We had a problem in Frisco after leaving Denver. We lost power and the check engine light came on after the clean exhaust notice came on. Could not get in to a repair shop anywhere except Grand Junction! I called while driving there and they got us in at 1pm. Warranty work was preformed and we were on our way by 5pm. Thank you Craig, Jason and the service team for helping us get back on the road.

Our Hummer is in worse condition after we picked it up from this dealership service department. They charged us $1,391.13 showed us no bad parts that they claim to have changed. Cluster, fuel pump. It is barely running the gauges are not reading correctly and we have no recipe or any form of record from this place of business. Now the airbags will not inflate, it will not idle, has no power, no kick down, and the vehicle shakes. The service writer (Zach) was rude and does not speak the truth. We spoke with the department manager about this situation and it was clear that not even the management is concerned with repairing a vehicle to be a safe for a customer.When asked they agreed it was not safe to drive but still brought it around for the wife to drive off in.DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS YOU ARE MAD AS HELL AT YOURSELF DONT GO HERE.

‘17 duramax fan clutch failed on a road trip. Stopped in first thing in the morning and Jason got me right in and parts were in stock. Jason kept me updated on progress and estimated completion time. Shuttle driver picked me up and I had my truck back just after lunch.

Great staff and knowledgeable. Im Leary of dealerships because of the high prices but this visit was worth it for the piece of mind it gave me with taking my vehicle across country for Thanksgiving.
