I have used Walmart Vision Center in other locations for over 10 years with very good results. But the Rimrock center is horrible. I purchased a new pair of glasses and frames only to discover that the lens were cheap plastic that were more scratched within the first few months than my previous Walmart glasses in 5 years. I went back but they refused to honor their 1-yr warranty. I wont be back at this store again.

Friendly staff but terrible with actual service. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to even come to the counter and let me pick up my glasses and after waiting they still did not get to me but instead continued to assist customers that had walked in after me. No one even asked what I was there for, I waited over a half hour to even be acknowledged, and had to leave without the glasses that I paid for. Would not recommend.

Horrible doctor, has zero compassion. The eye center is awesome, but the doctor is very inconsiderate. Was told to wear my glasses even though they give me bad migranes and “take some ibuprofen to get over it” don’t think so. 👋🏻👋🏻 Bye bye won’t be returning

DO NOT spend your money hereYou certainly pay less for services that are unsatisfactory at best. My wifes prescription was wrong my prescription was wrong. I was told to get used to the new prescription and Ive had headaches and developed a twitch in my left eye. apparently the doctor and eye center separate so do not go to this doctor.

Both ladies are super nice and helpful. Prices are great.

The ladie at the front counter was nice when it was time to get in for a visit BUT when time came for her express the same kindness for my billing questions she could not communicate in a kind manner, she rolled her eyes and her additude was very sour. I will be taking all my visits elsewhere.

For starters . how about they answer their phone !!! It just rings and rings !!! Terrible .... You do not deserve any stars .
