I went in before for periodic hearing checks and was happy. This last time i got a very strong sales pitch. Wont go back.

I would give this a zero if it was available. Took my 97 year old father in and was treated rudely and disrespectfully. They dont care to communicate like adults, but excelled at turning their problem into mine. Do not go there. Fortunately, there are other Costco locations. They used to be really good, but personnel have changed.

We would give 0 to this place specily because Linda was treating us very rudedly and disrespet us after she talked with my fried over the phone and set the appointment sunday at 3:00 pm and when we were there she was not on the place, wehen she came back she told my friend i did not have appointment and i was there a day before and adjusted my earing ade very badly that i cant ear we think this uncopationed person shoud not work in that place with this bad customer service and in ur opinion she does not know her job.

My sister got hearing aids here. She liked the service, etc. This first set didnt work out for her, she tried second set. She didnt like then either. She got her money back. They told her if she wanted to try again, that would be okay, but not returnable. She can be difficult.
