Constantly out of stoppers. This location does very heavy drive-thru traffic given their location and regardless of circumstance they are always out of stoppers. My most recent Uber Eats order from them spilled all over my poor drivers car, to the point that I had maybe 1/4 of my cup full and maybe 1/2 of my fiancees when the drinks were delivered. This is not the only supply shortage issue this location faces.Ive never had an issue with the staff as some folk claim but whomever this manager is sucks at their job. I worked at an insanely busy Sbux in college and we never had an issue with keeping up with demand for anything.

I literally come here every morning before work. I just place an online order and it’s always ready as soon as I pull up. Everyone there is BEYOND SWEET and they make my morning every day!!!! Such a great way to start off work(:

They are always making good drink for you whatever you want. Also they have beautiful terrace if you want to drink there especially this covid times.

I came this morning to make a purchase. Girl behind counter was busy making sandwiches for customers. She told me be with you in a minute I acknowledged. She finished then proceeds to assist a customer who came in after me. I will never be back to Starbucks ever again. This solidified it. Will the stance you have against police, person who carry concealed, I am officially done. Picture is of what I was wearing today.

Trash music. Blasting Spanish rap music the entire time. Couldnt stand more than 5 minutes of it. Not sure why management would allow this.

This should be named Starbucks #1 store in America. I have been here well over 100 times and the staff is always so kind and friendly, my drinks are always correct and taste fantastic, and the service is always quick. I always tip when I can because this team well deserves it!

I enjoy extremely strong coffee. Its why I purchase extra espresso. I dont like steamed milk. Also my Impossible sandwiches was not toasted enough. 🤨

My fiancée stopped by this starbucks today and it has MAJORLY gone downhill!!!! Don’t go!!! He ordered a triple shot vanilla latte (he had to pay extra for the triple shot) and he did not get 3 shots. He basically got sugar milk water. He ordered me a matcha green tea lager with coconut milk and they put WAY too much matcha and it all clumped up at the bottom. This picture is after we really tried to shake my drink and he added extra coffee from home to his drink.

I get my coffee here a lot because I live very close, and this is one of the nicest Starbucks stores I’ve been to! Very quick drive-through service, never had any mixups with my order. Employees are always nice and work fast, even during the pandemic when there were less people on the shift! Looking forward to start hanging out inside again!

Speedy drive through compared to most Starbucks

App and website say they’re open when they’re not. The phone continuously rings and theres no voicemail left to let us know they aren’t open.

This is one of my favorite spots to go too! The baristas are really friendly! Eddie really impacted me! He carries himself very well, he’s a respectful young man and I enjoyed the small conversation we had at the register!Morgan is all well fun and welcoming!! I look forward to seeing these to every visit!

IMO, Starbucks handled 2020 better than expected of a company HQed in Seattle 😁. Love that theyre starting to open a few tables at each store....

This is a good Starbucks location. Theres lots of room to sit inside and they have a big outside seating area too unlike a lot of the locations theyre way too tight. Services fast that also has a drive-thru. So if you like Starbucks and you want to sit for a while this is a good place to do it.

I visit this location almost daily on my morning commute to work. The morning staff is very friendly, and the drive through line moves very quickly! The drinks always taste very fresh, and I never get dead, burnt espresso shots, like many other locations in the area. However, I am only rating three stars because their afternoon and evening staff have a huge attitude problem. On one occasion, my mom and I visited the drive through, and the girl taking our order was very rude. We were ordering for other people at home, and received a last minute text message asking for a cake pop. When we requested to add it to the order (while still at the box) the girl was truly annoyed by our request. When we got to the window, she was extremely rude to us, and dramatically rolled her eyes when we wanted to add money in cash to our Starbucks card. Her name was Monica. I haven’t seen her working since that visit. — More recently, I visited the drive through during my lunch break, and the barista working the window was visibly annoyed that I sent my drink back, as it was not how I ordered it. Evening staff, take a note from the morning staff. If the whole world annoys you, maybe you shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing industry.

Cold Brew with cinnamon almond milk foam and add 2 pumps of peppermint and 1 pump of white chocolate. Pew pew pew gimme dat coffee!!

I just want to say, that Ive been a member of Starbucks Gold card for over 5 years now. This store is by far the worst that Ive ever been to thanks to Ms. Grumpy pants, ZOE. If you dont like your job, then you can hand in your apron and quit. You wont be missed. Starbucks is known for their amazing customer service and youve tainted the name. I have purchased a drink from this location and went up for their free tea/coffee refill. In which, its even stated on their website. But when I went up, Zoe just started off with an attitude. I understand sometimes its hard to be nice to customers, but if youre paid to do your job, you should learn to do your job right. She obviously havent had it down. The worst part is, its not even busy. Good thing I dont live near this location, and even if I do, Id rather drive farther to one that actually have employees that care and enjoy their jobs. Not these lazy pigs that somehow ended up with this job. If I can give them less than one star, I definitely would.

