Love this place. My first time here. The decor is lovely, very cozy and the drinkoptions are vast. I got the lavender mocha which was not on their menu but they made it as a special request. Loved it. Def recommend this spot and the specialty coffees.

This place is outstanding. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the seasonal decorations and warm atmosphere. The drinks are creative and delicious. This coffee shop is much more vast compared to others in terms of their menu. There is plenty of space for people who want to have private conversations, study, or get work done. I would recommend this place to anybody, 11/10.

Beautiful coffee shop, more lounge type seating and not a lot of tables or power outlets to actually plug your laptop in and grind out some work. Bottomless coffee option is nice, would be perfect for a long work session. There are closed off rooms you can reserve or take if no one’s reserved them. I’d come back to catch up with a friend but I’d likely go else where to get work done.

Decent coffee and lots of seating. But they serve hot drinks in mugs without handles, so I ended up having to drink my hot latte through a straw because the mug was so hot to touch. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff was very friendly and I like that the point of sale gives an option to tip with a card, because I never carry cash.

I love this coffee shop, I don’t recall the managers and but they are so awesome! The employees love to work there, they love their boss and it shows. Yolanda is amazing, felt like I had a friend right away. I’m visiting TX where I grew up from Portland where I live and this place helped me feel at home away from gone. My jam is an iced oatmilk mocha and theirs is so yummy! The person with a popsicle shirt taught me about Yama, so cool! Thanks for being here!

Love the atmosphere here. Big, breezy, spread out, relaxing ambiance. Theres also areas like the Green Room which are enclosed for those that need more quite, less distractions, such as those studying. Great coffee. Paleo, GF options. Glad I finally stopped in after hearing much about this place! I do recommend they add frappecinos to the menu for Summer time! Will definitely be back though. 🤩

This is the cutest coffee shop! Love the ambiance and atmosphere. I got the hot chocolate and it was amazing. They melt chocolate to make it. Make sure to stop in and give them a try!

A great place to study/work/chat/chill. Many seats and tables, but also many people studying/working there. Its a lovely place, and I see why everyone would go there to get some work done. Wifi was good (had an undisturbed Zoom call). Liked the Green Room. The barista Adrian was welcoming and friendly.

RE:defined coffee house had both a fantastic cup of coffee, and an amazing ambiance/environment. Even the batch brew was fresh and very tasty. There was a large selection of espresso-based drinks through pour-over/drip. There was a large selection of different pour-over coffees and the value was great.

I miss when this place used to be Christian. Different vibe these days. Also the cold brew was very watered down. Probably wont go back. 😕

I love almost everything about this shop. The espresso roast is entirely too light to make adequate espresso. It shows when you order a simple double espresso and it shows in that it does not pair well with milk.Better espresso would make this one of the top tier shops in DFW.

ON THE CUSPI’ll be frank and short. Re:defined is close to being the best coffee shop in the Mid-Cities. The atmosphere of this shop is top notch. All of staff members are friendly and professional.However, the most important part, the coffee is subpar. More specifically, the espresso is WAY too light. If they were to change to a different roaster (currently Sons) or were to request a darker roast, the game would be over.So, Re:defined! Take it to the next level ✊🏼

The chai latte is amazing. I dont normally drink tea or coffee, but I loved it! The added cinnamon goes great with it. Also the interior of the shop is very very nice and definitely the kind of place you could sit down for a while

I’m new to the Grapevine area, and I was looking for a place away from work to study, read, and relax. Aside from the great coffee, food, and atmosphere… the staff has remembered my name. This may not seem significant, but it makes me feel significant. Love this place… and for my ‘Friends’ fanatics; RE:Defined puts Central Perk to shame :)

While visiting from out of town we stumbled upon this coffee house and now wish we lived closer. I was pretty skeptical of the baked goods being that they’re vegan and gluten free, and honestly the display case makes them look unappealing. However!! We ordered the berry crumble anyways because I’d promised my toddler we’d split a treat while I had my coffee, hoping he could at least pick the blueberries out if nothing else. It was delicious! We were fighting each other to finish it, it was so good. And the coffee was wonderful. Creative syrup choices, multiple coffee preparation options, and lots of nondairy available. I had an iced rosemary latte and thoroughly enjoyed it, strong and just the right touch of sweetness and subtle flavor from the syrup.

Good latte and pastry display. Berry crumble was very tasty. Cinnamon roll was a touch excessively sweet but still good. Little slow for 8am on a weekday considering they werent crowded, but not terrible. Very nice space - lots of lights, different kinds of seating, several private rooms.

