Good prices, quick service, got a appointment right away to get tires installed on my wifes car. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful.Update now that the tires are installed. They take forever to install 4 tires. Almost 3 hours for 4 tires, thats about 45 min per tire. Prices are good but I wont come back due to the long wait times. This is a shame because I like fleet farm. Who has 3 hours during the week to take off of work to get tires installed.

I had such an amazing experience with this facility. I was helped by a gentleman named Mark who was very friendly and helpful. I was offered a same day appointment the day I called to reschedule my Sunday appointment which was amazing! He also got me set up with the buy 3 get one free deal. I told him I could make the time that day as long as my appointment was complete before I had to leave for work. He told the mechanics(whom unfortunately I do not know the names of)I needed it done before my work time and they did just that! They actually finished half an hour sooner than quoted just to ensure I made it to work in a timely fashion. I am very impressed with their kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. I will definitely recommend them and will be coming back for future appointments.

Had a flat and they found the screw that caused it and patched the tire. Only issue was it took over and hour and they kept telling me different times. I would have appreciated an accurate timeline so I could have told my wife to get the kids. Everyone was nice and the repair is solid. Also their waiting area is huge. Lots of room for everyone to spread out.

Do not waste your money on their car wash. If you are only looking to have the sides of your car cleaned, it does okay. If you want the front and back of your car washed, especially bugs stuck on the front of the car, do not use this place.

I should have paid more attention to the google reviews here. I had them install a set of winter tires which were unidirectional tires. The tires clearly had the arrows marked on the sidewall. They installed all tires the wrong way. What this means is that i would need to drive in reverse in order to get any benefits out of the expensive snow tires I bought. My van also needed some brake work which I refuse to take back to them to get it done because if they cant even put tires on the right way who knows what else they will mess up. I will however give them 1 star for finishing the job within a reasonable time frame, 1 hr 30 mins) even though I had to wait 2 weeks for an open appointment. Mistakes happen, but unfortunately this will be my first and last time there. Attention to detail matters! If I didnt know much about tires I would be driving around with tires mounted on the wrong way. Glad I caught it within 10 miles of driving the vehicle. Trust is something we give away all too freely, dont make my mistake. Go to a small local shop instead that deserves your business and can get u in same day and get the job done right.

Had a flat, pulled in here to have it fixed - only to find they closed hours before the main store, and while they have a decent tire in the right size (found online), they dont have a service opening for one tire mount for days. No thanks. Going to wally in the morning.

They lost my business. I had an appointment for an oil change. People coming and going with no signs of a mask anywhere, much less on their face. Did see very small (4×9?) signs with small print that may have addressed the mask mandate, but I dont know. I wasnt going to get within 3 feet of the signs to read them when it was blatantly obvious that customers were doing what they wanted to do which was to not wear masks.I will have my car serviced where they value my health and they want my business. Ta ta Fleet Farm Auto!!

Car wash isnt so great. Only half the undercarriage sprayer works, cant get bugs off windshield and barely touched the front grille.

Twenty Year Customer -- Done With Fleet Farm Auto!I have bought every tire for the last 20+ years at Fleet Farm, but NEVER AGAIN. The one time I had a tire blow, they would not honor their Road Hazard Warranty! (What galled me is they diagnosed the cause over the phone.) I said I needed a new tire for warranty. When done they charged me full price. When I challenged that, the head guy said it was underinflated without ever looking at the tire. I said I had brought it in repeatedly for a bead leak. They had no record of that and blamed that on computer issues, new ownership, etc. Roll all those problems onto the customer, and then insinuate the customer is lying. What nerve!This customer is going elsewhere!

I guess its a good place to go when its open. I guess you can get your car washed if its open. How about fixing things keeping them working and having your customers happy when they go through. I guess thats not important to the fleet farm management. Same thing with the store. Masks are required somewhere them some dont what a joke will not be back again.!

Was fast and cheap for a car wash.

Had a flat tire on my travel trailer on hwy 29. Unhooked my travel trailer and purchased a new tire replacement. They mounted and balanced the tire. Put the tire on the camper and we were under way again.

Had our appt.for tire rotation and oil change. After an hour and a half, they had only done the tires and forgotten to do the oil change! Cant go back there!!!

They are friendly and fast at the fleet farm center oil changed in and out 😁

Fleet Farm was a very good store to shop out especially for car washes. The only problem that I had there was that the car washes stopped working after I put in money to get a car wash they did fix it though. The vacuum cleaners at Fleet Farm also decides to eat up $0.75 and we dont have a chance to get them back. However if the car wash has stopped working, they will give you a code so that you get a car wash you already paid for. Its not the best experience in the world, but they definitely do deliver on their customer service.

I just went in for an oil change and was barely acknowledged going in. Then I asked for an oil change and was told I can’t get one here until after November 1st. This place is booked 11 days out!? For oil changes!? I’ve never heard of a place turning down oil changes Or having to book them.

The price of tires there are incredibly reasonable. My only complaint was they are quite slow. Even for an oil change. Plan on spending 2 to 2 1/2 hours there.

Brought in a tire from my snowblower to be fixed The tire had fallen away from the rim and therefore would not hold air. As busy as they were, they were able to get it fixed fairly quickly as I waited. Service desk employee was very nice, friendly, and explained problems well.

Use the car wash frequently...the washes are good but they could use an update with longer dry time

I called in to ask for an appointment for an oil change for the following day. The guy on the line said we wouldnt need an appointment, that we can just stop in and they can take care of it. I then confirmed that they can fit us in, and no appointment was needed, he said yes. The next day comes, we go to drop it off for an oil change, and were told they couldnt take us, that we needed an appointment(?!), and they could try to fit us in in a couple of days. There seems to be some dire lack of communication between workers for this mishap to happen, at the expense of us needing to find somewhere else to go.

They answered my questions quickly and accurately. The lobby was clean and parking was easy.

They will have your car all day if youre getting a oil change even if you have an appointment.

Got my tires here, they were nice and very prompted with the install.

Ridiculously slow. Horrible customer service. I came here a few months ago for new tires. Was here 4+ hours and they didnt even put the tire weights on correctly. Had to come back in 2 days later which took another hour and a half. Tried giving them one more chance by bring in car for an oil change. Im still waiting and Ive been here over an hour. Will never be back after this
