We operate a business in their unit here in Goose Creek. It is wonderful to have a property manager when you are a small business. Many do not have that luxury so this is a brilliant idea in itself as a growing company. To allow small businesses to rent space and to also have someone who lives on site 24/7 just for peace of mind. The staff here is so helpful and attentive. If you have a flat tire (one of our new hires did) if you need a stamp like I did today. A business that makes you feel like family. That is a business I want to be a part of. They are fantastic and great to their occupants, no complaints over here!

I selected a humidity control unit for now and may increase the unit size as we prepare for the Fall and Winter. The staff greeted me when I arrived, was very friendly and helpful in matching the best unit to meet my storage needs.

All Star Storage is a fantastic Facility. I rent one of the front offices for my business Tracy and Tammi have the best customer service. Every time I stop by the office I am greeted with a smile. They always have snacks and coffee. I would highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong with this company.

We had a great experience storing our RV at All-Star. Due to COVID-19 it was there many more months than expected. Tammi was very helpful anytime we called and arranged for a tow truck to start the battery when we arrived to pick up the RV. So great to deal with staff who cares!

This place used to be a Food Lion so its not built as a storage center. Its really tight to get anything large into the parking storage and I really disliked having my boat there even if it was cheaper than most other places. People were super nice so I gave a star back.

Great Storage location. Love the various bathroom location and the hospitality of staff with wonderful snacks and coffee available all day. I wish the hours for the unit could be extended til at least midnight,but I’m quite sure there’s a reason for the 10 pm slot. Overall I’m satisfied.

Our company has been using All-Star Storage for our office location for about 6 months now & we have to say that everything about this facility is great! The staff, Sheila, Tammy & Travis, always make you feel welcome & they take the time to stop & talk with you throughout the day! The entire facility is well kept & manicured which is important to us, as tenants, running a business. Everyone here is a true professional, whether it be the staff or other tenants renting office space- its nice to know I can walk around the grounds & see a friendly face no matter where I look! Plus Sheilas fresh baked cookies every morning are a definite plus!!

Extremely disappointed in this place. Had our 2019 Bennington SX22 tritoon stolen from Goose Creek location sometime between 21 May and 6 June. Wasnt happy with the number of times we visited this location and the gates were wide open. Mgt turnoverin this place is crazy. Not enough cameras and side gate onto Crowfield Blvd is not monitored with cameras. Be very careful. Tracy and Tammi are very nice, but I think owners need to do better at protecting our stuff. Big big loss for us. Corporate is refusing to reimburse our deductible and personal property. They dont respond to phone calls. We were lied to about cameras and she even admitted that to police. Copy of police report shows they agreed that they had issues. Be careful folks. Tammy and Traci great but not this company

Very friendly and helpful, love the facility very clean. Love the quick service, I came to them with a full car of stuff and they where able to get me into a unit and unloaded in about an hour. Would highly recommend there facility.

Maybe not the cheapest in Goose Creek but by far the best! We had 2 units and my oldest son and myself decided to combine them to cut back on monthly bill. My so is a Type 1 diabetic and a teenager so tends to be forgetful at times. Well his blood sugar plummeted (very dangerous/potentially deadly for T1 diabetics). He left his glucose tablets at home. I ran up to the office only to find them closed for lunch. Go outside and a gentleman that was in the office was taking his lunch break. I explained our situation and he sprang up got me a hand full of lifesavers and a Gatorade. Im not sure he fully understood that he was a hero that day. He quite possibly saved my sons life. They have always been extremely nice in the office and helpful.

The office staff is very friendly, and they were even kind enough to give me a call when my storage unit was left unlocked. The facility itself always appears well maintained. Ive also rented a UHaul from them, they were quick and courteous (not to mention convenient) with that rental as well.

The Ladies were wonderful! Tried to help me park my RV and when I just couldn’t get it where they originally set me up at they moved me to an easier parking spot and were right there to help me the whole time!

Im sorry. I really did try to like this company but I just cant... Ive called multiple times every week for the last 6 weeks, Ive left multiple messages. No one answers the phone, no one returns my phone call. My business will be brought elsewhere and I will make sure that all of my customers know to steer clear of any Universal Storage Solutions owned property. Good riddance.

José was a huge help during our hectic move. He helped us estimate the correct size storage unit and even offered to change them around as necessary to accommodate our needs if it was wrong. That wasnt needed as he got it right the first time.The facility is clean and very secure. It is always very climate controlled so that my items stay in good condition.I would definitely recommend this facility and crew and use them again.

I came into AllStar for a unit at there NAD Rd location. I was greeted by Irene she was very friendly and informative. Darlene at the NAD location showed me the unit she was also very nice and friendly. The customer service I received I would recommend this place to everyone.

Units were very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. With 10% military discounts and promotional 1st month free this was the best deal for the quality in the area.

Only giving them 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. The management constantly threatens my employees, But have never discussed any issues with the owners. The guy who always wears a bandana has been a huge nuisance to my office manager and our other assistant constantly harassing them. I would not recommend doing business with this company ever!.Update: The CEO Anthony J. Ross called me this evening and without surprise just as hostile as his employees. He told me that I repeated myself to much defending my female employees. I am glad that our time with this subpar organization is over! Good Riddance

The process was long as there was so much paperwork, and on top of that there was a 20.00 administrative fee, which I feel is unnecessary. With all the rentals that is a lot of administrative fee per day or month.

The lady receptionist in the office is very rude & never smiles. We walked in and she automatically told us she could not help us because her computer was not working but yet she was still typing on it. We just had a simple question. When we asked she said idk. We are very unsatisified.

Worst storage facility in Goose Creek!!! The staff within the office were good, but when I found out I was being over charged for over 8 months I was told sorry nothing we can do. From the Area manager!! I was being charged for a 10 x 10 when I had a 7 x 9!!! Moving my belongings out as I type!!!!! Never again!!!
