I just received my hearing devices from Jerry Tan and his staff. I could not be more pleased with the product and level of service. I chose Beltone in Glendale because my wife purchased her first set of hearing devices in 2017 from them and was very pleased. Having relatives and friends who have purchased hearing devices from Costco or other hearing aid centers and were disappointed with either he product or service or both, I am glad to have had such positive experience here.Jerry and his staff provide an excellent experience from the moment you make an appointment with Allison, to the final fitting and set up of your hearing devices. I challenge anyone to find a more professional, qualified, thorough, and caring person, than Jerry Tan. Your satisfaction with the product and their level of service is paramount.I have and will continue to recommend them for hearing devices. Just went to see Danielle and Jerry to get my Grandpa some hearing aids. I couldn’t be more blown away by their customer service and care for him. It’s a little overwhelming learning about hearing aids, so many advancements in technology, but they were very knowledgeable and patient with explaining everything to us. I highly recommend these amazing people.

I can’t leave a positive review about my appointment to get a free hearing test, because I did not get one. I set an appointment through the online service for 1:30 on a Saturday. It was confirmed by text. I showed up, but the office was empty. Maybe it’s for the best—I booked an appointment with an audiologist closer to home that has great reviews and takes my insurance.

I went in to get molds done for new earplugs - It was such a quick and easy experience, I was in & out within 10 minutes. Super friendly staff too! Thank you :)

We went to Beltone about a year ago to get my father some hearing aids. He had no insurance so we were very happy that we found a pair that connects to his iPhone at a very reasonable price. The service was excellent. It was very easy to make appointments. And a follow up care and training was very thorough.The staff was kind, knowledgeable and professional.I highly recommend them.
