Very nice associate. I rented at your Ashley River road location for several years and was very impressed. This location not the same. Anybody can walk in where the enclosed units are.... It smells like urine where I parked outside the front doors to the right. Only 3 carts available the first time and then only 2 the second time I came to unload.... Someone who was renting an outside unit came and took one if the carts when I was there guess thats why there were only two.... I went early one morning and it was only me and the rats/mice there. They were running around in the ceiling, very active.... Each time Ive come theres a man sitting on the ground charging his phone from the wall outlet of the building.... People park right in front of the doors blocking the entrance making others having to walk around them....

I was able to rent a unit easily while out of state! Took less than 30 minutes out of my day. The manager, Jennifer, was beyond helpful and attentive to all of my needs. She answered questions I forgot to ask and made me feel good about my decision to rent with Extra Space. I tried to reach out and work with other storage facilities, but glad I didnt. Superior service and I highly recommend them.

I’m using the storage in GooseCreek and love how easy to access the gate with no issues!!! Only problem I have is people using the cart to sit on vs. letting someone that needs it to move things back and forth. Otherwise, I love the storage unit!

Steven was amazing me ln the other hand was not. He went above and beyond to walk me through everything helping me with computer and all.

Extra Space Storage is a great 👍 place to your belongings and it is a safe and secure place for whatever you need to store there.. they are friendly if need anything they are there to help you .. they have indoor climate control and they have regular Storage space you can store cars, boats, campers, and trucks as well.

Mr. Bob is an Awesome guy, the rates are great and the facility is clean, well lit, and well maintained. I recommend any looking for a place to store their valuables, come in you wont be disappointed.

Had a really pleasant experience throughout our entire time at this facility. The reserve/rental process was very smooth and quick. The location is convenient, well-lit and feels safe. Most of all, the staff was absolutely amazing. I wish I knew names to call them out, but they were super friendly and very helpful when we came in to pay or needed anything. We would still be renting there if we hadnt moved too far away. I know there are a LOT of choices in the area, but I highly recommend this location.

There got it going on at this place and the temp controlled storage units are large and easy to deposit your treasures into. Their Easy to navigate large units warehouse and the ability to store boats or cars outside in a lot makes this my favorite. With large push carts through the generously wide halls this place was wonderful for what do. Keep up the good work.

I will never rent from Extra Space Storage again. My rent went from $85 to $127 in the span of 2 years. The space was a cinderblock unit that did not protect my things from rat droppings and cockroaches. I moved my belongings to a climate controlled unit at Public Storage just down the street for $37 a month. I will be sharing this information with my Facebook friends.

I love extra space storage. I was just there to get me a storage and Mr. Norman was there to help me with a smile on his face. He really did lay out the details for me about the storage area and how everything work. I was glad that he was there to help me fully understand thanks a lot Norman you are GREAT!!!

Awesome place, called while I was Offshore and explain my situation and Jennifer and her called me and left messages about the unit I was inquiring about... Got off the boat came in and the tour of the facility was great. Jennifer also explained the Insurance and the difference between unit sizes versus climate and non climate control. Also made me smile and she didnt even know I was in sad mood...I RECOMMEND them to anyone thats in need of a storage space....

Friendly, polite, professional and affordable.

We stored pretty much everything we own, excluding a few daily items and clothing, at Extra Space for about six months. While it was a little more expensive than other storage facilities, I felt the most secure about leaving my stuff here. I liked that my unit was inside the building and fully climate controlled, and I especially liked that you had to punch in your code to enter or exit the gate. The facility was always clean and well lit (motion detector lights), and I felt personally safe while at my unit in addition to feeling secure about leaving my belongings.When we first started storing in June 2016, the interior doors also required a code to get in, which I liked since someone could theoretically cruise through the gate behind a storage customer but then get stumped by an additional code needed. That code has since been removed, however. Not a huge deal, since the units are all padlocked anyway, but it was enough for me to note.The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and had no issues when my planned two month storage turned into six months as we house hunted. I would definitely choose Extra Space if I ever need storage again!

Would give this facility an A+ and with the personnel they could not be better than they were. There is no way, that I can see to improve any area of this business. This place would pass a white glove inspection.

Big change from the last manager Trish/Stephen stay cleaning when you go to that public place and the restroom are clean you know they care about there business and you find that here . Move here for a new job found that the apartment I was looking at online was not up to my living standards. It was not even close to the pic online . I have to do something fast could not hold the movers up anymore. Stop in the extra space office out of it and they took care of me got me in a until with a great promotion they was running . This is one of the cleanest facilities I have been in. Their rates are better than many in the area. The staff are very helpful and super nice They also carry a nice selection of packing materials and locks. It is convenient to my home and very easy to navigate through. Love that they have climate controlled storage as well. They made it easy for me to move with free use of their moving truck! I dont even have to remember to stop by and pay because they set me up with autopay.

Never had any problems with them. What you see is what you get. The units are clean, accessible, and priced honestly. We moved across country and they actually waived a fee for us during a hard time of trying to accounts moved over from bank to bank. They were super helpful.

I have used extra space storage in 3 cities now and this staff is excellent. They keep the facility clean and secure. This facility has large electric doors for loading/unloading and the location is convenient. I recommend them!
