Mike is an extremely professional mechanic. He was able to get my truck in relatively quick (busy shop) and was thorough in his repairs. He even fixed my back seat! I will certainly trust this shop with all of my future toyota needs. I love my 4runner and its nice to have someone working on it that appreciates toyota!

Worst costomer service ever. Called for a part wich he said he had. Showed up and employee said i had to wait for mike to be there.Returned back for part and mike said he would call me that afternoon for pick up. Never called wasted multiple trips to store,to get turned away. What a joke

We bought the car and the battery failed the first day we owned it, we were stranded and after calling Mike he came and installed a new battery in the car for us. Mike is the absolute best around. He knows more about any and every kind of Toyota than anyone else around and he will shoot you straight. If you do not need it, he will not push it on you. Also, he knows more than most about any other vehicle makes and models too. Very well rounded mechanic and has piles or parts too! Hard to find parts... Land Cruisers, Land Cruisers, Land Cruisers.

Customer service is based on whether it is convenient for Mike or whether he likes or dislikes someone and never answers the phone unless calling from a strange number then replies. What! do you want! Hahaha he really knows how to sweet talk someone.

Mike is very dishonest and a thief! Took my truck to him to be resto-modded. He delivered over a month late (had my truck for 4 years!), and robbed me of 20grand...not finished. Now, he won’t answer phone calls or respond at all. I’m now have to spend way more money fixing his mistakes. DONT USE METRIC OFF-ROAD!

Not super impressed. Urged me to get my land cruiser in as soon as possible. Then it sat for 3 weeks and only did 3 hours of labor which included wiring it wrong and also charged double for parts than what was found online....

This is the best toyota truck auto shop anywhere in the western US. I was on a road trip, broke down in Grand Junction and was taken care of like a king, they fixed everything fast, and sent me on my way. They have 2 yards of toyota trucks, so if you are missing a part, they probably have it, which helps when it comes to toyota trucks. They were able to solve problems that no other shop could get right. They know toyota - so if you have a jeep or chevy or ford, you will get an ear full until you get a toyota - I wish they were closer to me, I have 3 toyota trucks, between check engine lights, water pump, timing belts, to 4x4 and breaks they know TOYOTA! Trust Mike and Jay at Metric Offroad for your toyota needs!

The five times that i have been to this shop to buy parts for a land cruiser he will not sell you parts or he does not have time to help. Call mike on the phone i have those parts. I make the 2 hour drive then he says i dont have time to do that today or i dont sell those parts. Not helpful!!!! crap sevice
