I love Food Lion. Their produce is always so fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If I cant find something they will stop what they are doing and help me find it. And if they cant find it they will go in the back and see if they have it. I usually buy boneless pork chops and ribeye steaks and they are so fresh. If they dont have what Im looking for the butcher will hook me up and if hes out of it he will look out for me in the next day or two. Ive always had a great experience shopping at Food Lion. Their prices are great also. Oh and I love their homemade salads.

The Food Lion to go team here is the best grocery shopper team in the area. Highly, high recommend. Maureen always chooses the best possible produce and meat, as if she were shopping for herself. I go out of my way to frequent this store vice the other stores in my area.

Never had an issue with any grocery store, they all compete to get your business. I do like the fact that when you check out all the discounts you get for shopping with them! Appreciate the small things my Mom always said! Great customer service and great cashiers!

I would have given it 5 stars but as soon as I walked up to the check out lane 2, the girl had walked away as if I was not there. That was disappointing. The girl in lane 1 saw me and went ahead and took me instead. She was sweet and quick to ring up my items and was on my way. Great prices and I will return.

Love the way the aisles are set up. Produce is always fresh & the store is very clean as is the ladies restroom facilities. Employees are very pleasant & eager to help.

Great people. Two things that annoy me. Never answer my email. They get something I like then do not sell it after a while. No wing bar on the RedBank store.

My recent trip to Food Lion #2253 was the first in many years as I shopped at a store closer to home. I was impressed with how clean and organized the store was. This store gave the appearance of a much newer store. Great job. Gives a positive feel when you walk in. Thank you for the positive energy in these trying times. You are appreciated.

Has all of the great deals of Food Lion, but the cosmetics and customer service is very poor compared to the one just a few miles away

Use to like this store but they need to hire better employees. 6:00am going inside the store a guy at the door name Jody (I believe ) looks at me and says theres no registers open for you to shop. Not at all my problem sir.The sign says 6am-11pm. Every employee should be registered trained. They gotta do better and have their employees be more professional and respectful to customers. They walk right pass you without saying a word. Im a paying customer that spends hundreds of dollars in this store per month but I will have to start going to another location.

Very clean. I struggled a bit with using NFC payments at the self checkout lane. This caught the attention of one employee, who stood behind me and watched but didnt actually offer to assist.

Love shopping here. The aisles are wide and most items are in stock all the time.

They have everything you need. Covid was observed, clean, just a usual grocery store.

Walk in to get a couple of things before heading home and I passed the pizza section and Digiorno stuff crust was on sale and the whole section was wiped out. I asked an associate to see if they had any more in the freezer cause it was a local delivery. They dont get it on Food Lion trucks. So he looked for me but no stock in the back.. Very Disappointed.. If you put something on sale just have extra in the back so it does look bad on you as a company.. Thanks

I love this store. The ppl who work there are always pleasant, friendly, extremely helpful and exceed my expectations.

Always an ok experience, but today was not great. I Forgot my shopper card on my other keys so at self checkout I mentioned this to the staff person and was told to use my number, which doesnt work (was never linked up properly when I first got it), which I mentioned to the staff person and was told thats our process, and left me hanging with no further assistance... not even to help me with a spare shopper card or start a new one.

Decent place but employees arent very friendly. When it first opened everyone was all smiles and were really nice. One employee even offered my wife an umbrella one day when it was raining. But that lasted about 30 days and now they barely acknowledge you. Sometimes the cashier will be laughing and talking with the person in front of you then looks at you like Did you really need to come to my line?

Well Im glad another grocery store moved to location. Food Lion is pretty decent overall. The checkout is always moving and enough people so no long lines. Few minor things here and there but theyre doin great.

Absolutely LOVE this store!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I’ve never had an issue finding anything or the store being out of things. Huge selection and always stocked! The store manager Tyrell is the nicest guy and you can tell he is a very active member! Will continue shopping here for sure!!

One nice thing about Food Lion is their prices are very comparable in the staff is excellent. And if you have any questions about prices are where anything is people are always there to to help you with anything you need. The store is always very clean and the bathrooms are very clean as well its the step above the Improvement of what used to be known as Bi-Lo.
