They were very professional and honest. I didn’t feel like they were trying to find unnecessary repairs just to take advantage of me (like some other places will do when you take your car for a simple oil change). They did a thorough check on everything and said it all looks good except for one brake pad. I already knew my brakes were getting bad, so I know they are being honest about that. They did make good maintenance recommendations at fair prices but she wasn’t “pushy” at all. I will definitely be taking my car here every time I need service.

Liars and crooks! I was assured by the Red Rock service department, over the phone, that a Transportation Safety Board notice regarding a failed fuel system part (which had already been diagnosed) would be replaced by Nissan at NO CHARGE to me. I drove the 1.5 hours to Nissan to have the work done...and then the $$$ started to add up. $130 to re-diagnose the trouble code (IE plug the scan tool in and read the P0448 code again = 2 minutes). I explained all of the above to the service department, again, only to be told that their mechanic had to be paid for his time somehow. I could have used this morning to replace the part myself for less than $130 and saved myself the fuel it just cost to drive 150 miles!!! Thanks for wasting my time and money!!!

Especially the part where they will make a recommendation about using additives for the oil and gas and reminding you that there is a program that saves you $$ on oil changes!I could go on but, it was my wife who took the Rogue in for maintenance and then gave me a full report.If she says it was all good, it was all good...

Adam listened wonderfully to exactly what I wanted and we picked out the correct car for me on the very first try!!!!! I love my Nissan Rogue, I adore it in fact and it is the best car I’ve ever had. Im not sure if this review is replacing or adding to an existing review, but Red Rock Nissan sure came through this time! I recently had my 2006 Frontier in their shop to get a new transmission, and it was there for almost a month. I finally picked it up, only to find out on the way home something was seriously wrong. I called them up, and I was very upset about what happened. They stepped up to the plate, and are fixing the driveshaft problem free of charge. While I was there, I started chatting with an employee who happened to be in sales. She and her trainer showed me a nicely loaded Kicks, and I took it out for a quick drive. They really took care of me that day, and I plan to buy one of those cars from them in the very near future!

Everyone that works there is really genuine which is nice. They aren’t over the top friendly, just normal which I very much appreciate. My only complaint about this location, and maybe it’s this way in others as well, but you have to be put on a waitlist for a loaner car and it takes about 3 weeks. I don’t know how anyone could predict 3 weeks in advance that their car will break. Otherwise, 5 star service, nice waiting area, nice staff, overall great!

Aaron and Toby, I can’t thank you guys enough. Coming from Dallas heading to Yellowstone, our van transmission had a serious issue. Two parents and six girls stranded, and these guys came through for us. It was a struggle but the van is fixed and our vacation is continuing. They were quick, they care, and they did a great job.It’s always easy to gripe and complain when everyone is struggling and trying hard. They were incredibly busy in the morning I brought my van in. What can you do, you just understand and hope for the best. But when they understood the situation we were in, they went the extra mile. We kind, be understanding, let’s all be human!Thank you guys again!

I had an emergency and needed to get my vehicle road ready for a 1300 mile road trip to get a great grand daughter. The Service staff were wonderful. They got me in quick and the work that was needed was done quickly, that we were able to leave within a couple of hours after getting the service needed done.

It was my fist time going in for an oil change, I have heard nothing, but good things about them. HOWEVER!!!! I took my car in for an oil change and left with a dent in my car door that makes it hard to close. I told the manager about it and she confirmed that the dent came from the dealership and told me that she would take care of it, just to call back and set up a date to get it taken care of. I have tried to get ahold of her 4 times now within the last two days and have not been able to reach her. I have left messages and no call has been returned. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH MY CAR.

Had heard and reviewed the ratings prior to using them for service. However, we were extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and updates on our vehicle. Our original advisor left on vacation without letting us know or without handing over our service to someone else. We had to call every time to get information about our vehicle. Plus they always put us on hold for long periods of time. We were disconnected 3 times! Additionally we could never speak with the mechanic or service tech. We still haven’t been able to talk with the mechanic as to why our vehicle was burning through alternators and batteries. We cannot recommend red rocks to anyone. Poor service. Hopefully the repairs hold. We’ll see.

My experience with the Nissan service department was negative. Took my 2016 truck in for an over-all safety and fluid check. Aaron Dicamillo was intent on selling me a oil/tire package costing $144.00. I went to lunch and then waited in the lobby for another hour. At 3PM - Aaron came out with the invoice said there was an oil leak, and it should be repaired ASAP. Why didnt he call me/or come out to see me to get the repair same day? I called next day asking for a discount because the repair cost $150 and I would lose all the oil I just paid for. He offered me free car washes. During our discussion he told me he could not have a intelligent conversation and hung up. I wont be back and I can get better service elsewhere.

