I have never had a problem with this place ever. They are friendly and helpful. Many really seem to like their job and are cheery. Plus my car runs great after. I have had bad luck with other garages with my car after it got worked on but not this place. Go here!!

Took my jeep to the grocery store and the tire pressure sensor light came on. Checked my tires, and sure enough, one was low. It had a nail in it! Got it to this grease monkey because its the closest to my house. They pulled it right in, and patched it up in no time at all! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints on the cost either. Ill definitely be going back.

Quality service and respectful staff. I know a lot of other comments talk about the wait time, and its true...you might have to wait. But, they do a great job. If you dont want to compete with lots of other drivers, try to avoid the lunch hour!

This location is great! Fast efficient service, never try to upswell you on unneeded services. Very well managed. Very knowledgeable crew who go above and beyond on the customer service side of the operation.

I took my truck here for an oil change and to top off all the other fluids and they guys there are amazing. Im trying to learn how to work on my truck myself so they actually let me go into the garage and walked me through what there were doing, and showed me alot about my truck, and they were so nice and chill about it. I will definitely be returning 😊

If you’re looking to pay over $100 for an oil change with bad service than this is the place for you!! They will not disclose how much they are going to sneak charge you at the end. If you’re in Greeley there are plenty of other, better places to go

After changing my oil here and asking them to see if my oil was dripping as a leak, they told me I did not have an oil leak but a transmission leak.When I got my vehicle back from the service I noticed a large pink puddle and quick leaking unlike a few drops from before. It was not like that when I had driven in there. They said I was ship shape and as I was reluctantly driving away I saw in my rear view that they were pointing at my car and shaking their heads with looks of concern.I would think they would have been honest if they had caused more of a leak or damaged my undercarriage. I went to weld county garage who is fixing the issue.

I sat in the waiting area for over an hour and 20min for an Oil Change! I was told it would take 20 min! After sitting in the waiting area for 30 min and my car not even in the bay for service, a man came in with a white truck and asked the guys working how long the wait would be and told them he had to be out of there by 2:30pm. If it was going to take any longer hed come back another time.The next thing I know this guys truck was in the bay before mine and was done before 2:30 while I was STILL WAITING! This man came in AFTER ME AND WAS DONE BEFORE ME! My car wasnt finished until 2:45! So much for We Value Your Business-And Your Time! and certainly doesnt care about completing service in the time they promise.What happened to If our Certified Pit Crew doesn’t finish in the time promised or less, you’ll get a buck back for every minute we go over. They didnt even say anything or apologize for the time it took!They also raised the prices and and didnt have them posted for consumers to see! This place used to be good but Im not sure if ill come back to this one again!

Very poor communication, typical grease monkey nothing compared to a Jiffy Lube. Try and get a transmission flush and oil change after speaking to 3 different employees I was told yes. Clearly told them it was cvt fluid. The 3rd employee came and looked at the dipstick seen it was cvt told yes we can service it. Next thing they pull it in just to be turnEd away. I get told we don’t have that fluid and we can’t order it. if I were near a jiffy lube I would not have bothered to stop by this location. Very unprofessional. Poor communication!

I had a great experience at this Grease Monkey. They were professional and courteous. My car was in and out quickly. The manager, Mike, personally talked to me and thanked me for my business. They gave me the sheet of recommended maintenance services based on my car make and mileage, but there was no trying to sell me on expensive repairs my car didn’t really need.

The folks at this grease monkey work very well together I witnessed great customer service to all the customers. I feel the pricing was fair. And there wasnt a hard sell for me to get something done that I didnt need. I will definitely return. Thank you everybody that works there

I used to only go to this location as they were professional and easy to get in and out of. I even kept going once they raised the price of a standard oil change to $50. But quickly the quality went down. They would never reset my oil life light and we’re constantly trying to upsell me on services I clearly did not need for my vehicle. I expect to be ripped off as a female in a maintenance shop but it got ridiculous. I now go to the grease monkey in Windsor Colorado and will be leaving a glowing review for them!!

I was showed my air filter and asked if I wanted it changed which I explicitly told the guy Ill get one on my own cause I knew I could get one cheaper through auto parts store. But when the bill came due found out they had gone ahead and changed my air filter at a price of $23.99. So needless to say I probably wont be back since my wishes werent followed and I paid almost $24.00 for a filter I can get for $9.99 @ ORileys

I love this place! I have three cars but only two use this place because the other is under warranty. I went past two other places that do oil changes but came here instead because I trust them the most to do what needs to be done but also not over charge me or even do service if it doesnt need to be done! Trust them they are great!!

