Gelato tasted good and staff are super friendly. Many options and everything tasted great! It’s difficult to pick one.

It was super hot out and we were looking for something to cool us down. We found Paciugo. They serve Italian ice cream. It was fantastic. I got a large shake and it was delicious. The staff was great, we had 8 people and they did a phenomenally great job getting our order done. Correct. And timely. They all kept a smile and they were extremely pleasant to deal with. I guess you could say its that southern hospitality

This review is based on the experience I had this week. Half of their supply is empty. Maybe they are having an issue with their cooler. They are out of some of the best flavors, so I suggest going elsewhere if you want gelato until that is worked out. When this place functions like it usually does, its fine. I just wouldnt recommend going until they are back up and running like normal, which the associate said will be a few weeks.

The gelato was awesome! Many different flavors and the macaroons were delicious. Most of all, the young ladies that were working were so nice! The mall was pretty much closed and we were heading out when we saw this place and the kids asked to get some gelato. They could have turned us away but they didnt. They happily served us and did it with a smile.

Nice customer service and good flavors. I loved their Amaretto and Tiramisu flavors.

Love all the options they offer. They rotate out flavors and samples are free.

They have an amazing staff, and I love the fact they have a wide variety of gelato and sherbet always in stock. The other thing I really like about them is how they use the gelato and sherbet in various drinks. I prefer coffee and I love mixing it up with the different flavors.

Most people seemed not that interested in this place but my girlfriend and I gave it a shot. I really liked my pistachio gelato, would definitely get it again. My girlfriend had the coffee gelato and she liked it but said the pistachio was better.

I showed up 8:55 and asked if I could still order. Was told no. Should put a sign up that says stop scooping gelato at 8:50 because its hard to scoop.

Went there after a friends recommendation, but this is not at the top of my list for ice cream destination 🙄 didnt have a great taste ..I love ice creams and its not about the calories but the taste for me.Maybe this is a high quality brand, but taste wise, certainly in the bottom of my choices

I have tasted some of the gelato flavors before and enjoyed them while at the mall closer to my home. However, I did not have them time to actually buy any and things. We were out gallivanting and noticed this mall had one. So I of course stopped by and tasted a few more flavors I had not tried before and then made a decision on what I wanted.There were two young girls working at the time of my visit and they were chatting and chatting about something irrelevant, they saw me come up and stopped to my surprise. She said hi and that was about it. After that I asked her to try some flavors and she grabbed each one that i wanted to try. Then the one flavor i tried it tasted weird and i did not like the texture. I asked her if it contained nuts and she then asked me which flavor i told her and she said, “Well yeah.” FIRST OF ALL, I am older than you. Have some respect. Secondly, you are working, be professional. Lastly, Nothing about the name of flavor, the look of the colors in the flavor looked as if there were nuts. They color was dark, and therefore I could not see the nuts. To someone who MAY HAVE AN ALLERGY, that is NOT something you say to anyone ever! Okay moving on… I told her what i thought of her tone, and she apologized. Great… she then proceeded to show me one of the flavors and said, “I know whether they have nuts or not because it shows me!”. OKAY dear look… I can not nor can anyone else see the letter “N” on the BACK of the card So calm down. WHATEVER! I ignored her again tone, and told her what i wanted, while she did that i met her over at the register.Mind you the entire time, I asked her questions about the product, the ingredients, when the company was established, whether it was a franchise or what, etc. There was not one question she could answer!! YOU KIDDING ME?! You work for the company you should probably know at least the basics.At this point I was frustrated and just wanted to pay and enjoy my treat. Normally you ask if someone wants their receipt so you dont waste paper. I get that no problem. I wanted mine, was not given one, nor was i offered or asked if i wanted it.So sad. She truly seemed as though she did not want to be there or being working. What have you. Yes, things happen in life, but you do not bring it to work, and you certainly do not take it out on customers.I will be back because I believe in second chances, just wish employees were more educated about the product you are asking them to sell.3 stars because the product is divine, but customer service was not.

Disgusting gelato, I bought cookies and milk and it tasted like dirty dish water, after 2 bites I tried to switch what I had for another flavor. The young lady working there, Sheka, refused to refund my money or switch out my flavor for another one. I would give zero stars but I had to give at least 1 to be able to write the review.

Greatest thing since sliced bread!

Had to wait for someone to show up and greet/serve me. When finally two employees decided to show up they both completely ignored me while I stood there but I kept trying to make eye contact and ask to be helped. But they immediately served the person who came after me. Wow Paciugo! You used to be my fav...not anymore.

Great place to get zomd deliciojs gelato. Ive sometimes come to the mall just for the gelato. Its located by the Burlington. Its best at times when there isnt a super long line. They seem to be more generous with their servings and more careful in dishing it up. Theyve got a wide variety of flavors to pick from ad well as shake and coffee drink options.

Gelato is great but Grapevine Mills is less than desirable. No tables or seating outside or nearby, who wants to walk around with their gelato or be forced to enjoy it amongst the smokers who have taken over the nearby exit and benches?

This place is absolutely disgusting. I have not only found hair in my gelatto, but the owners are extremely rude. Ive given this place a total of three tries and was left saddened by the horrible experience every time. The owners are a couple and both are extremely rude and the male leans over to speak to you and has the absolute worst breath of all time. I once went and the owner hopped out and I spoke to the sweet girl behind the counter and asked her how she felt about her boss. The girl said that no one had anything nice to say about them and that everyone felt as though they were incompetent when it came to running a business and told me of how she often found dust on the gelato and the owners never did anything about it... EW. Seriously disgusting service, overpriced for terrible product, and the owners should just close. Im sorry, but you have officially lost my service and hopefully anyone who reads this reviews service. DISGUSTING!!!!

The yogurts are tasty and have a good variety

I was here on Saturday, I was disappointed by my experience here! I was told when traveling to Grapevine to go here. The staff was not nice and ignored me at first, they were all talking to each other and on their phones. Then I had asked to sample a couple different options and the girl told me I could just sample one. I was upset by the lack of customer service.

Overly priced tasteless food and hostile staff

Things have changed at Paciugo in the Grapevine Mills Mall. We used to be able to get multiple flavors in a small size...no longer. If you want multiple flavors you need to up-size and spend more. Paciugo Corporate seems to be getting greedy. I opted to leave instead of being forced to spend more to get what used to be available in a small portion. As it is, this is pretty pricey, and what they charge for a Nutella shake you could buy a 1/2 gallon of vanilla and a jar of Nutella and have 8 portions for the price that they want for one. RIP OFF. This may have been the only option for you to get your gelato fix around the Grapevine area, but its a far cry from the real Italian gelato found in the street-side cafes of Firenza. Guess Ill start going to their competitor EPIC Gelato in Flower Mound. Keep your money and bypass this place unless you feel a need to toss $$$ down the drain.