After researching car dealerships for my sister in Grand Junction, I thought Red Rock Nissan was the best since their review are pretty decent. WRONG! This dealership is horrible. My sister walked in with cash looking for a used car for her daily commute of 70 miles per day. She found a Ford Focus that fit her budget and needs. Upon the test drive the transmission sputtered. She mentioned it to her Salesman, Ryan Greager and he explained that that was common in Ford focuses and that’s just how they are. She purchased the car (AS IS) and 48 hours later the transmission went out. Now I understand it was AS IS, but after talking with Ryan and then the Sales Manager, Tyson Chambers. They agreed to help her and give her options on what they could potentially do and that they would let her know in 48 hours. 48 hours passed and no calls. Two weeks passes and no calls. She called back and they apologized and said they were working on a plan to have a company come and pick up the car that following Friday and take it to their shop to have it looked at. It’s been two months and Tyson will not answer her calls or return her calls. Tyson is shady and slimey and I would watch out for him. He has the typical car salesman attitude. Ryan was nice enough. Do your research before you purchase! We were not expecting them to replace the transmission for free by any means…. But some communication and some options would have went along way. Very poor experience.

I think the thing that disappointed me the most was that in other places I have had vehicles serviced they took the time to give a quick vacuum to the floor boards and washed the exterior windows. A small thing but in lieu of the $$$$ spent, it would be very nice to add this small service.

Sold a car here after KBB appraisal. Very poor experience. They tried to dink me at every stage of the transaction. Paper work was completed, keys given to them and then told no check for three to four days! They wanted original wheels/tires installed, offered to do it for me. Brought car and tires, then told it would be $90 for the change. They begrudgingly did it for free but installed wrong lug nuts on stock tire set up. Lost spacer rings for extra tires.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. They sold me a vehicle that was 4 times the cost I wanted to pay and a $900 month payment which was double what I explained I wanted. I only took the offer because I was in desperate need for my business and needed something fast.They sold me a scratched up truck that was not even working. I waited over a month to get my truck to just have more issues. This truck is a 2017 Nissan Titan XD diesel with 48,000 miles on it I had 3 different loaner trucks during this time and the desiel truck has issues as well.I will never recommend this dealership or anything Nissan.

These guys are awesome to deal with! We had a car on order here in Utah for 8 months and were told it would be another 4-6 months. I found the car on the lot at Red Rock Nissan and reached out to them. The rest is history. Adam Preisner was the easiest car salesman I have ever worked with. He took the time to Facetime us and do a virtual walkthrough of the car, inspected it to the max for any imperfections their might be and made sure we were happy before we jumped in the car and made the 8 hour round trip. While on the way I worked with him getting all the paperwork ready and we were in and out of the dealership within 20 minutes upon arrival. I have not had a more easy experience purchasing a car in my life. I will definitely use these guys for future purchases. Thank you Adam and the whole Red Rock Nissan team!

I have been getting my truck serviced here for a couple years now. Their service department is very good about communicating about appointments, progress of your service and follow up. They text me reminders which I like instead of a phone call. Aaron has been especially helpful and does a good job of upselling services without being annoyingly pushy. I will continue to get my truck serviced here even after the warranty is over.

The only reason I will not use Red Rock for service is that I live in Utah. My Salesman, Walker Galyean was incredible and I couldnt have asked for a smoother process. He was with me all the way and I am very glad to have had him in my corner.I caution you to read all the financing paperwork, the financial person was nowhere near the quality of Walker.Be Careful!

Service manager provided support to have our Nissan repaired with her technician and to keep cost to a minimum. Given the work demands,repair completed a day longer than expected. I had to phone to check on progress of repair otherwise would have to wait “in the dark” Communication is important for good customer relations especially substitute staff when manager is out of office,and intra-staff communication is important.Good repair otherwise!Thank you

I bought my 10 year old Hyundai at Red Rock on July 6. At that time there were a couple of minor issues with it but I was confident they would be resolved. I was very unhappy when I looked at the final documents at home to see they had added $3750 for a warranty. This was never discussed or disclosed. Very sneaky!! They also added $119 for the first 3 oil changes.One of the issues was with the remote not working and before I could get it back to them for the 2nd time, the car blew oil all over my driveway. A LOT of oil. I was told to add a quart or 2 and bring it in. I opted to have them tow it. That was July 28. They did fix the problem but when I went back to get it, the remote still did not work, and there was still a rattleon start that they all just ignored. I have called and texted and cant get anyone to give me a straight answer, let alone return calls or texts. At this point, as much as I liked the car, I no longer want it. I regret ever stopping at that dealership. Today is 34 days I have been stuck without a vehicle and its been 10 days since I was told the car should be done in a few more days. And still no word from them. Avoid this place! Take your money and time elsewhere!

My daughter and son-in-law have had their vehicle for over 45 days. Their temporary tags have expired, the lien holder shows no record of the truck, Corporate Nissan shows no record of the vehicle in their system. They moved out of state (which was disclosed to the dealership) and cannot get anyone to help them get their paperwork sorted out to get their truck legal in the new state. They have belittled and talked down to them, AND failed to send new temporary tags as promised in writing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a good car buying experience. I cannot wait till the lawyer contacts them. They may not be open much longer. There are items in the contract that have yet to be fulfilled. The dealership does not seem to understand that they are 2000 miles away and cannot just pop in to the local DMV to fix what they have deliberately caused. The mental stress and hardship this dealership has caused is unethical and immoral.

