IF I can put zero star I wouldMy experience with Walmart was horribleI went to the baby section to grab a formula, so I couldn’t because it was under lock so I push the bottom to call customer service,I push the bottom several times but no one show up so I decided to ask the coworkers, they told me someone will be with you shortly,I wait another 5minutes, and after still waiting I ask again can you please help me,I told one of the lady I need baby formula and know one is able to help me,They just keep telling me some will be with you shortly, I said ok, She told me I’ll sent someone to help you, After asking 12 coworkers people none of them couldn’t help me so I was devastated and mad and besides that,The last person that I saw I asked her, look I just need my baby’s formula can you open the drawer so I can leave, She told me push the bottom,I answer her I already did and I’ve even ask like 12 people and no one is able to help me, the lady was rude and mean and she just didn’t wanted to help,so I went to one of the cashiers and I told her look I’m tired I need to get baby powder milk and unfortunately no one is able to help me, you won’t believe what she told meGO PUSH THE BOTTOMI was like WHAT ITS BROKENAnd she keep insisting, ask somebody from over there.I was, that’s enough so I went to the next person and I said I need to speak to your manager, she told me give me a minute,so she brought a lady, I explained her everything she did apologize but after 30 minutes just for a baby milk...And after all she was not the manager,I never got to speak to the manager,Sucks I know..For sure never ever going back to Walmart bad terrible unprofessional customer service..ZERO STAR
I had a horrible experience getting my groceries delivered to my home. Driver said he delivered it but I don’t know where, I waited he never arrived. I was with customer service over 30 min. and nothing could be done. No refund or offer to resend my items. They took the drivers word over mine. I was out the money I spent and the $9.99 fee to deliver groceries that never arrived. Amazon fresh leaves proof by taking a picture.Finally I was given the phone number to the store and BRANDON was amazing and able to help. He figured out what had happened. He managed to get my groceries delivered to the correct address. Granted some items were out of stock and I couldn’t receive a refund for that, but most of my groceries made it home after he handled it. Which is better than nothing.THANK YOU Brandon! you were very helpful and made my exasperating experience a little better.I will NOT be ordering from Walmart grocery ever again.