I was very confident when I went into this shop to have an oil change and tires rotated before a trip to Texas. The office manager was kind and informative. I had faith that my services were being completed. I had low air sensor on and asked when they rotated my tires to check for a leak and the woman said it was due to cold weather and it was not an issue. I was asked if I would like my air filter changed I said yes to one of the crew members. I received my receipt and the odometer reading was 100,000 miles higher than my vehicle. I only had 26,000 miles. The air filter was not charged so I was not sure they changed it. I did not have a new oil change sticker or information on when my next oil change is. When I asked for a new sticker she printed me one with the wrong date of service. So I am to believe my oil was never changed. To top that I was driving the next day to Texas and my tire light came back on and by that next morning it was completely flat. Discount tire told me I had had a slow leak for a while. Very disappointed I had to get new tires after ASKING if my tire was safe to drive and was told yes. Going to another shop today to have my oil and other things checked to make sure I am driving a safe vehicle. I am a 25 year old female and was taken advantage of.

Oil change. Its quick, its efficient, and they tell me when somethings wrong that they cant fix. I appreciate these folks. Its well-managed.

This Grease Monkey is the best. Prior to today I thought they were all the same, not true. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and helped us figure out the issue with our car... and actually fixed what the other Grease Monkey had messed up.

These fellas ( Jacob and Nick )went above and beyond when servicing my vehicle! Went in for a oil and radiator flush and they ended up patching up a air hose issue without thinking twice or tacking on a extra charge just doing a little extra work for the sake a Helping out without being asked. That is definition of customer service. Thanks again fellas!

Cars showing up 30 minutes after me left 30 minutes before me. Don’t do your air filter it’s just up selling and they’ll hold you and extra hour. When do oil changes take 2.5 hours. Best part was I waited the extra hour and didn’t get my filter changed

Manager and staff were amazing, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, it is nice knowing you can get all your mechanical needs, tires, maintenance all done at a one stop shop. The manager knows her stuff when it comes to diagnosing a vehicle. Will never go anywhere else.

I went in for an oil change at the 5520 W 10th St location and I wasn’t given a receipt and the receptionist said she couldn’t print anything even though I watched her print numerous pages while I waited, so they had to email it. I didn’t receive it until after I was already home. They broke a button on my windshield wiper lever. My car wasn’t vacuumed, windows were not washed, my radiator and wiper fluid were not topped off. They left oil and greasy fingerprints all over the car and steering wheel. I was charged extra for a number of things that they never disclosed to me when I asked numerous questions about the price, because there are no signs anywhere that list price and/or services. All said and done it cost me nearly $120 for a simple oil change and I feel like I was burned. The women who answered the phone at their corporate office hung up when I told her the reason for my call. I’ll never recommend or return to another Grease Monkey if they refuse to make the situation right.

The technician had to repair a damaged oil plug on my truck. They were honest, professional, and fair about the repair which was greatly appreciated. Offered to bring my truck to my house when the unexpected repair changed my day plans.

Very professional and good quality would recommend never needed an appointment always got me in and took care of me, however I would not recommend the Grease Monkey on 35th! I use to go there untill one time they forgot to put the cap back on my coolant when refilling my liquids causing it to get everywhere, my car marked hot and got on my radiator fan and messed with that. They did offer free oil change service I should have took further action because it caused major damage.Being such a kind heart though I didnt. So now I go to the one on 10th never had no issues!!

The crew at the Greeley Grease Monkey have always done a great job on our vehicles, and are a pleasure to work with.

I’ve gotten oil changes through grease monkey for a few years, but in a different town. I recently moved and thought I would keep going to this business. They overfilled my car with oil causing leaks and smoke at the initial start (never had an issue before). They did a standard oil change when I asked for a synthetic high mileage. They never went over suggested maintenance or said what fluids were low. Overall just not a professional place (manager was flirting with the check-in girl lol) and will not be going back unfortunately. Was able to take my car back to them so they could address the issue but that was also a half-a** job. Not sure if all Greeley Grease Monkeys work the same but I had a similar issue at the one on 23rd Avenue when I first bought the car. Take your money somewhere else!

I will Always rate this Grease Monkey highly! The entire crew will do what they can to service each vehicle in a timely & cost effective manner while making sure the vehicle occupants are treated respectfully. Customer choice: with mask or without. Wait inside their vehicle or in the comfortable lobby or outside seating area. This year has been rough for local business and for the patrons. It is sure nice when you are given choices and are met with respect all of the time. Even during the rough ones.

There is a very big reason why I do not trust anyone but Mike at this location and Jackson at All Purpose Auto and Tires in CO Springs to touch my vehicles. Mike always correctly and quickly diagnoses the issue, gets the correct parts, and gets the job done right and in a timely manner.

Every time I go there the lady at the front desk is always a pleasure to see and chat with. She has customer service skills that would blow you away. She is amazing. Honestly I would not go to that location if it wasn’t for her. She is respectful courteous and kind I cannot express enough how amazing she really is. She should be rewarded or honored for her customer service and ability to make the customer comfortable. I so appreciate her.

