Had a faulty A/C compressor. took it in for a diagnostic. they promptly reported back to me their findings. they reached out to the company that holds my warranty. i had zero involvement in that aspect of this repair. which is more than welcome when dealing with any situation. they worked quickly to get the vehicle back into service. and thus far the repair has been phenomenal. it blows cold. they may not be the least expensive place to choose, but the professionalism and quality of work is well worth it. i highly recommend this establishment. you wont be disappointed.

I was extremely impressed by that level of customer care.Ive had three very different vehicles under their sharp eyes: my compact that finally died, a few years with the above clunker sedan, and my lovely SUV that passed Hurons pre purchase inspection with flying colors. I’m a freshman in college, in a new place, and getting a flat tire on the side of the highway is not an ideal situation. Josh was fantastic over the phone when I first contacted Huron. He talked me through who i should call (recommended a towing company) and was very patient! When I was finally getting towed, he got all my information down while on the phone to streamline the process, as they would be closing right after they got my car. Overall, they were SUPER reliable and they were transparent about what what wrong with my tire, how they were going to fix it, how much it would cost, and they checked my other tires to make sure those were okay too. I wasn’t worried about them adding on “bogus repairs” in order to hike up the price. They’re fantastic people, have great communication, and I’d totally go there again for most any car needs!

Huron Automotive was recommended by a friend 7 years ago and weve been going there ever since for our tires, wheel alignments, etc. Even if the actual tires are cheaper somewhere else, Huron has always been cheaper after all is said and done. They do an excellent job on wheel alignments and balancing. We have never been disappointed.

When I bought my truck I looked at the history and everything was done at Huron so I decided to go there myself to get tires on the truck and Dion very professional and they did a excellent job on the tires. I see why the last owner of my truck kept on bringing it there for maintenance... looks like the truck will continue to go there and again Dion was very professional and helpful and Dell the owner was great to deal with too

Love how quick and easy it is to get in for a routine oil change. Am so happy with customer service, also Super cool thing they take pictures of what they are working on and share it with you via text so you know exactly what’s going on with your car. I think that service is awesome that they take the time to send you pictures so you can see the bottom of your car, battery strength...etc. won’t go anywhere else for my car to be serviced :)

I Called and spoke to Josh I told him that my air conditioning wasnt working as I thought it should, he recommended a evacuation and refill of the Freon, I asked how much it would cost he gave me a quote over the phone, brought the car in they performed the service and charged me exactly what he quoted, Air conditioning is working well no issues so far, I am happy with their service.

I like this place. I have an old car with a lot of miles on it. They always inspect my car and look for things that could be repaired. They always inform me before doing any extra work. They work with me in giving me information on the priorities of what needs to be done. I never feel like they are pressuring me to do repairs that could wait. They are just informing me. I also bought a set of Good Year tires from Huron. They worked with me so I could take advantage of Good Year deals and saved some money. I would and do recommend Huron on Velp Avenue to other people. It feels great to trust the place that works on your car.

When LeMieux Toyota couldnt come up with a proper diagnosis on my Toyota Prius, I went to Huron, based on a recommendation from another mechanic. They actually drove the car with a scanner hooked up to the cars computer and found what looked to be the problem. Bad spark plugs. At least 1 or 2 for sure were showing a misfire on the scanner. LeMieux had just replaced all 4 plugs approximately 40,000 miles earlier. Now it runs as good!Id highly recommend going to Huron!

When our car was rear ended en route to the UP, the exhaust was dragging on the ground. Dion opened their doors a half hour early on a Saturday, grabbed his jack and a couple pry bars and went to work. He got the exhaust off the ground and mounted safely allowing us to continue our travels. Wouldnt take a dime and just immediately went to work. I highly recommend Huron Automotive.

Ive brought my cars there 3 different times and have been Very happy each time. Their service is quick, they treat the customer better than any garage I have ever been to, and their prices are as good or better than their competitors. Excellent service, honest people, good prices!

Had to have all rotors and pads replaced, new front calipers as well as a new control arm and lower ball joint. Much simpler repairs elsewhere took far longer than this; after a day and a half I was on the road in my newly repaired vehicle. Their free shuttle service and loaner car were incredibly appreciated as I was able to maintain my regular schedule without trouble. Dion was very friendly and accommodating and ran through the quote line by line over the phone and was available seemingly any time for my questions and clarifications. First day with the new brakes, but the system feels as though I drove my car off the lot. 12 month, 120,000 mile warranty gives me a lot of comfort knowing I wont need service for a while. I cant express my gratitude enough to these guys.

Called on Fri. 11/17 to inquire if they would have time to check a leaking tire as a trip was planned. I was astounded when the man asked how long it was leaking. Answered “3 Days”. I was further astounded when he chided me by saying, “And you waited this long?”“Mr. Rude’s” comments to question me were totally inappropriate. Certainly not the approach to a prospective customer.Daily when I drive by this business I will be reminded never again to attempt to do business here. “Customer Service” in this case deteriorated into “Customer NO Service”.

I had an appointment for an oil change. It took well past the time it should. The service manager noticed me waiting and personally made it right.

They seem really nice. But doesnt ever crook. I had four new tires installed balanced and a alignment. Both front struts replaced. I thought it was a easy fix for a shop that does that all week. When I drove the car home my cars steering was very sloppy and cars rearend seemed to float/wander. I thought it may break in. Next day my wife saw a spot it driveway. She thought it was condiation from ac. After weekend I came home from work and there was a 12 in. Circle of vegetable oil like liquid. Checked and not from brakes. I called them and they did get me in that night. To find out a seal from the transmission to quick connect to drive axle. Was leaking $4.19 seal the other part was $36.?? At Advance Auto. I have 123,000 miles and never once had a leak. Until 24 hour after Huron worked on it. I know its not a new car. And stuff can happen. I guess as a professional, I would think you would notice a leak like that, or say somthing. Unless they did it. They said they would pay for parts and gave me a loaner and I would have to pay $100 for labor. Until I went to pick up my car. The bill was $164. And hard to understand. Looked like labor and parts. They gave me $30 off and I questioned it. They took $ 30.00 dollars more off. And acted like they were a Nobel person for doing so. If I woulded of said anything. I would of been out 60 bucks. I would not even get my oil changed there. Seening they may not notice if it were to leak.P.S. Good Luck
