I have had really bad customer service experiences here in the past 3 years. Today i went in to see how much a certain add on would be and i ended up leaving with a well over due new phone. I was helped by Gary, who was absolutely nothing but amazing. He first got my add on, on my account, then answered all my questions about my account, followed by answering all my questions about all the new phone we looked at. I even then told him about my previous experience and and he worked longer with me to make sure all my apps converted over to my new phone. Gary and his team are well worth the 5 star review.

Ive had service with Metro for several years now. I went in to make some changes to my plan and the girls were awesome. Got the changes with minimal change in cost. Great phone service and awesome customer service. You cant go wrong!

Zero stars! Store manager gave my account number and pin to someone that had no access to my account! SECURITY BREACH!

I got the new MetroPCS blade thats nice looks nice 6 inch screen thermal camera in the back but Im taking it back there four times in 6 weeks because it keeps messing up and Im in there for about 45 minutes or more and come back for days 5 days later whenever I get off of work Im missing work because the phone wasnt even working I paid my bill and they put it on another account receipt had my name I didnt know it wasnt working until the next afternoon lost out on about $300 one day me and my coworkers, most of the people there at Metro PCS in Goose Creek off of 52 theyre training each other theyre waiting on two three customers thats how I got my credit account to somebody elses so my phone was not even working for a day and a half my work schedule doesnt follow theirs

The customer service in this store is ridiculous.

This young lady, Candice went out of her way to help me. Shes called everyone at METRO to help and she went above and beyond to get my situation resolved. Shes truly a great lady that really and truly wants the best for her customers. All the while, other customers were in the store complaining because they had to wait. We all had to wait! We all work every day! This young lady did NOT let any one of them bother her!! Customer Service is excellent

They were supposed to open at 10:00 am and im waiting for them to open and they said to wait 10 min. Its always the same thing, thats why people change companies

The young lady that was working at the store on Goose Creek Blvd should not be allowed to work the store by herself. First thing is I tranferred to Metro from AT&T. So my bill should have been $100, as advertised. But wasnt. I went ahead and paid the $150 to avoid having our phones turned off and went to the store to have my bill adjusted and to have the $50 credited back to my account. Once again she was the only person in the store. She refused to credit the the extra money that I had to pay due to her mistake when when I tranferred to Metro back to my account. I still havent gotten that credited back to my account. Then, she couldnt adjust my bill. She had to call customer service from her cell phone and have them do it. If she cant complete simple task, she shouldnt be in the store alone. I cant remember the girls name. Her employee ID# is 821Mac.

Tierra Thompson is an amazing employee!! We love her service and she was very helpful and informative! Definitely recommend!

Julia the manager was very nice and professional I got screwed over by the store on rivers Ave next to Walmart and her store fixed my problem so I signed back with them she has respect and cares and wants to make sure her customers are taken good care of unlike the manager at the other store and the owner Randy if u need a phone go to her store on goose Creek blvd

They were very quick and had great conversation. They dont rush you out.

When a customer walks in please give us the common courtesy to address our needs before personal issues are met.Once customers were addressed,the experience was great.
