Overpaid with Verizon and tired of being bound for poor service and high bills. My mother told me how wonderful the T mobile team is and I switched 5 accounts. Paying much less now and We are very happy with the app and knowledgeable and friendly T team at this location. Shout out to a great associate Xavier who patiently walked me through during my forgot my password episodes.well spoken and clear. I knew I was in good hands. The manager Matt is so helpful, as well as Raj, who stepped in when Xavier was unavailable during my “ help me please vists”Thank you T M and I will let others know to switch. Nice and professional people make a difference and worth and makes the company grow.
I had a young gentleman there helping me to resolve a SIM card activation issue. He was very knowledgeable and cordial. He saved my day!
On tue. 4/20 on my lunch break i went in to t mobile in great neck on northern blvd. to pick up my FREE offer of insulated tote bag and was told that they could not provide me one, but that they hold products until 4:30pm to give out to people who work. I was shocked and left thinking I would go back and get one at 5pm, the end of my work day, but decided against it, because of the treatment of the staff earlier that day. I wondered why one bag could not be given to a customer standing right in front of you asking for a FREE product.
I appreciated the staffs help and friendliness in helping me purchase a new phone recently. My only issue is that I didnt know in advance that there would be a $20 customer support activation fee until after I responded that yes, Id like someone to help me with the data transfer. I know how to set my IPhone and transfer data by myself so if I knew about the charge, I would not have asked for assistance. So I recommend letting customers know about this charge when asking if they need assistance. Thanks!

Came to this store for some information on transferring data to my new iPhone 11 pro. Great and friendly employees who came to assist right away. They were all smiles and giggles. The manager was also present which is usually rare for a weekend. I did not encounter any issues and even purchase a screen protector that they help put on too. This will def be my new local store. I love the energy here and I would def recommend. I was helped by Rosie who was very patient and sweet. I wanna thank the team once more. 5 star.

They are not helpful at all. They just want to sell you stuff. I was misinformed about changing my plan to 55 and over. The salesman told me that I needed to add another line and get a tablet or another phone to be qualified only to find out later that it was not true. He just wanted to get commission. It was a terrible experience. They should not deceptive to sell their products.

Dont go to the t mobile in Great Neck...charges made on my credit card..I caught it but its really a brow raiser....rude..and unapologetic..unbelievable
Unlike the typical annoying and money hungry retail salesmen, they seemed genuinely interested in offering me only what made sense for me and took their time explaining the deals clearly. and they didnt try to rush me out after I paid them also, they actually gave me a whole mini lesson on how to use my phone, I ended up having coffee with them from the Starbucks next door lol
Store Manager is useless. Zero customer service. Not interested in helping existing customers. Only want bring in new customers or sell a phone. If you are an existing T-Mobile customer, they will not do a thing for you.
Walked into this store because a had problem with my phone, there was one person other than my self and 2 employees. So I approach one of them that was wearing a tag that reads his name and PHONE EXPERT on it LMAO!! The guy has no clue. He was also kind of annoyed that I asked questions, he had no answers to any of my questions. He was so unwilling that when asked about a new phone he said it depends I hang around for abit and i still dont know what it depends on. Any way the only good thing about this place is that 2 doors down is an AT&T store where you can ask questions and get answers. By the way why do I have to give him 1 star when he didnt deserve it? Zore stars would have been too generous for him.

No matter what you do, they will not waive the activation fee. Other than that, great storeUpdate: I went to ask for details about upgrading my phone and they were exceedingly unhelpful and unknowledgeable about specific t-mobile policies. Will not go back.
