Nice store. Employees could use a lesson in common courtesy. They have a good selection of Stihl equipment but no on- sight repair or service.

The manager on duty is a pleasure to do business with. I want to say her name is Angie. She helped me sign up for a rewards card, find the right paint brush and even did a return for me with no hassles. Even though she was short staffed she kept positive and her customer service was amazing! I would work for Ace Hardware because of her attitude and professionalism. Thank you(:

Today my husband and I went to the ACE hardware to buy some tools. As we were in the store looking around all the employees kept staring at us and started to follow us around, This made us feel really uncomfortable that we had to leave the store. As me and my husband got in our vehicle and about to drive off we see that an employee is standing in front of the entrance of the store waving at us really creepy. I know there is always friendly employees but this was different. They were not friendly and he didn’t wave at us to be nice he didn’t in a weird way that it was not right… we won’t be coming to this store againRATING- ZERO STARS!

This Ace store was great! I went there to get my new keyfob programmed to my Chrysler. It appeared that the young man who was helping me was not real familiar with the procedure. But, he persisted through all the challenges with the cabling and connection to the OBD! Although it took several attempts and the fact the my wheelchair van has some added electronics that effect how you start it, the young man was able to successfully program my keyfob. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to what the Chrysler dealer was charging! :-)

I recently visited this Ace and wanted to buy myself a lawnmower for the spring season. I entered the store forgetting I didn’t bring my mask with me so when I entered the lady sitting on the counter in the front ask if I had brought a mask I replied no I forgot mine today and instead of offering this lady very rudely says “you need to wear a mask to shop in this store” I was surprised as to how rude this lady was and it was during the weekend and the spring when you think this place would be busy it was not and now I see why

This hardware store is by far the best store for a multitude of reasons. its one of the few places in town that have people that are happy to have you shopping at their store. They are respectful, kind and are ready to help with whatever you need. They have a fantastic selection of just about everything from name brand power tools like Stihl, Craftsman and Milwaukee, to premium interior exterior paint and finishes, to gardening and supplies to complete any projects or honey-do lists you have. To my surprise, they carry General Hydroponics, which is what I used for the first year of growing and had great results. Just check out the pictures and see some of the great products they carry. Definately my new favorite hardware store!!

Wow, where do I begin ! Bought a Ms 311 Stihl chainsaw, less than a tank of gas used once .would not start ! Took it back they couldnt start it ! Gave me another saw ran I put 91 octane there oil in gal jug no elithaol .ran tryed to start next morning nothing took back store wants to charge me to work on it wow!!!!never going back
