My name is Trevor and I thought my experience here was great. I spoke with a nice young lady first and she explained everything to me so I could reference the website and choose a product. I called back and Cranston took my order. He was also very nice and informative I decided on Table Mesa Brown 3/8s minus and he scheduled a delivery 48 hours out. The night before I realized I made a mistake and called on the morning of the deliver to change the order to 1/2 washed instead. He got on the phone with the driver in the nick of time and switched the order to what I requested and it arrived am hours later. 10 tons was free delivery so I did that. I appreciated the service.

Okay, if you want to find a place to purchase ground covering and gravel for your home, this is the worst place you can go. They are thieves, as demonstrated by the delivery of 30 ton of soaking and dripping wet Madison gold gravel. When I called to complain, management was belligerent. Offered me a 5 percent discount. Whatever. DAMN CROOKS. I may tell cc company not to pay.

I have ordered many tons of madden gold 3/4 inch sized. Im not sure why wet madison gold is a problem ??? Is it the weight ? I ve dealt with Bedrock many times and I can only say good things about Olivia and Alex. Always very helpful and product is nice. I personally will keep ordering from them. Their prices are fair. Great prices on rocks of all colors and sizes delivery charges a little expensive of $50 especially as close as I live to the The Rock Place which is about one and a half miles away but they got good

The worst experience ever. If I could give negative stars I would. This company does not deserve 1 star. Customer service is nonexistent. They are very disrespectful.

Great prices, matches or beats competition!!! Staff is friendly, professional, and amazing. They delivered in a timely manner. Gave a heads up call so we knew they were around the corner. Very good at accommodating and great customer service. Damien was the deliverer for our rock, and the service he gave showed this company just doesn’t deliver rock. They are all about customer service!!!

Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else!! Ordered 1/2 washed and got 90% 1/4 inch, I brought a bucket of it back to the their yard and got nowhere. They love to say You can look at the bunker, WHAT? I paid full price for WAY inferior product. Run away from this place! RUN!!!

Ive used them 3 times now. Recommended to me by a friend who is a landscaper. All the gravel companies in town have the same product, they fill up at the same quarry, so its all the same rock, the only difference is how much they charge to bring it to you. Bedrock has the best prices because they dont try to rape you on the delivery.

Just received a lot of rock for my front yard. Had a small issue with my HOA and the City over the placement of it. I called and immediately George jumped on it, called the City and dealt with them and even set out a guy to move some of it around - even though his guys did nothing wrong to begin with.
