It would seem I am reiterating other buyers views/experiences, Cass is indeed a pleasant and surprising change from the used car dealer stereotypes. I shopped at 4 local dealerships for a used vehicle, I got the standard used car dealer sub optimal experience at 3 of them (I simply walked away). Clarkland had a car that peeked my interest and did meet my expectations. Took it to my mechanic and reported the findings, to my surprise Cass indicated he would (and did) rectify the issues. Furthermore he was willing to trade an older car at a reasonable price (but I managed to sell it privately).

Cass was awesome through the entire process! The car was in excellent condition, and he still let me take it to a 3rd party mechanic to have it checked out. They found a few issues typical with a 6 year old car and Cass took care of them for me! He is also really knowledgeable about the cars he sells, which helped a lot. In the end I got a great car, for a great price. The whole experience just seemed too good to be true. I will definitely recommend Cass/Clarkland Motors to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Fantastic experience! Im 65 years old and have owned maybe 30 cars in my life and this was one of the best buying experiences Ive ever had. The vehicle was in pristine condition and very fairly priced AND Cass accepted my offer with no hassle whatsoever. Cass is extremely down-to-earth and ZERO pressure. None whatsoever. Cass at Clarkland Motors really helped us out! Our Toyota van blew a head gasket while we were on vacation. We found Clarkland Motors on the Internet and he had just the car for us - a beautiful, low-mile Honda Pilot. I bought a 2009 Town car from Cass, the car was everything plus that he said it was. He had a complete service and full tank of gas when he picked me up at the airport with the car. With out doubt this was the best car buying experience Ive ever had dealer or private sale, Cass is a friendly, honest quality person.

I have to say I’ve never had a more pleasant car shopping experience then at Clarkland motors. Cass the owner was the most honest and now trusting person my wife and I had dealings with. We were on vacation at the time and we stopped in to check out a vehicle my wife liked. At the time there was someone else that wanted the car and Cass was obligated to give them first rights. We said that we will take the car if the first deal fell through. Cass informed us that it did a week later, so we said will take the car but now we’re back home 250 miles from Clarland. Cass drove the 250 miles and delivered my wifes car to our front door. Excellent customer service! Cas was such a nice guy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and honest with the whole process. I called him from WI about a suburban and I thought it would be a hassle buying something unseen and flying out to get it, but it went extremely easy and the suburban was exactly what I expected. Cas even picked me up from the airport! Communication was excellent. Cas is a very honest, low pressure salesman, selling carefully selected quality cars. I wish all buying experiences were like this.
