Louie and his team are OUTSTANDING! I was in a real jam too because the mover I hired to move me across country brought a van that was way too small. It could only fit half of my apartment, so the move was about to be a complete disaster - but thank God a friend recommended this place to me. Louis, Jose, and Andrew went to my apartment the very next day to retrieve everything that got left behind (which included some VERY delicate recording equipment). On top of that, they Facetimed me to show me exactly how they were moving things out. Then, they Facetimed me again to show me precisely how they were packing it all up for shipment. Less than a week later, two pallet loads of items arrived across country safe, secure, and in perfect condition. The price was very reasonable and affordable too. Best of all - its a family run business so I feel good about hiring locally. Look no further than this place because Louie is a miracle worker!

I sent a very heavy, old, and fragile rehab bicycle across the country with Navis, and I was very nervous about this because I know that boxes tend to get tossed and dropped during the transportation process. This makes packing extremely important. Navis packed my bike expertly-they were very thorough and detailed, explaining their go-to plan for keeping my bike safe. They took great care to wrap and pack the different aspects of the bike separately. They sent me a picture when it was all done, as well! I felt very safe with them. The item arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Absolutely the best packing service there is anywhere in the country.Won a couple things at auction out in Los Angeles, their services will retrieve, (even with tools!) items won at auction and have them packed and ready to ship to you anywhere in the country.Labor and shipping costs were very reasonably priced. These guys are very reliable and trustworthy!You hand them an invoice with your won items at auction and they retrieve it for you and get I to where you need it. Will definitely be using these guys again for my next out of state auction buy.

My experience with Pack & Ship couldnt have been better. I was searching for the right company to help ship a 200 pound printer and heat press to Ohio and I was struggling finding the most affordable and secure way.. Working with Ellen to schedule the pick up was seamless. Once the printer and heat press was picked up by Louie, he and his team did an incredible job packing the printer. I was getting text messages on Saturday showing how the printer and heat press were wrapped and secure in a box create. I originally asked for a pallet but Louie told me this was going to be better and more secure and didnt charge for the extra handling. I highly recommend Pack & Ship and ask for Louie.

Navis has been a huge force for my packing and shipping needs. Across country and out of the country, this family-run business has really come through for me time and time again. I recently had Navis build large crates to ship to Japan (for a third time) and I just received word that the goods arrived safely, again - what more could I ask for? Navis is also well-equipped with a forklift, vans and other specialized equipment; there really is no package too small nor too big that they cant handle. And theres a personal touch to everything that they pack and ship from here which gives me assurance that my goods will be taken care of every step of the way.

Louie, the owner, is absolutely fantastic. I called him and in 30 minutes he had all 4 large boxes built. Super fast and such a good attitude. I had previously been in Fedex and I was receiving some major attitude from the clerk, out of left field. The point is, it really says something when youre treated well (genuinely).If youre looking for fast service, quality boxes that are super thick, Louie is your person! These guys are amazing!! I called about 5 other shipping stores and the phone service alone far outweighed the other people I talked to. Lou was very friendly and helpful. He set the tone that this service was dedicated to finding solutions. When I got into the store I wasnt sure what to expect. I made something very fragile that I wanted to ship for mothers day and I knew that it was going to be expensive- but it turned out it was very affordable - so I decided to come in.Emery helped me out and was so kind and knowledgeable. I could tell straight away that his interest and the interest of the company was making sure that my item was safely delivered==so much so that they suggested that I do not ship it at all! They instead created a special box for me to take on the plane and everyone working there was relaxed and joked around.The integrity of this company is unquestionable. The prices are affordable and fair and the people are really wonderful. They also offer services that no one in the LA area offers *( I know...I called them all) - services like cutting foam down the size of your item and I even saw a few pieces they shipped--extremely large, awkward glass sculptures that were safely packed away. These people are coming from the place of the customer, not how much they can make off of you. I highly HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely be going there for all my special shipping needs.Happy shipping and feel confident in this company!

5 stars is something that a person puts if the process has been correct but, sometimes, the company does things well but the client has personal problems that do not affect the company and that is when you see if the company only looks for your money or wants to serve a person.This has been my case. I have had several personal problems and they have helped me in everything and without charging me anything for this help.They have known separate when it is time to make money or it is time to help a person. I am very grateful for everything they have done for me.Thank you for being the way you are.

Friendly, flexible, fair - fantastic! I needed two custom packages put together to safely transport a dual monitor high end workstation across the country via airline checked luggage (a situation that made me extremely nervous). Not only did they do an amazing job quickly, but when I realized I gave them the wrong maximum luggage dimensions, they stayed well past closing and re-packed my items in custom boxes.. for NO CHARGE. This is a family owned and operated business. I felt like I’d been treated very well by them. And everything arrived on the other coast in full working order. Highly recommend Navis for jobs large and small!

Simply terrible, if I could I would give them a negative star. Had an item that desperately needs to go out, payed a hefty price for them to have it properly wrapped and packaged. One week later I found out they never actually shipped it. When I asked what’s going on the owner gave my attitude. Never again.

Very unprofessional. Originally quoted $2800 to ship 1 pallet from CA to AZ. They try to milk every dollar from you by being inefficient. I had to explain how to pack items then they drop price to $1200 but tried to rush me into a contract because it was 4:38PM on a friday. Besides being overpriced they were rude and im not having people like this pack my high end equipment. They obviously looking for suckers to make a quick buck off of and dont care about there clients or their items they need shipped. Lots of other options out there.
