Stopped in for a case and screen protector for my new iPhone 13. The phone arrived more quickly than I had expected. I had ordered the above online, but it will be a while before they are delivered (Ill return when they do!). I was pleasantly surprised with a bonus free item for buying 2 things. I shop this AT&T store since it is usually not crazy busy, and always get great customer service!!!

I dont know her name. The young lady very knowledgeable about my issues of transferring my files. There were 2 others that came for phone purchases & she multitasking all three of us by herself. She fantastic 😍👏❤!! She deserves a raise. Thank u young lady...

Too many young kids in these stores that dont know the products they are supposed to sell. Goose Creek mng. Cody was too busy to help me, I had to shout out questions, cracking his nails. Just annoying .

I went in to the Goose Creek store today very irritated with my Verizon service and looking for guidance. The employee, Sam, was super helpful and he took the time to answer all of my questions and he helped me with my decision to switch my service to AT&T. The device I am getting is not available in store, but this will definitely be the location I come to for all my needs after the switch is completed. Great Customer Service!

Nathan Alessandro made upgrading my phone fast and easy! He definitely changed my mind about AT&T because when I upgraded in 2017 it was a headache. Nathan made my time in the store a breeze and helped me get my phone set up. I have a great device and all my information on my old phone on my new phone. He made getting a new phone easy and also walked me through navigating a phone without a home button and getting use to it:). Very happy!!!

After I received help from Jackie at this location, I needed to change my service requirements. I was given the toll free customer service number. I spoke to Rishon, who was extremely friendly, accommodating, and worked diligently to solve my problem. If I could give them a 10 rating instead of 5, I would.

Went in about a month ago to switch from sprint. Had one of the the best experiences as a customer in a while. Cody and Chelsea were fantastic and our service with at&t has been great so far. I would highly recommend stopping in.

I have been in this store a few times in the past month, between merging accounts and making a new purchase. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable, the manager even noticed the usage on our account and made a better recommendation to help us receive optimal use of our services.We will be using this store from now on, things went smoothly and we weren’t there for very long.

I was in the area and despite the reviews thought I’d try and establish new service with AT&T. They certainly lived up to their reputation. At 11:30 am there were six people in the store and only one employee. He was polite and seemed to be trying to get to everyone in reasonable amount of time but it looked hopeless so I left.

Since the iPhone XS supports dual SIM cards (one physical and one eSIM), I decided I wanted to switch to using an eSIM as my primary, everyday SIM and free up the physical slot for prepaid plans with local carriers during international travel.While I knew that AT&T supported eSIMs and my iPhone model did as well, I decided to call customer support to see if they could simply mail an eSIM card to me. They seemed slightly confused at what I was asking and advised I would need to visit a store. I decided to seek out corporate AT&T stores since eSIMs are still fairly new and I had read from other folks looking to do the same on AT&T forums that they experienced problems with many stores.Doing so turned out to be a complete waste of time. I was told that I would need to add a new line to use an eSIM and even that eSIMs only work as the secondary SIM added to the phone. Long story short, what I was trying to accomplish wasnt possible. As a last resort, I decided to walk into this AT&T Authorized Retailer because I was in the area and I did so with no expectations.Turns out that I was wrong about this store. It was much nicer than some of the corporate locations I have visited in the past and Cody and Nathan were more than willing to try switching my physical SIM over to an eSIM. The process was smooth and my phone now works using an eSIM only, with the physical SIM slot empty and ready to accept an additional SIM card.Moral of the story: just go to this store first.

This is my “home store”. Cody and Chelsea are the best, I was new to iPhone when I came to at&t two months ago, I visited the store several times the first two weeks, they always had time for me . Even helped me with billing issues that were made at other at&t stores regarding my Direct Tv and internet billing.

I went to buy a phone and add myself to my nephews PrePaid plan. At the website, it shows he can add more people. The salesperson tells me that PrePaid doesnt allow this, but PostPay does. I couldnt just purchase the phone outright, but needed a plan first she insisted. WELL SHE WAS COMPLETELY WRONG THAT PREPAID DOESNT ALLOW MULTIPLE LINES & so was the AT&T representative I called the following days about the matter. Now a whole 3 Days later talking to others in AT&T concerning the situation, I am told it can be done, and credits were issued to my account for the MESS THE WOMAN IN GOOSE CREEK MADE OF THE MATTER!

The lady assistant manager was lazy as hell. Broke my wifes first s6 edge because she sprayed the hell out of the phone itself with some spray when she was putting the screen protector on. Directions say not to spray the phone. So we had to get a NEW S6 edge in the same visit because she broke the first one dousing it with some liquid. Didnt even let her try to put the 2nd protector on. Well go to the store on Rivers instead like we should have.