This place is neat! I enjoyed the unique seating. Very chill vibe and atmosphere. They do actual real coffee too so thats a plus. You can get anything from pour-over to 3oz espresso shots. Very good stuff! I came here for a quick business meeting and I will be back for more in the future. They have a cool art piece outside and the deco inside is unique and cool as well. Chill place! 5stars would recommend!

I have been to many many coffee shops in my short lifespan, this is a very open, spaced out, good vibe type of environment for someone who likes to study often anywhere but home. If you haven’t checked it out already definitely check it out soon!

This was my first time at the new location of RE:defined, and it was every bit as wonderful as before. The spacious interior is beautifully decorated, and the soft music is enjoyable, but not so loud to be intrusive on conversation. We had 9 adults and 1 baby in our party, and they had a lovely large table tucked into a semi-private cornerIt was great for a visit with our family who traveled in from Minnesota. The lavender latte was delicious, and I had a great time. Staff was very friendly as always. Definitely give this place a try. ☕

Delicious coffee!

Very modern and beautifully decorated coffee shop. They have a very good espresso machine - Strada. My favorite drink to get here is the Cortado - 4oz drink with a shot of espresso and a little foamed milk. Its strong and delicious. Wakes me up quick! They have regular milk, almond milk and oat milk. No soy or coconut. I also like to get regular lattes and matcha lattes here if I want a bigger drink. Its a great place to get some work done, relax, or have a team meeting. Lots of tables and lounge areas. About half the tables are desk height and great for getting work done. The other half are coffee table height with padded lounge seating. They have two separate rooms closed off by a wall of windows, where you can go to have a quieter or more private space. Its a big coffee shop, lots of space to spread out and not feel cramped. And good lighting from the many windows.Its in a great spot too. I pass it all the time on my way to other places so its very convenient to stop by and get coffee.They have some parking spaces in front where you can pick up to-go orders or have your order brought right out to your car. I believe you have to order online for pickup. Or you can call for to-go once you get there.

Big city coffee in a small town. Outstanding coffee shop! Not our typical suburban coffee house or chain. This unique location is something special. The atmosphere is great with a lot of seating. Very modern inside and a great place to work or read. Now let’s talk coffee. These guys and girls can make an amazing latte. I always get a latte at new locations because it’ll tell me everything I need to know about how well they can pull the shot and make some milk magic. They are great at it! They could easily charge double for their espresso drinks but I think they know better.Overall very impressed and can’t recommend s other coffee shop out side of Dallas.

Despite being called a coffee house, coffee is second to its focus on community for those coming in for a chat or those staying a while to get work done. Theres tons on space, but theres a good chance theyll all be taken, especially in the morning. Some spaces are quietly in another room and some are available to rent.The coffee (even a bottomless drip) and tea are great and there are gluten free options for pastries. Great atmosphere, great coffee, and a friendly staff.

First time here, its a really nice atmosphere, their large size cup of coffee is pretty small, I tried the Americano, did not necessarily taste any special. Good spot to socialize but prices are really high.

Love this place! The bagel dogs here are so delicious and so is the coffee. They also have a good variety of gluten free options. I will say, it gets very busy and crowded here. So if you plan on going to get some work done, I recommend going early.

My ultimate favorite coffee shop by far. Good coffee, nice decor, most importantly great vibes. The people who work there are so friendly and welcoming. I’m not surprised it’s busy here all the time. There’s definitely something special about this place :)

I have to be on a super strict diet and the gluten free Paleo brownies are perfect! The barista also helped me pick a coffee that worked int diet, super helpful!

My first time at RE:defined. The space is really nice to accommodate a variety of customers - solo visitors looking for a comfy chair, Friends-style friends on couches, hipsters at tables with laptops. The cappuccino was excellent. The problem? I just wanted a cup of Joe to go and it took over 15 minutes. There were only 2 people in front of me.I took pictures while I waited.Ill try them again and cross my fingers the service is faster.

RE:defined Coffee House is a great place to stop minutes from DFW and the Gaylord Hotel. The atmosphere is amazing and the coffee is fantastic. Don’t forget to try the coffee cake as it will blow your mind!

