I have had to wear glasses for almost thirty years. I have had many many eye exams and this one was by far the worst. It was so fast, I didnt know what happened. When I returned home, I checked my prescription against one I had from several years back and it was weaker than that one. Dr Noga spent a total of 6 minutes with me in the chair. Never addressed my questions or concerns, just hurried me out the door to help the next two people in line. I am on Medicaid and couldnt help feeling and thinking that I was being pushed off due to my financial status. Terrible.

I have never had so much fun while picking glasses and sunglasses out. CAROL is amazing and so personable. She was so honest about everything when I kept asking how things looked on me. CAROL is your girl you should ask for when going to Pearl Vision. Amazing customer service and so friendly. Still cant get over how much I laughed at an eye appointment

From the receptionist to the doctor, it was a pleasant, painless experience. Its taking a little bit longer to get my Ray Ban frames in but Im still pleased with my overall experience. I will update if anything unforseen pops up when my order is complete.UPDATE: Ray Bans arrived and fit like they were custom made for my face. Couldnt be more satisfied with my experience!

I went in to pick up some glasses and mentioned something that happened to me two days prior to an eye. Turns out I had an unknown potential retinal tear. Stu gave me great advice and helped me understand what was potentially happening he used many technical terms that made me assume he was an optometrist he then said he would be able to squeeze me in when the optometrist got there in a few hours.Stu knows far too much about eyes and their technical biology to be just a grunt worker. I would say promote him but that would take him away from customers where he shines. Maybe an “at a boy” and a gift card to Wienerschnitzel... or whatever corporate reward structure is in place.

Glasses are comparatively far too expensive and if you get your prescription there and dont buy glasses you get poor treatment. My son lost his eye glasses prescription (we only had his contacts prescription). We went in for a new copy but my son was told their printer was not working. He then asked if they could email a copy, low and behold their whole system was down and he couldnt get a copy until next Monday (five days). We had to go to another optometrist for a whole new prescription. For reference, I was quoted a price of $900.00 for a pair of Ray Ban Clubmasters by Pearle. I went home and ordered the same glasses online for $400.00. Oh yeah, the eye exam was not good either. The whole exam was less than 5 minutes and not too thorough.*UPDATE* - We went to another optometrist for the eye exam, turns out Dr. Nogles quick eye exam resulted in an incorrect prescription. The new Dr. checked twice to make sure. We also received new lenses in 10 minutes with excellent service. Investigate your eyecare providers, Grand Junction!

Dr. Anderson, Stu, and the staff at Pearle Vision are the best! My daughter and I recently had appointments, and they made us both very comfortable. It was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had, and Dr. Anderson made sure our prescriptions were right. I got a lot of information about products but no pressure to buy anything. I was extremely pleased. We will use Pearle Vision from now on.

Dr Noga is such a great doctor, I will only go see him. The staff is great, the building is always spotless clean, and the prices are very fair.

UPDATE: I got a call from Johnny after posting this review and He did everything he could to explain the situation and compensate me for the longer than expected wait. Glasses are great.I went in for an eye exam and ordered new glasses almost a month ago. I called twice and was told next week both times. Still dont have my glasses.

I am always greeted and made to feel welcome. I cant say enough good things about this office and its entire staff. Both me and my child have ordered glasses from this location and they were always done correctly. I also buy insurance for the child glasses and this has come in handy on two separate sets of glasses. This time when they broke I called and talked to Stu. He was knowledgeable, courteous and was able to provide a replacement over the phone and will call me when they come in. Im so glad we have this Pearle Vision in GJ and so many caring people like Lindsay too! She has fitted our glasses on multiple occasions and provided small adjustments over the years. I so appreciate her!

My husband bent his frame on his glasses on Labor Day getting ready for work. I called and left a messageNot expecting to get a call back till tues because of the holiday but somebody called me back telling me they were closed today but she would be there for a while if I wanted to come by.i went right over and she said she would take a look at his glasses. Not only did she fix them but she did it on her day off. I had a recent exam and was so impressed on how organized and well managed the business was during COVID19. The facility was full, but the staff paid close attention to social distancing. It was very clean (which is nothing new at this location) and the owner helped me pick out a great pair of frames, something I always struggle with. What impressed me most was the personal attention (again nothing new at this facility) in cleaning every pair of frames I tried before putting them back, and I tried on many. I highly recommend Pearle Vision GJ.

Everything was so amazing. The office was clean and the people were nice. Dr. Noga was very helpful. But, the best part of my experience today was Bailey. He was so nice and patient with me while teaching me how to use contacts for the first time. He gave me a real opinion when helping me choose frames. He even helped me step out of my box a little. Travis Anderson is my ophthalmologist, and provides nothing but the best. I have complex eyes and he goes out of his way to provide the most up to date care and treatment plans. It’s extremely nice to have a provider take time to explain what’s going on, options for treatment, at the same time giving you the autonomy to drive your own care. My glasses actually dont make my eyes hurt like the last two pair I had from another doctor. We moved here from Tulsa OK and Pearle vision will be our primary care for vision. I try to shop locally so was very excited to find out the owner is local and a huge supporter of the community.Occasionally I have tried the discount stores to get my second pair free or the big box stores but always regret it. I simply want to be able to see clearly and with as little distortion of depth perception as possible and the super friendly staff always help me get what I want.My prescription has been spot on every time and the lenses Ive bought have outlasted others by a long shot.They accept both mine and my wives insurances which is a huge plus because Id pay the no-insurance rate to get great glasses which is what Ive come to expect thanks to Pearle Vision.

