I walked in with my service dog around 530pm 8/8. One of the employees yelled out That dog cant come in here my husband said yes we can bring her in because she is a service dog. My dog was vested and clearly identified as a service dog (this is not an ada requirement however we do this out of courtesy) the same woman (she was the full figured woman) said no that dog is not allowed Im allergic. You have to leave! loudly. I asked my husband to take my service dog out because I didnt feel like fighting for my right to have my service animal. My husband had to stand outside the glass front so my dog could still see me and hopefully be able to alert through physical signs from me. By not allowing my service dog in it broke federal ada law and discrimination laws as well as put my health in jeopardy. They other woman working there was very nice and quickly helped me that is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.
Tmobile tuesday experience.I typically dont write reviews but this one really irritated me. A few weeks back I visited this location to claim my tmobile gift cup. I arrived on Tuesday around 10:30am. Upon arrival there was a sign on the door saying we are out of cups. So I went to the location across the street for my redemption. Came back to this one the other day to pay my mothers bill and asked the girl how did they run out of cups so quick? She informed me that the manager didnt want to pass them out so they put a sign on the door to turn people away!! She also let me know this location is closing soon. Now it all makes sense, this was always one of the top locations. Since loosing the best 3 employees they had, its just not the same anymore. The new manager is arrogant and I guess its the regional manager, she is the rudest female Ive encountered in years! Bottom line, I wont be back and you should also consider going elsewhere!
Bob and V are always so helpful... whether it be a billing issue or figuring out an equipment upgrade. They are the best!... and the music inside is usually good too
My phone completely turned off on my the other day and I went in on my lunch break and Desirae helped me out so much!!!! She was so understanding and I was able to get a new phone that same day!!!!!!!
The staff is awesome. Did not push me to getting a phone I didnt want. A busy store, but was helped in a very timely manner. Compared to the Tmobile store on Rivers Ave and 607 St. James, this store and its staff are way better
Every time we go to the St. James Ave. TMobile store, we get our problems solved. They have shown us how to hook up our phones, where to put SIM cards when the slot was hidden. You get the idea. The last new phone I bought there left the store ready to go. I would say I could do that at home, but the helpful ladies at this store just did it because they could and I was there anyway. Love the employees here.
Store isn’t even open they are closed to practice social distancing but nothing online saying they are closed glad I drove all the way out there for nothing

Manager Bob and mobile specialist Desirae are beyond professional. They answered all my question, helped me and my wife with new phones and also helped my parents with new phones. When some one says that they provide excellent customer service, I will expect them to match the service we received today. 10/10 will come back and continue to choose T-Mobile as my phone provider.

I was upgrading my iPhone from a 6 to an 11, which is a huge deal for me! It’s a lot of money and something special to treat myself to. I walked in to another T-Mobile first and unhelpful is a light word for it, so I left. I called around and found this store had what I wanted, so I drove half an hour to get there.It was worth the drive! Vanessa helped me and she was such a great representative of the “magenta glove experience”! She was very knowledgeable, a lot of fun to talk to, and really cared about me. That is the customer service I expect but rarely get. I will now drive out to goose creek every time I need to go to T-Mobile! Thank you Vanessa for making the experience so great when it easily couldn’t have been!

Was just at this location looking for new services, and the guy had no level of enthusiasm to give us promotions on new services he gave us a Samsung A11 we explained that we have a Samsung A71 and that would be a downgrade, he said well thats all we have. We stated that we were thinking on switching to iPhone, we got no options to those phone..By far the worst customer service experience ever at a Tmobile store. I wish i could have gotten the mans name to put it on here. 😡🤬Our daughters have Tmobile and we were going to switch but we might have to look at another company.

All the employees here have excellent customer service. Specifically the store manager (sales rep# 958). I had an issue when I walked in and they had extreme patience as they listened to my problem, and then the manager went the extra mile to fix it and make sure I was a happy customer. I’ve had every major cell service before switching to T-Mobile, and their service as a whole is unmatched. This is the only store I’ll ever go to for any of my T-Mobile needs.

Really cant give details of service as I didnt get waited on. Only 2 staff persons and 7 people in the queue. Not moving. I could not spend that much time waiting, so I had to leave.

Went in for my T-Mobile Tuesday giveaway. Got into conversation about how every T-Mobile in the area sells out of their giveaways quickly and how I really would have liked to get an umbrella that they gave away a few months ago and the gentleman in the store said hang tight and went in the back and had an umbrella! T-Mobile never ceases to surprise and take care of their customers. I tell everyone, especially others in the military family! LOVE T-MOBILE!
I really like this T-Mobile location. I’ve seen some negative reviews about the customer service, but my experience was the complete opposite. Linda was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I both got new phones and apple watches so we were there quite awhile and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. My only criticism is that it would have been nice to sit down while she was processing our order on the computer. Aside from that I had a very positive experience and will definitely return to this location in the future.

I went to this location a couple weeks ago. My experience was going great at first until I was about to leave. I went in to get added onto a plan and get the new iPhone 11. I had asked about getting a phone with a higher gigabyte and they told me they were out of the phones with the higher gigabytes. I was standing there while my phone was being synced with my old phone when another customer came in to get an iPhone 11. And then they offered him an iPhone with a higher storage right off the bat. So I’m still a pretty ticked about not getting one with more storage and limiting me with what I can do with my phone.

