Had a unit for almost two years here and was treated great! The staff were always available to help, and were very understanding, and the unit was clean!

I have had a unit here for almost 10 years and my biggest complaint is that the cost keeps getting higher and higher. I think if you are a good, pay it on time customer .you should be given perks not charged more

I have a storage unit their. I went in to put some stuff in my storage room. The Staff on duty had came to see what I was doing. He then proceeded to asking me questions abount what was in my unit!! I then acted like I didnt hear what he had said then after a couple of Mins of him just standing their, he left. I dont belive that he had the right to ask what may be in unit. Or dose he? At any rate I am not breaking any laws, that I am aware of. I just felt like he didnt have the right to question me as to what may or not be in my storage unit. This is why I gave it 4 star 🌟 instead of 5.if it was not for what he did I would gave it a 5star rating.

Employee was very nice but the facility has very limited access hours and the gate is not automated. You have to sign in and out on a clipboard. I wont be renewing my unit, just too inconvenient.

They decided to lock me out even though I did not owe them a penny. They just wanted me to fill out a form that I had already filled out.

Poor area, difficult to park, employee had to call someone for help. An item I was sold did not fit the item I was renting, they will hopefully refund my credit card.
