Incredible customer service experience - Walked in today and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable team. David answered all my questions, explained my options, and got me set up start to finish. This place is next level awesome!

I’ve been coming here for years and David and his staff are the best. I recently changed my phone plan and he made the transition so easy. Always a pleasure working with these guys.

Never have I ever felt so unwelcome in a store that is suppose to provide great customer service especially when the store carries big brand name like Verizon. I went inside asking for help setting up my new phone with my existing verizon account. The old man asked if i bought the phone there and i didnt. He immediately replied im very busy, i dont have time for you and returned to whatever the heck he was doing while there were other customers waiting for his assistant. Last time i checked i dont recall that you have to buy a phone there to get good customer service. The guy was not friendly, did not provide any solution, just simply turn me, a customer away. Worst customer service award definitely goes to this guy. never go back there again.

Anthony and David were so helpful and patient. I drove out of my way to come to their store for my recent purchase because they are so great. Anthony carefully went through my plan options, phone details, etc. Highly recommend this location. Excellent service.

In one word- the customer service in this Verizon store is UNPARALLELED, PERSONAL and ABOVE & BEYOND (ok 3 words!). Before arriving at the store to purchase my new iphone- I had been on a 2-hour frustrating, unhelpful and confusing chat with corporate Verizon. Besides the dropped call and the unknowledgeable service - I was really surprised at just how bad the overall experience was. Initially, I believed it would be a faster solution than going into a physical brick and mortar but boy was I wrong- this was a royal waste of time. I finally put an end to my misery and did a quick google search and based on the stellar reviews I called this store- and thrilled I did. From the moment I entered - it was all about fulfilling my needs as a customer- as an actual person and not a number - the support was so knowledgeable and so friendly - I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Exemplary customer service is at the root of any GREAT business - and this store and the people who run it and work there embody this. TRULY WONDERFUL through and through - I highly recommend!

100% customer oriented Verizon store. Exceptional service on all issues. Highly knowledgeable of all aspects of the phones, devices and equipment that they sell. Both David and Anthony listen with real interest and are adept at helping you choose suitable products to fit your needs. They even took care of technical issues on an iPad I purchased from them over a year ago. There is a humanity in this store that you will find no place else. They treat their customers as guests in their home, not like a target they can score a sale off of. They are trust worthy, genuinely kind and always ready to do what is best for you. You can feel 100% secure and confident when plunking down your bucks on the new and sometimes very expensive products on the market because David and Anthony will always be accessible to help you with questions or issues after the sale. As cell phones have become such a crucial and important aspect of our daily lives, having these gentlemen to rely on and trust is a G-d send. Thank you David and Anthony!!

Omg! Ron and Dave saved my life! A real estate broker with a frozen phone is like a dentist filling a cavity without a drill! These guys were able to transfer-all my files and contacts into a new phone making a difficult situation actually Seamless. Extremely knowledgeable, respectful, answered every question and made me very comfortable with the experience since I was going through withdrawal. I went into this Verizon store with a broken Samsung phone on a Sunday afternoon. By stroke of good luck, I was helped by RON, a super friendly and knowledgeable sales guy. He had an easy-going yet eager manner to help me in the best way possible ... nothing was too much for him. Spent all the time I needed, explained perfectly whatever I asked, never made me feel rushed. Very difficult, if not totally impossible, to find service of this caliber at many places today!!! I walked out with a brand new iPhone, which I love and desperately needed! I was very happy to “shop local” and extra happy with the level of service provided! The staff are so unbelievably kind, and patient. They help you out with any disaster. I remember, before I even got an iPhone, given that Im such a klutz, I kept on breaking mine. I would go right into Verizon wireless at 67 middle neck rd., and David- who is the owner & a dear friend of mine(not to mention my next-door neighbor)- would transfer all of my information onto a new phone. This is the only place I would go to when it comes to issues with my iPhone. I highly recommend this store to anybody who wants a new cell phone, iPhone, etc.