Not enough sugar in pink drink

This is one of the nicer Starbucks Ive visited in the DFW area. Very relaxing atmosphere, not too loud, and large outdoor area too. The menu is the standard Starbucks fare, including things like nitro cold brew that some stores dont have.Customer service was top-notch, friendly and quick. Highly recommended, Id choose this one over other Starbucks in the area.

Average coffee house, not enough indoor seating. Outdoor seating very secluded from bushs outlining the patio which is nice considering its next to a busy gas station. People are friendly, needs more indoor seats.

Always good coffee. The staff should be up to date on promotions. I had the free coffee for January mug and I had to explain it twice. Takes forever. The drive through is insanely slow.

Really like this place. The order was extremely fast and the vibe of the whole store made me feel like I can get a lot of work done while enjoying my coffee. It was how a true coffee shop should be.

This Starbucks is so slow! I’ve been here multiple times and had to wait almost 20 min. Don’t bother going inside as they only care about the drive through. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged.

This is a new location for me to visit and it was nice. Very clean and staff was pleasant too. Guest with me told me it was the first SB he ever experienced where a staff rep walked around asking people how they were and if they needed something. Nice touch.

Always ample seating available. Staff is nice and patient. Outdoor seating only has one drawback, no power outlet. Great place to hang out with friends or study/work.

They just make all right coffee I mostly go there for the cold brew if Im wanting something quick. And theyre not about your drinks Special at all everything taste the same

Sipping cool drinks in hot summer, with beautiful view of of planes approaching DFW. This is one of my fave Starbucks store. The place is Spacious. The rest are all generic (eg music, food&drinks, and staff) at every Starbucks.

Great location. Lobby and parking is often full, plan accordingly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, dedicated to customer satisfaction.

BEST STARBUCKS EVER. I love this location and how peaceful it is to do my school work at. The music is not too loud and the employees are so nice! They all know their drinks very well also. :) highly recommend

I LOVE this Starbucks location! The staff so friendly! I get my coffee here everyday! Keep in mind I pass 3 other Starbucks locations on the way to work and I always choice to come to this one.

Very calm in the afternoons after work. You can actually hear your thoughts so its a perfect place for studying or getting work done. Music isnt blaring which is perfect. Staff is super friendly and up-to-date about the specials like the frapp happy hour times and products.

Kind of hard to get to from the opposite side of the street. You have to go down further and then do a u-turn and drive through the exxon parking lot, but its a really big Starbucks. Perfect for groups.

I really wish there were Petes Coffee or Coffee Bean and tea leaf. around. Starbucks coffee always tastes burned and lousy. its just a convenient place to meet. I dont go there for the bad coffee or nasty plastic food.

As someone who works in customer service, the employees here are extremely personable. I dont mind a longer wait wherever I go as long as the employees are kind and personable! Ive visited this Starbucks many times on my way to drop my cousin off at work, and what compelled me to review this location is my most recent experience.On my last several trips, I encountered a young man at the drive-thru who I believe is named Tony (kind of tan, brown hair, brown eyes well stick with Tony for the sake of the review) We usually chat briefly while we wait for our drinks and laugh about something small. On this day, Tony mentioned how he didnt get much sleep the night prior so he was pretty tired.Because Im incapable of saying something that doesnt sound weird, I said, Well at least you work in a coffee prison. You could probably lick the wallpaper and get caffeinated.He didnt even bat an eye and responded with, or I could eat my shirt because it smells like coffee, too.I felt that in my soul.Thanks for understanding my weird vibes, Tony. My cousin and I love you.

Good service and gorgeous baristas

I ordered a frap with no whip, everyone else ( three people in front of me) got their drinks expect me. The entire staff decided to have a conversation for four minutes until make my drink and I get it with whip. I am already irritated about the entire situation, I tell the girl it has NO WHIP and she gives me an attitude scrapes the whip off and hands me the drink with the frap pouring all down the side. UNACCEPTABLE

Its got a good outside seating area and plenty of room indoors. It is located next door to a gas station, but thats not much of a hindrance.

Visited this store while visiting the area. When I walked in there was no line, which was surprising because the drive-through wrapped around the building. Walked straight up to the counter and the counter lady told me she would be right with me. After 3-4 minutes of her fiddling with the coffee bean crusher (and the drive-through servicing 3 customers), she came over like she was doing me a favor.I stayed in the store and drank my coffee and went back to order another cup. Same situation with the counter lady staying busy and telling me she would be right with me. A few minutes later one of the drive through order-takers came over and took my order. I used the restroom and came back and waited near the counter where orders are picked up. After several customers who came in after me received their order I asked the Barista if she had an order coming up with my name. She looked over at the mobile order pick-up area and said that was me. I asked why it was in the mobile order pick-up area and she said, Youre Welcome. Are you kidding me?! Ive never received such poor service from any Starbucks.

