test results, returned again for additional testing results and both times was seen within 20 min. max of both appointments. I saw a different doctor this last time who put me on another med, discussed surgical option and made follow up appt in 2 weeks. Im being seen at the Glendale office. I cant speak to the other offices. I can say that this office followed covid-19 procedures, was very clean and comfortable, staff person at the front desk was professional and friendly. Dr. Wood was thorough and knowledgeable and performed a procedure on the spot to give me relief. Unfortunately one of my tests results was not sent in after the very capable and professional medical assistant had called. This was not Enticares fault. This fault was directly related to LabCorp and theyre losing OR never running one of the tests in the first place. I continue to highly recommend into care to anyone with any issues involving their ears nose and throat.

Enticares health portal is very, very difficult to edit. Not happy with Enticares health portal. Guess I need help.

Overall, very good experience. Saw the PA, Kimberly. She was personable, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. My only constructive feedback would be for her to get familiar with my medical history prior to the appointment. I had been seen several times by Dr. Rodriquez a couple years ago and knowing that information wouldve likely been helpful.

After getting specific instructions, upon my arrival at the location, I was greeted by a very courteous, smiling and professional employee. She was very specific about her instructions and always made sure that I was comfortable throughout the sleep study. A very minimal clarification is that the instructions didnt give a specific ending time. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience.

The doctors at this practice ruined my nose. I had a very small nasal perforation that I was very concerned about. They insisted that it should be just left alone. I took their advise and now its gotten so bad that no one in the valley will fix it. I found doctors that do the procedure that stated if I had gotten help sooner, it couldve been repaired. I am absolutely destroyed by this news. Never see Dr. Li or Dr. Knott, they both neglected to refer me to surgery before it was too late. I have zero options now and I am devastated. Avoid at ALL costs.

I thought that both ladys that worked at ENT was nice.But there was something different about the Dr.that did my hearing test.He really seem to care and plus he made me feel really comfortable. U can tell he enjoys his job.I would say its even good enough for children with hearing issues thats how comfortable l was there.👍👍

This was my first visit to see Dr. Rodriguez. He made me feel at ease right from the start. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and his reasoning behind everything. Dr. Rodriguez is very professional and listened to everything I said. He followed up with a phone call a day later to go over the results of a test I had. His assistant Jenna was professional and great to work with as well. From the minute I walked in until I left everyone was very friendly.

New patient visit today. The staff was great and Dr. Rodriguez was great as well. My appointment was right on schedule. Once in the exam room I was seen in 5 minutes from the Doctors medical assistant for prelim questions as to why I was there. Once she left, Dr. Rodriquez came in 5 minutes later. He listened to the reason I was there and conducted a through exam. At no time did I feel he was rushing through my appointment. He took the time to listen to me and understand my concerns before and during the exam.

Dr. Rodriguez and staff are top notch! Always professional and efficient. He handled our daughters health with the upmost ease and care.

Dr.Kimberly was able to help me with all of my concerns. The office is very good at keeping on top of things, and all of the staff is very friendly. 👍🏼

What I liked best about this place is appointments. They are on time, your in and out. No waiting time. And everyone is friendly

The front staff was BEYOND rude to me. My referral wasnt faxed in time and they told me that they called my PCP and basically my referral didnt exist. I made an easy phone call and they simply resent my referral. Ta-da! Kindness always wins and front office is everything
