Been going to property last 3 dats, and no one is in office. There is a sign that says location temporarily closed . Absolutely no way to get in contact with the manager or anyone else. I will never do business with this company again

Helped a business partner move some items into this facility, this past week. The manager on duty was very helpful with the questions that came up. He was even able to buy a lock in the office. Shyann was very helpful and even offered to blow the unit out before we moved the items into it. Will keep this place in mind for any of my own future needs.

Property Manager Mayra, I believe her name was, was very nice and respectful. She gave me great customer service and was very patient in answering all of my questions. I was looking for a safe but inexpensive storage since lot of the stuff I have have no a lot of value but I need to keep for a while, I found this place and the whole transaction was a nice breeze (rare in the Phoenix weather)Not only inexpensive but safe, the manager was very nice and I was in and out in no time.I hope not to use this for a long time but I would definitely enjoy the time I need it.Thanks Public Storage

I went here because they had the best price on the internet for a 12 x 15 unit. It was super easy to reserve online. All went smoothly except there was a hiccup when I got to the unit it was the wrong size. The worker there that day had not covered before and Public Storage had just taken over this location the week prior so they were still auditing the listed units. The worker was able to put me into a 10 x 18 unit since I needed one that night and it was closing time, but couldnt guarantee me the same price but for me to come back the next day and speak to the manager. We moved in items that night. The next day, I went back and worked with the manager Cheyenne who was super friendly and helpful. She took the time to call the right people and submit the right paperwork to make things right. Not only did she secure me the original sale price I was to have received on the 12 x 15 unit but she also got me a $20 credit for the hiccup, the heat and the hassle. I truly appreciate Cheyenne for taking the time to make things right!!!

I came into Public Storage to make a payment for a different location. Jacob was able to help me process that payment and made sure everything was good before I left.

Went to a few storage places, and I just had to rent here. Its clean, the storages are kept up. They have cameras for safety and the hours are really good compared to every other place Ive been to, and the prices are really good as well. I also got discounted 😊 really Grateful to meet Louise whom was very kind and helpful, He allowed me to view the storage and Swept it for me before my move in. He offered me water and just went above and beyond with service. I highly recommend this place 💯

Ive always had good service with everyone Ive encountered. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Ive used a variety of storage companies over the years and I dont recall there ever being a company where everyone you come in contact with is so friendly and pleasant and always willing to take the extra step to make sure your happy. This company definitely picks the fight people all the time. Thank you for the great customer I receive from you all the time. Its nice to know that there are still businesses out there that focus on customer service first then the money.

My family and I were moving across state and needed a quick storage while transitioning, and Katrina helped us out so easily. Not only was she kind to us but was more than helpful to my family on what we needed. This place is clean and secure and we will definitely use this facility again, especially with a manager like Katrina there.

Really great place. I had my things in here for about a year and had no problems with anything getting in and talking to the receptionist was a great experience everytime. Even when my contract finished and I got moved out the 1st of the next month they really helped work with me on closing off.

Bargain storage is an amazing place! Great people! Great prices! Everyone here is super friendly and the prices cant be beat. Jen really helped me out and was a very good communicator. If you go to this storage facility make sure to talk to Jen because she is amazing!

Renting a small space from them for my child who lives in Illinois but attends college at in AZ. Mindy who works here was very helpful and easy to work with!!! She was very nice and caring. Great customer service. The business is clean and well kept. Its not as close to the college as other places but well worth the short drive!
