Awesome company led by a highly competent owner/technician, Joel Young. They helped me to get our TV repair covered under warranty, saving us from having to buy a new one. They are responsive (drove over 100 miles to service our TV), customer-centric, technically top notch and very friendly. I will use them for all our electronic needs!

This place is awesome! They were able to fix our PlayStation for a reasonable price and it only took a couple days! Also very friendly- great customer service. I can’t say enough good things about these guys, highly recommend for anything you might need!
He explained what was wrong in great detail and all my questions and called me back to let me know how much it would cost and that he would be able to get the parts
I rarely give reviews. This place and especially Ann deserve 10 stars for going above and beyond!! Ann listened to my problem then had me txt pictures so the tech could review them. Not only did they solve my problem (a panel failure) they knew the manufacturer did not have a part to fix it. The most important thing she did was provide expert details about where to get a new TV and the caution about buying one online (30 day guarantee). This is service that you don’t find in many places anymore. Thank you 2112!!
Friendly and very reasonable prices
Had to drive up from Durango because there is no local certified LG repairman. Was greeted by Joel, who knowing I had a long drive back started work on my tv immediately. He must have worked through his lunch because the repair was done faster than expected. Very friendly and professional. My only regret was that I didnt get to meet Ann, was is so gracious on the phone. My dog Sophie also gives 5 stars.
Technician Joel came for a Samsung warranty repair he was very professional and expedient in his work. He talked through what he was doing and replaced the entire display in 20 minutes.
Joel, the owner, is amazing! He is knowledgeable, kind, personable, profession, a problem solver, and great at his job. Our Samsung TV’s screen went black and the sound went out after 4 months. We called Samsung and they sent Joel over to repair our TV. Joes drove from Grand Junction to Eagle County (3 hours one way) and repaired our TV in our driveway. He was really nice and helpful. The TV picture and sound is better than it was before it was repaired.Three weeks later I was setting up a new cable box from Comcast. My Mom and I could not get the TV to sync to the Comcast cable Box. My Mom said, “let’s call Joel, he will know what to do.” We called Joel and he walked us through a series of tests to see if it was the TV or the cable box problem. He did this all by memory over then phone. We are impressed with Joel’s ability to give step by step instructions over the phone so precisely. It ended up the cable box was defective. I cant say enough good about 2112 Electronics. Not only are their rates fair but you can tell they really care about their customers. I was raised in retail and my dad sold and repaired TVs and other appliances. Dealing with Josh is like going back in time when customer service really mattered. If you want someone that will fix your unit at a fair rate look no further than 2112 Electeonics.

The most ridiculous customer service I’ve ever encountered in a technological based business. Tech is booming and if these guys want to stay in business they should find a new owner. The owner, Joel, is a ridiculously rude person. First time I brought my tv to get it fixed it was a simple part, he ordered it from Samsung and said that he would have it repaired the same day, so I drove 150 miles from my home to get it repaired. He said that the part was defective 6 hours later after I had arrived and had been waiting around, so I came home empty handed. I would expect a bit of a discount or compensation on his business part since he represents Samsung. He said to me, “I’ll see what I can do when you come up.”Next day I came which was a month later, (because it’s so far and I couldn’t come up), when I arrived I simply asked if there was anything he could do on the bill, which was including $100 for 30 mins of labor. He literally darted at me from the depths of his workshop and yelled at me three times “no discount!” Got in my face, he was like 3 inches from my face, and had a smirk on his face while he was explaining to me just why he wouldn’t give me a discount. I will never come here again, I ended up paying in full. Nor would I ever recommend anyone ever coming to this establishment to get anything fixed. Steer clear of Joel.

While here in Montrose I took in a Sony stereo component, was charged a 45.00 dollar NON-REFUNDABLE service fee...A month & a half later, I was told they couldnt get the needed parts!WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY!!
Went in to ask about the TV Repair sign on the street and the guy working there was rude and didnt want to answer any questions about their service. May as well just replace that old TV than get it repaired anyway with prices coming down.
