Let me be very clear- Tyler is the MOST AMAZING person I’ve ever bought a vehicle from. He went above and beyond for us when purchasing our Jeep from him. Not only was he patient while we transferred our funds from an out of state bank, he met with us after business hours to accommodate our busy work schedules and coming in from Glenwood. We were a little nervous since we had just moved to Colorado and didn’t know anyone or have any recommendations, but I am SO beyond happy we bought from Tyler. The day we drove from Glenwood to grand junction to pick up the Jeep, we were 22 minutes away from his shop and our tire on our truck went FLAT!!! We were already set to meet at 7:45pm (after hours!! Thank you!!!) but I knew we wouldn’t make it in time. I called tyler and told him I would get an Uber but I would be late. He said no, and DROVE TO US AND PICKED ME UP!!!! If that isn’t amazing customer service, I don’t know what is. He actually saved us in a bad situation on the side of the highway. He really goes above and beyond for his clients and I couldn’t imagine a better, friendlier face to welcome us to Colorado. His kindness and honesty is outstanding, and anyone who wants an honest car salesman should look no further than Outwest Motors. 10000000/10 experience.
