Lacking basic customer service here. Talking amongst themselves the whole time like youre not even there. Conversation is fine and all, Ive worked retail in the past but the short haired lady waves me over to signal she was ready. No hello, no eye contact. Then says 38cents at the end as bye I guess. These Subtle ways of non acknowledgement. Im going somewhere else

Ive bought my convenience store items from this 7-ll, ONLY, AND NO OTHER CONVENIENCE STORE IN 20 YEARS,mainly because the owners have become so close to me and my family, personally, over the years it honestly feels like family. They are so attentive to everything we need every single day. They are excellent with customers and treating them with integrity. Kudos go them!!!!! Keep it going!

Was in to pick up something to go along with what Id brought for lunch.

There are no recent reviews so I figured I would leave one. I read all the other reviews about the store being disheveled and a total mess, and they must’ve taken that to heart because when I went today the place was well organized. Well organized and clean. Additionally, I am a woman and I did not get hit on and was treated just like everybody else. Obviously you are going to want to make sure you lock your car, that is common sense in Grandview and pretty much anywhere else in KC. Gas pumps are kinda goofy, but they’re trying to fit a whole store and pumps in a small lot but there’s enough room to make do.Overall, not a bad visit. I would come here again. 5 stars!Good job 7/11 Guys, for listening to your Customers and making the appropriate changes.

Says they have a Public Restroom but they do not. Just FYI.

The employees are super kind & helpful and the store is so well organized. Definitely a place to stop by for a quick snack or even a full meal.

Staff always very friendly prices seem better than they used to be.

These guys they have working here are exceptionally professional. Never once have any of them seemed to be inconvenienced by me like some places, even when I know theyre in the middle of inventory, stocking or receiving a truck order. Several of my 140th Place neighbors and I SPECIFICALLY COME HERE FOR THE SERVICE, despite the fact that ZIPZ is much closer to us. The people at ZIPZ are generally unprofessional.
