My experience has been terrible. They have given me the run around on my insurance claim. I had no ideal how to do my claim and neither did they. They had my account in the wrong name, messed my claim up, told me the wrong information to have ready for the claimAlso said they couldnt sell me another phone.. I wanted to have a phone it took a lot of arguing to get a second phone. Never again

They were able to help me with most of the items that I wanted to accomplish, thank you.

Super Friendly Staff, they go Above and beyond to help customers. The girls go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with the service! They have have bilingual speakers too. Phones are always in stock unlike the rivers ave store will definetly be coming back!!!!!
