I needed body work and a creative job done to repair my car . Greg is really helpful and always answers the phone it is available to help you as soon as you walk in . Never waiting for callbacks here . He is willing to work with you on whatever you need . Other garages would insult older vehicles or insist on too much work, he never does that . The guys are super talented and fixed my shock and made me a new wheel well on only a day . They are good with vehicles needing a complex fix . I had my car back within a week no hassle, Greg even called the previous garages for me to investigate my work done before . Rates were half of what I would of paid anywhere and he didnt high pressure sell me service. Family has gone here years always reliable and communicate well over options .

I had scheduled an appointment with Ness to look at some squeaking noise going on in my rear brakes. Unfortunately, my car didnt make it another day. That night my car wouldnt move in the parking lot of my work. I got a ride and stopped by Ness on the way home. They had a tow truck pick it up that night and had it fixed the next day. It turned out that my brake pad fell off and was wedged making it impossible to move. They are reasonably priced and have fast service. I was recommended here by a friend and I recommend Ness Service Center to all my friends.

Been going there more than a decade and I always feel good after leaving Nesss. Charges are fair, often more than fair. Greg explains what he can do, what it will cost, what the options are. Hes done warranty work for free, cut me deals at times, and charged me much less than I expected a dozen times. My car has 255,000 miles on it and runs like a top...Im lucky Nesss is taking care of it. I trust Greg and the crew with my car, and send my friends and family to them, too. Very pleased with my experience with Ness Service.
