Very friendly - answered all of my questions without hesitation. Storage areas were very neat and tidy. Seems very secure. Would highly recommend. Convenient location and easy to access. Love that you can use their app to access the storage areas in case you forget your PIN.

Property manager gave me a call immediately after making a reservation and reserved it for me until I was able to drive there. Great customer service and perfect location for military assigned to NWS Charleston. Facility was clean and the had carts to assist with my moving from vehicle to unit.

Miss. Grace was the store manager at this location where we suddenly had to have our things in storage. She was beyond helpful, friendly and patient with every question I had. She kept the place very clean wich that gave me peace of mind. One time there was a problem with one of the elevators so I contacted her and she promptly responded back and took care of the situation. Making the reservation online was quick and easy. It also provided an online express check-in process to speedup the initial rental paperwork by providing some basic info. Jennifer showed me the unit prior to renting and Jayliss handled the final paperwork. Both ladies were very professional and friendly. I was able to rent a unit on the 1st floor which is very clean and reasonably well lit. I rented the unit today so this is a first impression review. I would highly recommend this Public Storage site for your climate controlled self storage needs.

Brand new building and very clean. Professional, kind staff, and very knowledgeable. They have supplies there in stock and don’t try to sell you anything you won’t need. Very affordable introductory rates that will probably go up but you can pre-pay at the intro rate if you’re concerned about the increase.
