You know, they messed up my order for my struts. I went out there and they did not have them at the time they said they would. But the clerk, admitted the mistake and redeem the gaffe by driving to the warehouse and then traveled all the way to South Arlington to deliver the struts to my mechanic. I appreciate folks and companies who admit faults and then make amends through sincere words and actions. Thank you.

I get there to pick up an online order today Monday At 6:17pm according to my GPS and I find it closed with the lights off and the sign on the picture. Five minutes after my wait, I see a NAPA white truck leave from the back. I walked and waved at the driver but he didnt see me and he leaves at 6:23. I waited to see if he comes back before 7pm. I call the number on Google GPS twice hoping that someone will answer. At 6:55-56 some one turns off the lights from the whole place and I knock on the window. The clerk doesnt want to attend me since its closing time already. I finally convinced him and I picked up my online order. This is bad management. Not the emplyees fault.
Not a great experience unfortunately. Parts guy was really rude and pretty much made me never want to go to Napa ever again. I wonder what the customer experience team will REALLY do about this? I wonder why they dont keep purchase history in their computers? Really simple stuff should have been done or available, and I never raised my voice once, but was spoken to in a most unprofessional way. Bad customer service. Seriously bad.

Good Service and prices
I drive past at least 5 other auto parts stores to come to this NAPA Auto Parts. Clerks are knowledgeable and willing to troubleshoot any issue with you. The clerk Brad was able to get me my parts even earlier than the online ordering system told me it would be and helped me get in and out of the store in no time. Highly recommend.

For straight forward over the counter service I feel that Napa auto parts is by far the best auto parts service around.Prorated and sometimes full warranties. Also experienced and/or veteran service behind the counter.NAPA auto parts used to be my second or third choice based on geography but after learning countless lessons I feel that they are my go to guys 100% bumped up to number one.
If 0 stars was a option I would leave it! I called today to ask for a part I was on hold for 10 minutes no big deal but when he picked the phone up he was Rude and before I could finish talking he hung up, I called back waited another 10 minutes and the same thing happened he ran over my words like I was never on the phone and hung up so third time I got through I was put on hold and got through I asked could they give me the time of day to ask for the part or do I need to come in? I was a potential paying customer but this was the worst Ive ever experienced! And yet again he hung up on me!! Would not recommend! They dont even have simple skills to operate a phone!

I went for parts to tune up my truck and it went ok except that the plug wires werent in stock (2000 Ford Ranger). I paid and was given a receipt that confirmed them and that I hadnt received them. I come back the next day to find a different clerk and find out after 20 minutes of waiting that it would be the next day. I come back to ANOTHER different clerk that was rude. I know I have a lot of dirt and grease on me when I get off, but to get the wrinkle nosed look from a CLERK almost amused me. Almost. After 20 or more minutes of waiting, Im done them.

Came here to find a replacement class 10 lower strut bolt since I cross threaded mine, but they only had 8. The guy ended up fixing the threads himself for no cost. I will definitely be coming back for any future purchases.
