I am in the process of moving out of here and will be glad when I do!This place SUCKS!First of all, they changed the hours. You have to leave by 7p.m. It used to be 9p.m. just like everywhere else.Secondly, they have this woman who manages the property, who is the most unfriendly, rude person they could have hired.And lastly, the prices just keep climbing!Other than that, its o.k. 🙂

The employes are in on a scheme. If your unit gets broken into. Theres nothing you can do. They will even say the cameras werent working. Plus multiple people live in there units there. Some b.s to me.

The woman at the front desk is super friendly & sweet. She made sure to explain everything thoroughly & showed me exactly where my unit was. On top of that, when I had issues with auto pay mysteriously not being set as my preference - she took it upon herself to waive the late fee & fix the issue. I would give 5 stars but the only thing I do not like is that the company managing tne payment aspect of it is a third party call center & can be difficult getting issues resolved. I preferred going in to the actual building & getting it resolved with the sweet lady at the front desk rather than go in circles with the call center.

Prices go up every month. New manager is a cool guy.

If you can rent a storage place other than here that would be great! I have been with this place for two years and the rent has been raised 3 times without written notice. Im pretty sure that isnt supposed to happen. Very unprofessional, when asked to get a copy of letter that rent is going up, her exclamation the letter comes from corporate. I witness the way she speaks to other tenants and pretty much told her when and how to pay her rent. Which in reality it isnt her business to tell tenants how to conduct their business. The person behind the desk is not friendly and Ive already complained about the way she conducts business. To bad there isnt a negative star time post.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. WE GOT OUR STORAGE BROKEN INTO 3 TIMES. ALL THEY CAN SAY IS GO FILE THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE.

Went thru 4 units before I could even move in. One unit had human excrement in the middle of the unit. One unit was occupied by the tenants in the next unit and the third unit had a broken hasp. Asked to have it fixed, manager on staff said she does not go out on the property and does not clean or do any kind of maintenance. Manager said I can’t transfer you to another unit (none of the units were usable) and refused to give me a refund. Property is always trashed and there are bags/items by the dumpster that will sit for days. Multiple tenants seem to be living in their unit. I access my unit multiple times daily and the tenants are always there for extended amounts of time. Manager does not care about her property and has her “daughter”come to help... this was by far the worst storage experience I have ever had. Save your self the headache and stay away!

I had my storage broken into and police were called but they didnt want to give up the recording so I basically lost everthing I dont recommend find a different place

Way overpriced and nowhere to park when you have to make a payment to your storage unit. Wouldnt recommend this location if your serious about long term storage units. Should shop around for a better place to go.

Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I walked in and asked a simple question and the lady that was working was extremely rude, gave tons of attitude and didnt even answer my question. NEVER GO HERE! EVER!

I had a great experience renting from Central Self storage. The units where clean and tiddy. I like the fact that they re-asphalt the entire facility. That show their concern about quality unlike some storage companies who care less. Another perk for me was that even though I submitted a 30 day notice to vacate, if I ever need to store in the future, I never pay administration fee again for life at any Central Storage location according to Gary the manager there.

I like this place but were going on to 3 yrs. here and you would think they would give a discount to us for being here this long. I dont like the fact that they close so early either. My husband works late and many of times we couldnt go there cuz they were closed.

Was on automatic payment and every other month they would have some issue running my card.When money was in the account. Then I had to negotiate the Late fee.

The lady at the front desk was very nice & helpful. The reason why I didnt give it 4or5 stars is because the next day after I paid for my storage, I went to put the rest of my stuff in there & put a lock on it & it was locked with one of their red locks & they did not call me to discuss or let me know that they were locking my storage due to me not having a lock on it.

Day 1 of signing up for a unit. They seem friendly so far.

Came in to get a storage and the lady decided to do something else and told me she was to busy to help me right now and left. Bad with there customers worst place to come in bad bad bad experience

Signed up online, was directed by email to go to the office, office was OPEN (not open), manager would not help at the kiosk, he sent me to TWO different units. I was out in the 103 heat for 45 minutes. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Could not get the price I was promised online and could not decline the insurance. I am a previous renter and will never rent here again.

Ive been using this location to store our things for years. The manager, Gary is a great fellow. He worked alone here for about two months, and he was great about it.

It was absolutely horrible. 2 days 2 hours on the phone at on point. Manager texted and called 6 times, no replies, still cant get in. Asking for money back so I can get a unit from a competitor. Absolutely Horrible!!!

Drive all the way here from the other side of Glendale for then to have a sorry we are closed sign up during regular business hours. It is 1:18 p.m. If its lunch time then a sign that specifies what time the return is would be nice...So frustrating with these gas prices and simply a waste of time...

Worst services ever when you call in they are rude don’t listen to their customer will tell you your wrong no matter what you say you will be wrong according to the property manger

I would recommend Central Self Storage to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, friendly place to store your belongings. I never have to worry about water damage from the monsoons or my unit getting broken in to. Definitely a A+ place!!

Employees are not the friendliest of people.

Used this pace twice. Always nice and polite. Wouldnt mind a longer Grace period for payments and later access for gate entries. Kept clean everyone I go.

This place has great customer service! My first unit there and I failed to lock my unit right as they could have charged me a lock out fee and a fee for having to put a new lock on but they patiently awaited my arrival close to closing time! Awesome!

Nancy is the most awesome person ever and should be givin a raise. She was so helpful to me and my father. Thanks so much for all your help.

I write for alot of different business, now with that said, the price is definitely cheaper than most and csr was very nice and gave me alot of informationThe only complaint I have is, they dont tell you the full price up front.The starting price they show on their website and other adds are 39.99Central self storage is right about that, but what they dont tell you is, its mandatory that you take their storage insurance, its extra 10 a month.Just so everyone knows because I dont want anyone else to waste their timeStarting price is 39.99 plus 10 mandatory plus taxNext time central self storage be honest and up front with your customer

Over priced, and not consistent with thier gate times I personally have been locked in there gate when I tried to leave 1/2 an hour before closing. Usally not a big deal but its happened 4 times and no one will call me back to even apologize. You also have to give them a 30 day move out notice, thats rediculious!
