They are so helpful here. I had been a long time Dr. Bethka patient before moving to the front range. The eye doctor I used in Boulder would not honor the warranty on my frames when they broke, barely a year after I got them. I had to find a duplicate frame on line and when it arrived, the staff at Valley Vision gladly offered put the lenses in even though I did not purchase from them. They went above and beyond to help me in a pinch. Now that Im back, they will always be my choice for future care. Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

Had good experiences until today. Both my daughters had appointments a couple weeks ago and had to get glasses so they picked their frames out and we got them today. Well two of the glasses they switched the frames and put the wrong lenses in the wrong frames. When my husband went in today to tell them they said in order for them to redo it we have to pay for it even though it was their mess up not ours and on top of it the lady at the desk helping him was a very rude. Not happy at all my girls were very disappointed.

They never answer the phone, they walk around not doing anything, they mark up their glasses and lenses like 300 percent, and I still havent received my glasses. I will never go back.

I haven’t been able to find an eye doctor that I really like until coming to Valley Vision. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctor took his time and answered all of my questions and gave great suggestions. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I would not go here again and definitely would not recommend others go here either. I went in for glasses and got them in about a week like they said. I had my contacts in at the time so I tried them on when I got home and could not see out of them. I was seeing double of everything. I took them back and the lady that helped me said Im not sure what happened but this isnt the correct prescription or focal measurements. So they sent them out again. Within a week they called and said they were in. So I went in to pick them up. The next day I went in to have them adjusted a bit because they were sliding down my nose. The lady came back and told me she was sorry but they would have to send my glasses out once more because they accidentally chipped both lenses while trying to adjust my glasses. While they took care of the mistakes I feel like they shouldnt have happened in the first place.

Ill admit that I was a little nervous about going to Valley Vision because of some of the negative reviews that Ive read, but I have to say that they were all wrong.The ladies up front were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very friendly and courteous.The eye exam was super thorough. The Doctor even caught a few things that my previous optometrist had missed.I love my new glasses. My eyes are comfortable and not straining for the first time in a very long time.Thank you!

Have only gone to Valley Vision Center since I started wearing glasses and I have had a great experience every time! The staff is friendly, and courteous. I love how Dr. Bethka will joke around with me during my appointment. Makes things a lot more comfortable and enjoyable. I will only come here for my glasses! Highly recommend although they seem to have quite a few bad reviews, I have never had anything to complain about!

The only center i trust with my eyes! They helped with my vision issues and glasses renewal superbly then even gave me pointers to combat my eye sensitivity! It is always a pleasure. Great service eye pad on my 10 year old frames broke. Ran into order new $600 frames. The service lady said oh we can replace the eye piece. 30 minutes and $10 later I was out the door.The best you could ask for!

I enjoy coming to this doctor, but I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service. They NEVER answer their phone and you have to drive there every time you have a simple question. Get it together guys!

Staff is outstanding and I would give a 5 star rating except the lab they use is very slow. It takes one and half weeks to get new glasses, however it took 2 weeks to get mine. My frames broke and I was unable to wear them at all so it was a long 2 weeks without glasses and having to work (I wear bifocals). Should be a way to expedite in cases like this.

Went to them for my glasses and 4 days later all three pairs were ready! Everybody was so nice and efficient. I will be going to them again and again, and I would recommend them to anyone!

The whole process I felt rushed. The guy didn’t even listen to me about my eye problems.The lady helping me check out was soooo rude. I asked her if there was any other colors of the glasses I wanted in the back, and she said, “what you see is what you get, if you don’t like the color go pick out a new pair” but then walked away and came back with two other colors.A week later, I called to see if my glasses were ready and they said. “Did you get a text?” I replied with no but when I was there last week, I was informed that they would be done with by Friday. The lady told me they weren’t readyTHREE MINUTES, i kid you not, Three minutes later i got a text saying my glasses were ready to be picked up.

I would not recommend Valley Vision. My husband took his frames in to be adjusted and the lady who was adjusting ruined them by leaving them in the heat too long. At first they werent going to make it right at all and in the end he was only compensated for this with three pairs of contacts. They dont measure your face for your frames. Basically, what they have is what you get regardless of the size of frames you actually need. They will not order anything in that they dont have. The ladies that work there are rude and their customer service is terrible. Needless to say we will not be going back there and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I have gone to Valley Vision for more than 15 years but will not be going back. After getting my new and expensive tri-focals I was unable to see to read or use the computer without lifting them up. When I went back in the doctor recommend that I use readers for those things, which I have done. Readers for working on the computer 8-10 hours a day, as well as shopping, dining out, and just about everything else. My expensive glasses are good for watching TV and driving. After 2 years of that I am done and will be looking elsewhere for new glasses.

I thouroughly enjoy going to Valley Vision. The staff is friendy and engaging and their Doctors top notch. I went in today and purchased my first pair if high end glasses, only to find minor scratches when I got them home. Upon calling the office, they promptly ordered a new pair for me to swap with the pair I just purchased. Great customer service!

I came across Valley Vision by accident, before I was a customer of theirs and they were incredible. I had ripped my contact and they supplied me with a free trial pair until I could make an appointment with their office. Once it came time for my appointment, the examination was very thorough, Ive never felt so great wearing my glasses and contacts. I cant imagine going to another place for glasses.

I would give zero Stars if I could. Rip off waste of time junk frames for kids that are going to break in a month dont come here their selection is terrible they are rude they treat you bad if you have Medicaid and waste your time repeatedly throughout the year when you have to come back and get new glasses because the week frames broke, like your time means nothing. Been bringin my kids here for 5 years and not anymore. I have absolutely hated every single experience here. My daughter picked frames that best suited her needs and the staff was rude and contie.

Dont schedule an appointment at 7:40 in the morning, and tell me to arrive early to fill out paper work, but then not let me come in because youre still closed and having a staff meeting. Its not hard to schedule an appointment for later...