Best coffee house I ever been to! A friend and I love this little jewel. My Mocha latte was rich chocolatey coffee with a hint of sweetness(should be illegal drug for tasting so good)! My cinamon roll was out of this world. I had second just a latte but wow just as good. This place is homey comfortable. I was lucky enough to find a leather settee to sit on and doubted its comfortability. Needless to say I did not want to get up to go. This place is packed and beats the main coffee house chain in all arenas. Its someplace special. $$

The place is amazingly decorated, feels really cozy right when you walk in as well as have this rich smell of coffee that makes you feel relaxed. With multiple siting areas, it makes it the perfect place to hangout with friends or write/read whatever book you had in mind. Has conference like rooms in which one can go in which definitely nice, the people working there are also really sweet and it was an overall great experience.

VERY VERY pretty interior, modern with a large variety of study spaces, several rooms and different types of chairs depending on how you feel.Our server was cool.We went on a rainy Thursday after work and it was very packed but also everyone was respectful with their voices.Took 10-15 mins for the affogato coffee $4.50~ to come out since after we ordered there was a large queue of orders coming out slowly.Coffee was strong and good bitter. But I was very disappointed with the ratio of coffee to ice cream. After taking two small bites of the ice cream, the rest melted away. on a rainy 70~ day in the car. They tiny scoop needs to be at least doubled up in my opinion.Coffee was good, find a time when its not crowded and its a sweet place!

This local coffee house has great service, atmosphere and most importantly great coffee. Its always very busy but the wait is always worth it. Its the perfect place to go if you want to get some work done and a good cup of joe. They also have separate green rooms that you can reserve if you are looking to have a meeting with a group of people or need to do a group project. Overall it was a very pleasant experience comming here and I would highly recommend this place to others.

I’m not sure what all the hub bub is about but I was not impressed. House coffee was just meh. The decor was nice and the space was roomy but the service is lacking personality. No outlets to plug in and WiFi was terrible. Couldn’t stay connected. Ordered the quiche and it came out still frozen in the middle. I took it back and they reheated it but just to barely warm.

What an awesome little shop! Totally unassuming from the outside - coffee nirvana on the inside! I loved meeting my barista, Tanner, and enjoying a properly prepared 6oz cappuccino! Keep up the great work, guys!(They serve/sell Avoca and Concord coffee)

Impressive third-wave coffee shop in Historic Downtown Grapevine! I was surprised to see such a high quality shop when I was searching for coffee in the area. The interior is open and inviting. Lots of space to sit, drink, work, chat. The furniture is appealing and adds to the atmosphere. And of course, all the coffee is top notch!!!

They have been busy every time Ive been here. Doesnt matter the time of day. That said, the atmosphere is so welcoming, the people are super friendly, and they are a very much wanted piece of our community. So glad to have them here!

One of the best coffee shops Ive been to in the DFW area. The baristas made us some top notch drinks and take a lot of pride in their coffee and the drinks they make with it. I got a chai latte and was pleasantly surprised that I could actually taste the spices in the drink, it seems like most places serve warm horchata instead of a spicy chai. My wifes mocha and our friends capucino were equally excellent. The shop looks a bit industrial inside, but still felt extremely cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and know Ill be going back as often as possible.

Coffee ratio needs to be stronger for lattes preferably. This can always be added of course, but I think It would make drink stronger if it was the standard. Also spent the first 30 minutes trying to connect to wifi so that I could study. The place is beautiful, but its often so packed that the wifi cant connect to your devices and it may be a hard place to find a seat!

The staff was very helpful and the food delicious. I had ice coffee and a spinach pocket thingy.

Lovely vibe in a trendy coffee bar. The single origin Ethiopian double espresso was not as good as expected and reminded quite a bit of chicory, rather than coffee. The welcoming smell of freshly brewed coffee on entry made up for the dissapointment though.

Such a cute coffee place close to the airport and in a really cool part of Grapevine. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and has a good variety of seating for all group sizes. I had the chai latte and it was fantastic!

Use to be one our favorites until they open the new location. Level of personalized service has decline, really enjoyed the owners personal touch and recommendations in the past and the cozy Friends like atmosphere. Both my wife and I feel the quality of drinks have declined (just not the same taste that kept bringing us back) and the current staff is less likely to offer any suggestions or even a smile versus just taking an order.

A little pricey and only serve 12oz coffee.

Loved this little coffee shop, its very cute, and looked like a great place to get some work done as they appeared to have business rooms that could be rented or reserved. I tried the white winter mocha and it was amazing, much better than anything you would get at a Starbucks. The baristas really seem to know what theyre doing. The guy who took my order was very friendly and apologized for the short wait I had. My only criticism is that I do think they need to limit the amount of people inside the coffee shop, especially right now during Covid. I was very nervous waiting for my drink, but they do have curbside if thats a concern of yours.
