It took me over two hours to take care of the transaction I needed to do, Other customers were there for several hours too, just to get a new phone and new service. The system AT&T has in place is so incredibly horrible. Simple transactions take hours and that’s not an exaggeration. I’ll be switching to another service provider this week.

Refused to answer how I was charged money for no service

I had the worst experience at this AT&T location. I walked in with my husband ready to switch over from our current provider to At&T’s new 5G service and was sorely disappointed by the total lack of customer service. When we walked in a representative was working with a customer and that was fine because we are patient people and have no issue with waiting for assistance. Then another representative came out from a back room and he was also working with people who were there. My husband and I was standing in the store for 20 minutes and no one said anything to us. Not “hi, we will be with you once we are done” or “hi, it’s going to be about 20 minutes before either one of us is available.” NOTHING. Neither representative, Daisy or Aaron (I think that’s what he said his name was) even acknowledged that we walked into the store. This to me is unacceptable. Before walking out I briefly spoke to the male representative about us not being acknowledged and he was curt and unapologetic. Not only was I disappointed with my experience but it was also laced with racial undertones as the people who were receiving assistance with white and my husband and I are black. I will never go back to this location and this experience is really making me question whether I even want AT&T as a service provider if this is the way they treat their customers.

I’m happy with the line added and tv service, I was given a great deal for an iPhone 11 at half off with my new line and I absolutely love the phone. I highly recommend this store and Abner is the most patient and caring sales representative I’ve ever come across with. My family is very happy with the service, he deserves a raise. Beware of being tricked into a contract that is not actually what they tell you it is. I was tricked into basically trading in my phone for “up to 700$ Toward a new phone” and they told me I would be able to unlock the new phone over the phone. When I called AT&T the customer service representative told me that this in fact was not correct and if I want to unlock my phone my 700$ towards the new phone will not be applied anymore. No way of getting back my old phone and now am left with a phone that won’t take any other sim when I travel.

Today we went to the att store on Northern Blvd in Great Neck to review and update our account. I highly recommend coming to this store and working with Abner and Hosh. We have been att customers for many years and today’s experience was beyond expectations. They took their time and truly were interested in helping us Update our service, with patience and integrityThey should be highly recognized by the company. I would not go anywhere else!

I had the best experience at this at&t store! it is very clean and practices social distancing. the guys who work there are all very knowledgeable. i worked with loxley who was very patient and knowledgeable. my apple phone froze up and i was unable to open any part of the screen. loxley worked to transfer data over to new phone and explain other features to me that would be helpful. i came back to ask about my apple watch and he helped with that too. he is smart, sweet and great to work with. thanks at&t for hiring the best!

Didnt get help, staff had no idea what they were doing, only one of them knew English. Spent an hour trying to get help from the one who spoke broken English and she gave up on fixing my problem after 10 minutes without trying anything else

I called to buy a phone at 10am when they opened. They said they had the SE and I can come in. I called when I was on my way at 11:30 they said they don’t have they sold it. They should be getting more in on Tuesday. I called today and they said they just sold there last SE on Monday. I asked the guy if you were sold out last week Wednesday how do you have one to sell Monday he said they called that day to buy it. I said I did the same thing. I walked in to the authorized AT&T retail dealer on July 14, 2020. I went with my boyfriend in hopes to add a line to my account. He needed a new phone quickly. Not only did the associates greet us so professionally but they were inviting. This is the representation this company should have. Professional and welcoming. Soon after we sat a table where Mujtaba and Daisy explained things to me in a way that i could understand. Mujtaba and Daisy were friendly even throughout my frustrations. My boyfriend and I realized we could not get the phone he originally wanted so Mujtaba and Daisy explained how we could get a lot of Apple products at a cheaper rate. We left so happy. We ended up getting two Apple watches two brand new Apple phones brand new television service. These associates went above and beyond and converted my boyfriend who was a long time fan of Android products. I was so pleased with their skills of selling and connecting. This experience was so fun and delightfully interesting the way even through I was frustrated at one point they cared for my needs and made me feel acknowledged and important. They deserve a negative star rating. Stay away from this store. Nobody knows what they are doing. One of the managers got fired and we got tangled with all the other issues in our account. The other manager is never there. We got the BOGO deal and they are still charging us for both phones. They are only good at sweet talk, nothing else.