I’ve been working with Tiffany, Collin and Marcus. This dealership has been amazing! They have all been so kind and understanding while other staff have helped keep my toddlers busy so we could get things done. Tiffany and Collin were never pushy, they showed me a few things and wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. *update* was told financing would be 35. Took the car home and when I came back to sign it was now 44. I understand the why but it wasn’t the deal I was wanting so I didn’t go through with it. GM got nasty and the sales manager gave me two options. Get my original car back for $250 or pay $2250 for using the car I had taken home if I didn’t buy it for the 44. Never once did they mention these fees before and couldn’t produce any document saying this when I asked for it.

They had the car for 4 days total before they were able to diagnose what was wrong. Then they had to order the part which took 5 days. Getting them to realize what was covered by the warranty that they sold me was difficult. Every single time that I called, it was very difficult to get an answer and the technician that handled my car was not available. Then there was a $100 fee to use the warranty which no one told me about.Communication sucks.

Brought my Rogue sport in for issues with air conditioner only to be told they couldnt find anything wrong with it....hmm nothing wrong with it then explain to me why ten minutes after I left their shop that I had absolutely no cold air. Its hot out people and this is not acceptable by any means. I will not use or recommend Red Rock Nissan ever again. The Finance person, Jordan, is the most unprofessional person and called me a liar on the phone. When I went into Red Rock to speak with his manager, the manager would not come out of his office and sent someone else to speak with me. I have notified Nissan USA about this unfortunate unprofessional incident. Every time I drive by Red Rock, I get sick to my stomach, upset and frustrated because of the way we were treated.

The service department is a joke. If they cant plug the vehicle into a computer and have it spit out an answer they will never figure out whats wrong! Took my car in for a strange noise coming from the motor, thought it may have been the tensioner pulley. This was never diagnosed, they just threw a new pulley in and tried to send my car back to me even though it was still making the noise. They had their 2 lead mechanics look at it and I was told it was a piston slap and the motor needed replaced. Best they could do was a used motor with 100,000 miles on it and a 1 year warranty for $4,800 after install. Found another mechanic that got a motor with 27,000 miles a 2 year warranty and only $1,800 after install. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I went in several months before I purchased and just didn’t have my credit where I wanted it to be to get the interest rate I wanted. Dylan was non pressure, but just checked in about once a month. I purchased a used Nissan Titan Platinum and was told that they would not be able to do the deal unless I financed the vehicle so the dealership could get their kickback from the bank. The vehicle had an oil leak, missing floor mats, one missing mud flap and a broken seat heater on the passenger side. I was told I could have the vehicle in three days with all problems resolved. It was necessary for me to make a trip so after three days I picked up the truck and nothing had been done. I was told if I brought the vehicle back when I returned a loaner truck would be provided while they fixed the problems. I dropped off the truck and was told there were no loaner vehicles available, due to a shortage of dealer plates. I waited approximately a week, with no communication from the dealer, I returned to the dealership, found out nothing had been done on the vehicle and told them of my displeasure with the service. They managed to find a loaner vehicle for me to use. After approximately another two and a half weeks I received a text requesting that I bring back the loaner vehicle so they could sell it and would provide me with another truck to use. I did this and asked what the status was on the repairs. I was told they were getting close to worked on it. Tiffany, a sales associate, was kind enough to contact me to update me on the progress, as she knew of my disappointment. Another week passed and Tiffany texted that the vehicle was repaired and I could bring back the loaner and pick up the truck. All in all, the dealership communication was very poor, with the exception of Tiffanys effort. The dealership had four relatively minor repairs to make and took over a month to get the issues resolved. I believe if the dealership and original salesperson would have been honest, took a small amount of time to communicate the truthful status of the repairs, and the timing necessary to complete them, it would have made the whole experience tolerable. The overall atmosphere at the dealership is one of nonchalance and lack of customer appreciation. The dealership is filled with personnel at temporary tables and chairs trying to look busy or just typing on their phones, which presents an unprofessional appearance. When asked to speak to management none are ever available to help. The workers at a business reflect management attitudes. It is quite obvious that there is something lacking at this dealership and I cannot, and would not, recommend it to anyone.

At first I was hesitant to get a car. I was in school and at the time didn’t need a car, but my mom was so persistent that Alex at the Red Rock Nissan was the best car salesman I would ever meet. So I heeded her advice and went to the dealership. The minute I got there I was greeted by Alex who was set on making sure that I had the best car, for the best price, in the shortest amount of time. The first car he showed was the car I ultimately decided to get. The whole trip was worth meeting the best salesman Alex and getting a car I never would have dreamt I could get. My 2017 Titan lost computer communication. It was still under warranty and the Service manager Barry was doing his best to get me on the road. He and April worked to keep me informed.