Me and my brother go to the one close to Grapevine Mall, cause according to me and him FLOWER MOUND one on the FM Road is full of minors, maybe even adults who have targeted eyes on em. WELL ANYWAYS. Despite the commute, its much quiet though. Im not sure about service or people working there, all I care about is get my mocha frapp no whip. And thats it.

This Starbucks is huge. The store is hard to access from the other side of the road, but not impossible. Parking is always hard at these coffee shops but this one makes up for it in size. Lots of seating inside and even more outside. It feels more like a neighborhood coffee shop than a Starbucks I’m used to.

This locations doesn’t even deserve ONE star! Wow! Just wow. Horrible horrible service. Both girls on duty today (5/7/2018)at 1pm totally disregarded me and smirked when the other one said Ill be their in a bit Im looking for a timer??!?? Found the timer and still disregarded me waiting!? Are you serious? And neither of them helped me I stood for 10minutes until the only guy actually helped... I was about to walk out but my 10months old needed something in his tummy to eat and we were far from home! Or I would have just left soon as I got a wisp of her carelessness? Horrible horrible snotty barista service. Girl leave your additude at home! I didn’t get her name but she was the heavier one working, Was her and another skinny tall girl.

Terrible service! I waited 15 minutes for my order then when I ask for a refund they say it only takes 2 minutes to make. Turns out they forgot about me, and one lady was touching all of the pastries without washing her hands first or even wearing gloves.

Brand new upscale Starbucks now with Nitro coffee. Comfortable setting for work or casual in store coffee drinking.

My coffee order never seems to taste quite right. Either watered down or burnt. This time I ordered inside and sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to call out my order and never did. It was sitting at the counter the whole time.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.Let me tell you about my very recent and extremely poor experience at this Grapevine Mills Parkway location in Texas. The service I received from the (Hispanic?) gay man with shoulder length hair tied back in a ponytail who is also big and burly was absolutely horrendous. I pulled up to an empty drive thru and when I ordered my two Venti Frappuccinos and asked for a bacon and Gouda sandwich, his tone already sounded like I was being a hassle because he had to check if there were any left. Then of course I had the audacity to ask if the chicken sandwich with bacon was available instead, and his tone when he said, “Well which one do you want?” easily sounded like it could be paired with an eye roll even when I apologized, as a loyal paying customer, for wanting to switch my order. When I pulled up to the window, there was no smile when he greeted me, and he seemed quite annoyed as I watched him fidget with the POS system. When he handed me my order, he didn’t even ask if I needed a receipt. Then when my mom asked me for whipped cream, I relayed the message, apologizing and asking nicely if he could please add whipped cream to my order, and the man stared at me like I just asked him for something outrageous. Firstly, he should have asked if we wanted whipped cream in the first place when he took my order. All of the other Starbucks with great customer service I go to do. This man then tells me “Next time, if you want whipped cream, let me know over there” and points to the machine out back. I was dumbfounded. I told him it was completely unnecessary because I couldn’t believe this was the level of service I received. He proceeded to then tell me “I’m just saying you need to tell us next time because now you are holding up the line.” I asked for whipped cream, not another order. IT TOOK THE BARISTA TWO SECONDS TO ADD WHIPPED CREAM. I also don’t need to be informed of what to do when I order. The attitude, verbiage, tone, and complete lack of professionalism with which your employee treated me is unacceptable. I am in customer service management myself, and the employee you have should be fired. No one should be talked to like they are a child. I didn’t think that buying nearly $15 worth of coffee and food and asking for whipped cream serves as such a huge inconvenience for Starbucks. I also called the Starbucks location three times to try to speak with a manager and no one picked up all three times. This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I never go to this location and I’m glad I am nowhere near it. I only stopped by on my way to the hospital to see my grandmother, and I still am astounded that this was my experience. Unless you fire this employee and properly train your staff on basic customer service etiquette, no one should come here.

Very large shop. Quick service and great location. The baristas are always incredibly nice. Nice open patio with plenty of seating and very accessible wifi. By far one of my favorite Starbucks.My only complaint is that the drinks can sometimes taste burnt, like they steam the milk for too long. But this doesnt happen that often.

Nothing bad about the business - staff is definitely friendly. But, my GPS (both Google Maps and Waze) directs you to across the street which makes this a confusing location to get to for meetings. In addition, with all the construction, turning into the lot is a major hassle, as well.