An employee named kiara only wanted to help me if I was going to add a like to my account and I only had a technical issue that could have been resolved quickly. She was giving me an attitude when I asked questions and insisted that I change my number to stop receiving spam calls. The manager wasn’t even that helpful either, they both were sitting on a table telling me I had to change my number and no one would ever bother me with spam calls. Sure, like I was going to fall for that trick! Get real and have better management and employees. I don’t recommend this place, these two are out to ruin accounts.

I came into the store with the intention of discussing plans with the reps. I never got nor expected the great service I received here. Craig, Saad, and Imran gave me a good experience in store. I was so impressed by how professional but still personal these guys are that I switched all my business lines over that same day. I will be referring my friends and business partners to this store.

I had a wonderful experience with the sales person that was helping me and my parents. I forgot his name something with an A but he’s a new hire, what an awesome guy. He went out of his way to get our phones fixed with customer service, and gave us options for cable. Even though we already have Fios he wasn’t pushing Direct Tv like others would and he simply told us the advantages were if we switched over. I appreciate an honest sales man and he definitely is the right one to go to.

The store has convenient parking and a great location right on the border of Great Neck and Little Neck. Its a nice store with great selection but the employee who helped me was just terrible. He knew all the phones and the features but the moment I signed the contract was the moment he stopped being helpful. He tried to rush me out with the new phone while I still had questions about it. I did a phone upgrade (from Samsung Galaxy Note 5 to Note 9) and waited for my turn to be helped. The guy actually said to me that I had to hurry up because he had other people waiting. I told him we hadnt even tested the phone to see that it worked and I had waited my turn to work with him. Id been with him for only 10 minutes! And as it turned out he hadnt inserted the SIM card correctly and was trying to rush me out without even making sure the new phone worked! I told him that I was disappointed at how he kept trying to rush me and wasnt really answering my basic questions. He said nothing. I said that it seemed to me that he didnt care about providing customer service. He told me that hed just woken up before he came out to help me. (I didnt know what to say to that...) His name was Saad or Sahad or Sahd - something similar to that. Im writing the review in the hope that the store manager or other AT&T person sees it and cares enough to re-train him or give him a job that doesnt involve customer service. (Or if another customer goes there avoid this guy - the other employees seemed much friendlier and more patient.) This AT&T experience was really bad - the store itself is very nice. This one guy made it terrible so I guess this review is really about him...

I have been to many cell phone stores before and I have never felt so pampered I had nothing but willingness from Daizy to help me answer all my questions, concerns, and solve all my doubts. Will only see Daizy for my cellphone needs. If you want somebody who focuses on customer service and cares about your needs see Daizy. She is very patient and knowledgeable. She is a spicy chicken nugget.

The manager Imran has sending me back and forth from the past month and a half for a credit of $289.I have been with at&t for over 15 years and this is how they reward a loyal customer .

Go and see Syed! He is the man!! He took care of me as he gave me the best plan available and made me save $100 a month!

Worst place on earth. Liars and crooks. Don’t trust them. Imran lies to me over and over. Had me sit there for 5 hours promising me all sort of credits and buy one get one free. I did not get anything out of it.

Even when the customer ASKED her if she can do so. She’s like I already know everything what to u want me to check for. So f**** Rude lady.

The most unprofessional store, store reps have a scam going will sell you on bogus plans and upgrades and once you sign up it will be a totally different plan wasted 6 hours of my time to find out the plan the so called manager Tom gave me is not the plan I signed up for plus charged my credit card twice without my consent a formal complaint is also made to ATT I highly recommend staying away from this store just a waste of time.

SCAM ALERT - stay away. They added upgrades and services without any authorization to my account. I love ATT service, but a bunch of bad apples running this store. Go to the Northern/clearview expy location instead of dealing with these crooks.