When there and wait a lot, then they check mark a lot of stuff they supposedly did but they didnt like i got there with my tire pressure sensorOn and left with the sensor on so i havet to stop and put air my self. Then got home and note it my car was leaking motor oil. My veh got there with out a leak and now is doing it. I also had to wait 1 45 minutes for service being completed.

SondraThey didnt update my sticker indicating when my next change was due after two requests. The saleswoman was rude, condescending and pressuring. I was there for almost 90 minutes and never quoted a time. The staff was overheard talking in sarcastic and demeaning tones about difficult customers.

The service was phenomenal. The cost almost made me vomit with shock. $55 for a basic oil change. Cost vs service, I wont be going back there again.

Horrible customer service. I waited an 1:46 mins for a oil change to find out they thought I had a 2020 instead of a 2018 and they didn’t do anything correct. The tech (Patrick) was very rude and about the situation and was NOT helpful in anyway! Actually told me to get the F*uck out of his shop. The manager waived my cost and apologized. She tries her best to salvage a bad situation. Customer Service is the most important thing in business and this business will never go to Grease Monkey again!! #BadService.

Update on my Review from 3 days ago. I spoke with Jason Whitehurst area Manager and He was very easy to talk to. I had told him what had happened on 2/01/2021 and he said that he would take care of my bill for Diagnostics on my Truck and that he would be going in and talking with all the Employees involved with the incidents that occurred. On Monday He had texted me and let me know that he had dealt with the Employees involved and was more than willing to take care of my Diagnostic bill. I let him know that everything was ok with my Vehicle and Jason was willing to give me a Free Service on my next visit.I appreciate Jasons promptness with the issues and for him keeping in touch with me.

Most employees where not wearing COVID Masks, and those that were had them around their chin. Their work was fine, however I had to disinfect my car as many employees where in it without any COVID persuasions.

I absolutely adore this Grease Monkey. The people working are always kind and they always work fast and top my wiper fluid off everytime I come in. Theyve always answered all of my questions over the phone and in person without any problems or delays. The lobby is clean and welcoming, and the outdoor waiting area is nice and shaded. They provide great service here.

Overall not impressed. Paid almost $100 for an oil change and they forgot to reset my computer. I have a busy work schedule and a baby so it was hard enough fitting the oil change in but then after that I had to figure out how to reset the computer to get my oil light off. You would think considering how many oil changes they do, resetting the computer would be a routine part of that. I was also pretty irked to find that all of the customers there were wearing masks but not one employee was. Wont be going back.

Went for a oil change was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Got my oil changed. Was a little early for my appointment. They took me right away and got me out before my actual appointment shouldve begun!!! Friendly staff and helped with what I needed.

Mrs. Patty, the office associate is very personable. Its a very welcoming location. Coffee, fresh fruit, pastries, and smiles are offered. She was wonderful with kids. This was one of the worst oil changes I have every got the crew was not very professional it was supposed to be first come first served there was at least two cars that got there after me that service before me because of the poor management of the crew with the line and they said they vacuumed that was a lie

The communication, expectation management, scheduling and overall performance were very poor. I dont even know when they finished the work, since I never received notification, I returned 3 hours later for an update and they told me it was done and they were just waiting for me to come back.The only thing that keeps this from being a single star is that they did manage to get the oil changed, but if you can possibly manage it, go somewhere else. It will be done faster, better and cheaper.

I took my vehicle on for a oil change since I just purchased it and after leaving I noticed a leak. I called and asked and was told that my threads we stripped and a metal washer was pit of in place along with the drain plug. This caused the leak to get worse and they will not fix the issue now.

I have gone here a few times with my own oil and filter and they have always been kind to me. I always pull up a 5 $ off coupon and they apply it to my oil change bill. And the whole crew works together well! They really appreciate kindness and will return the thoughtfulness to give you a great 5 star service experience

Super friendly lube shop both in the garage and in the lobby. In addition, they guarentee flip times, if they go over quoted time you save! Its a little awkward trying to get in there the first few times but one catches on quick. Always check for service coupons, saving is saving.

I dont like to get my oil changed as a woman because sometimes I feel like they try to sell me more things and they do my husband. The service here was quick and friendly I only waited for 15 minutes. I loved that the waiting room has glass windows so I could see my car at all times. I did not want to purchase a new air filter and they were very friendly about it and did not push the issue. I would come here again.

I always come here when I need my oil changed. The staff are always helpful and friendly and they get my oil changed quickly. Its worth the money to just take it to them and then I get a little reminder sticker in my window as well! I would reccomend anyone needing an oil change to stop in.

Fast, friendly and overall a great value. I was in and out in 15 minutes for an oil change, and they replaced my wiper blades. I’ll be back again soon with my other vehicle.