It is a rare thing to find a store of any kind that places as much emphasis on service after the sale as they do on the sale especially an eye care store. The Doctor actually speaks with you to ensure he is providing you with the glasses you need and want, the glasses I purchased were ready when they told me they would be and the service after the sale is second to none.I cannot recommend this store enough.

Awesome!!! Pearle called right after I ordered my glasses to refund part of my money... During my appointment, my insurance showed up as ineligible, so I paid out of pocket for my new glasses. After I left, Tom at Pearle Vision called my insurance repeatedly until they confirmed my eligibility. Then he called to let me know they were refunding me over $250!!! All of this with wonderful service, like I said AWESOME!!!

I’m not going to leave a bad review because I love Pearle Vision. I am not however impressed that this location has marked up a lot of their glasses $150 dollars just enough for the insurance to pay the surcharge and you pay full price. I frequented the Boulder location which is franchised by someone else to find out the same pair of glasses I wanted are $105 cheaper... as well as everywhere else. Please fix this problem.

This was my first time ever here, I will NOT return....... just Bc I have different insurance, and no...... you don’t know it all!! I have been extremely pleased with Pearle Vision. Everyone there is more than accommodating and friendly. I have been to several places in town and Pearle Vision beats them all by a landslide pertaining to professionalism, ambiance, and efficiency. I will never go anywhere else. I am also planning on changing my optometrist to this location, just because of my experiences there thus far.

After talking with Pearl Vision yesterday about my concern. They were very kind and helpful to resolve the issue. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. :)My husband had an appointment today and had to pay $85.00 out of pocket because they did not verify insurance coverage prior to his appointment. If we would have known he had another two months before insurance would cover we wouldve waited.

We recently moved from a different state and LOVED our team at Pearl Vision. I took my daughter here because her eyes are changing so fast that she needs contacts. During her eval the doctor checked his watch for texts multiple times and didnt engage her at all. The attempts to put contacts in her eyes went TERRIBLY because of this and I finally had to step in. That was 4 mon ago and I called because her vision seems to have changed. I was informed that because I had brought her in SSSSSOOOOO long ago that they would be happy to see her again for a full evaluation price and on the bright side it is January and your insurance should pay for another eval. At our last care provider they happily rechecked eyes at less than 6 months because kids eyes change and they wanted the best for the kids... not their bottom line. If you have kids... dont go here.

Everyone is great besides Carol. Carol was very rude about how many times i came in. Even though i was told i could get my glasses fitted anytime. All i wanted was them tightened in the back and she ended up refusing service. First, the man that works there bent my glasses so much my vision was way off. I even threw up from a headache caused by this. I went back and Carol was so rude and condescending about having to do her job then said she wouldnt help me anymore. Sad that a place i liked has such a rude staff member working for them. What a mean, rude and awful individual. If u go there do not get help from Carol.

I went to Pearle Vision for my first time to get an exam and bifocals and they were absolutely WONDERFUL! Very kind and courteous and attentive to my needs. I strongly recommend them!!

We recently purchased 3 pairs of Nike eyeglasses from the Pearle Vision in Grand Junction. The staff was very helpful and professional! My husband had purchased eye glasses from a different organization last year and the glasses were nice, but the lenses were all wrong! Dr Noga was very helpful in getting our Rx correct and the staff got us great progressive lenses for our new eye glasses! :)

I had issues getting fitted for toric lenses in the past (contact lenses that adjust for astigmatism), and they were able to help me find a pair that was comfortable and gives me excellent vision. My experiences at Pearle Vision have always been amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to help me find glasses that are just right for me. When I visit to have the glasses tightened, they are always more than willing to accommodate me. I will always get my contacts and glasses from Pearle Vision.

My son managed to break both pairs of glasses in less than a year. I brought them in and they called the insurance who said we had no coverage. The sides were literally ripped off the glasses. The lady at the counter found two identical sets of frames, called it a Frame Warranty and fixed them both for $30.00 -- there is no way this was a warranty issue. Great product, great service and great care after the sale!

I came in for an emergency visit and did not see my normal Doctor but another. He looked in my 3 year olds eye and found a piece if metal in it. He then panicked and realized he could bot treat her. He sent me to the ER. I took his advice and ended up again at the wrong place with another bill. If you need a pediatric eye Doctor go to Dr Rottman. I can’t believe they didn’t know this info. Plus the 3 minute appointment cost me $90!!! What a joke.

Staff was very friendly and patient with me even though I went through almost ALL of their glasses looking for that perfect look. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was going on with my eyes and helped me make a plan for future procedures for my eyes.

I have bought glasses from several places around town. I have insurance but it didnt seem to matter. What mattered is that they had Ray-Bans. So I paid the price. After I made my decision on the frames I wanted and the proper lens set up I purchased my set of spectacles. I went home and started looking online at comparative prices on frames. What a rip off! So today when I picked up my glasses will be the last time I will be in that store. They didnt even give me a lens cleaning kit. #sonotpro

I got some new ray bands and theyre so great! I absolutely love them, and had great service during the whole process of getting them!

Overall experience was terrible with dr.given wrong prescription on contact lenses 150$ for that, and then wrong frames 418$ for that mistake. #Go somewhere else.

My experience at this location is if you decide to purchase frames and lenses that are not top dollar, you are treated like you arent a valued customer. The woman who gave me my glasses today was in such a hurry to get me out the door she didnt even make sure my new prescription glasses were clean. I had to go back in to have her clean them. If we didnt have the insurance we have where Pearl Vision as a provider, I would go elsewhere!! Very disappointing!