Came here after having a HORRIBLE experience at the Summerville location. Monique Was the one who helped me, and honestly I’ve never had such a great experience! She was the one who saved me from switching over to Verizon because the employees at the other location are RUDE and even OVER charged me! I will never go back to the Summerville location again and will only be attending the one in goose creek for now on. Do yourself a favor, and do the same to avoid the headache because this store actually takes time with their customers and appreciates them. Give this girl a promotion! :)
Ive been with the T-Mobile family around 7 years now, app of which has been with my family at T-Mobile Goose Creek. These guys have always taken good care of me and my family, their customer service is top notch and they always greet everyone with a smile. I recommend everyone I know to join T-Mobile through this store, and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for my mobile needs.
Had to call T-Mobile back about my phone after an unfulfilled promise which I admit isn’t the store’s fault. I got a replacement phone shipped but then was told by Deserae at the store that my phone was damaged and wouldn’t be replaced but of course they would love to help me upgrade. If you look hard at the top left corner it does look scratched. I didn’t even notice it before because it was under the case and screen protector I bought from them. But hey...I guess when the phone is paid in full and they can get you out of another $1000 when you upgrade...why do the right thing.
Today I stopped by the Tmobile store in Goose Creek. The service received was outstanding and done in a timely manner with courteous and professional staff. Always with a smile. They fixed what Rivers Ave store could not. This will be my go to Tmobile store. For anyone reading this, stop by when you have a chance.

This staff has absolutely tended to my business needs! Owning a car dealership, I have grabbed up a dozen of their sync up and drives. I use these to keep up with my cars on the lot and also diagnose problems with the vehicles. I suggest their use to any dealer needing to keep up with constantly moving inventory. Easy to install. I can also add geofencing to each car. A must have for inventory control! This team at goose creek branch have served my needs well! I would highly recommend this store in particular. Such a great store to do business with!

I tried to get my son and I phones from here. They told me I would have to put down a $1,000 deposit plus $800 down for the phones. Lol what a joke. I went to Verizon and got two brand new iPhones for less than a total of $400. Verizon took my sons old iPhone as trade in and it was a beat up phone. He didnt have a case and I actually thought they wouldnt take it but they did. Its been a few months but Im thankful because Verizon is the best company Ive been with yet. My credit score is decent and I dont have negative things on my credit besides school loans. My credit cards are paid up so I dont know where they got their numbers. Just be sure to shop around before choosing Tmobile.

You can’t imagine how upset I am right now. Why is it that this is the ONLY T-Mobile store in Charleston to close at 7. I have my devices and accessories shipped to this store because it’s closes to my home. I don’t want my phone sitting outside my door all day. But guess what, their SUPPOSE to be closing at 8. I guess they lock the door and leave whenever their ready. It’s just a inconvenience. I rushed their after work knowing I was going to make it before 8. Just for them to be closed. So how long do I have to wait to get my phone? Maybe if they answered the phone like their suppose to, I would have known not to go. I called so many times before heading their. I’m over this t mobile location at this point. I’ll be calling the corporate office to let them know what their doing.

Staff was very helpful. Was switching from Verizon with 5 lines. Brought 2 phones from Verizon. Took just over 3.5 hours to complete everything. My mom was also with me. Luckily they had a bench for her to sit on. But they need a stool at the checkout for customers. Other than that, brought my bill compared to Verizon down $35 with the Sync up Drive for 4 cars and free Netflix! Military discount and buy one, get one free iPhone 8+. Be careful of the discount though, insurance plus add-ons will kill your bill. Good job to Lynda and staff who helped us!

In the past I have visited the T-Mobile store on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston SC and they are the WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Thank GOD for the store in Goose Creek SC!! The entire staff rocks!! They provide stellar customer service!! Shout out to Chris because he was on his lunch break yet took the time to open the door for me with a friendly greeting, cant leave out Heidi and Kali those girls are total rock stars!!! And O-Yea, Bob he is totally an awesome dude!!! The Goose Creek store is by far the best and because of them I shall remain a T-mobile customer!!!

Was told my bill would be roughly 160$. It came out to 210$... not even close. Also had 4GB Hotspot added on my plan because “it was a free trial” and then got charged 10$ on each line for it right away 3 Days into it. T Mobile is great and luckily corporate handled it, but this location is just awful. This location was the reason I almost cancelled my service. Go to T-Mobile, but avoid this specific one at all costs.

The so called manager in training denied an exchange because she felt a scratch in the back of my phone with her fake nails. I believe she didnt want to do her job because it was near the end of her day. I would not even give this store a rating. What a waste of time.

The male representative’s sales pitch ended with calling me “girl”. Listen, I’m a customer, “ma’am” works, and isn’t condescending. He didn’t apologize, just said “you look young, you should take that as a compliment”. Completely unprofessional.

Walk in here and the AA woman with the dread locks was so rude !!! Never had such a horrible experience !! This woman looked down at her phone or whatever she was looking at the whole time when I walked in . She said how can I help you and never looked at me even when I was yelling her how she could help me she never looked up then finally looks up being rude and needless to say I wasted an hour with no help from her she even started screaming at a representative on the phone because she was so set on not helping me ! Take your hard earned money elsewhere
