Not the best... Best Buy I have been to (pardon the pun). The store is adequate, not the nicest looking, but not bad. No real complaints about the staff, they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with their jobs, and I understand. Went to look at different phones and laptops, the alarms went off whenever I touched a device - not sure why the sensitivity is so high in this store, but it made for an unpleasant experience. Didnt buy anything.

I was looking at Laptops because I was trying to find something with good battery life and overall good quality.Pierce, one of the sales consultant, was very helpful in helping me know which laptops would best suit my needs.He even helped me get my old receipt back from my HP specter, since it has a year warranty on it.Definitely coming back here
Finally got a PS5. Best Buy cut out the bots, and did an in store restock launch! Was able to stand in line and pick one up easily. Best Buy never disappoints.
Best Buy was as usual, very good service and professional knowledge of their product. Would give 5 stars if there was more employees to help out. All in all, it was a great experience and will definitely return.
Had a washer dryer installed today. Delivery/install team did a great job getting the machine up the stairs and installing it in the designated space..they also disposed of the old one. Thank you Kameron and Demetrius for a job well done.
Was highly annoyed that the geek squad wouldnβt change the battery in my iPhone. They said it hadnβt degraded to 60% and apple wouldnβt authorize them to replace it. What a joke! When your phone says right on it to have it replaced. I took my business to batteries plus and didnβt have any issues.. and they were cheaper for the battery! I wont be back to geek squad. Sorry Best Buy
The car audio guy literally told me to go somewhere else so I went to the store manager(I pulled a karen) and he was so helpful and explained everything to me so I bought a new stereo for my truck speakers and speakers for my wifes car and had them install everything! All I wanted to do was ask a couple questions and ended up buying a bunch of stuff! He also gave me a little discount so that helped but shout out to the store manager for all his help! Ill definitely be back!

I purchased a Tablet and Robby was able to transfer most of my Data from the Old Tablet to the New one.The next day I returned & had questions about navigating through the Tablet. I recently went to this store to shop for a laptop computer. The available selection was good and well laid out for viewing. The customer service personnel were very good and aske me if I had any questions, or if they could assist me in any way. Once I worked with them I was able to narrow down my laptop selection to a couple that met my needs and price range. Finally I settled on one unit that happened to be aggressively prices as an Open Box item. The customer service representative allowed me to check the computer over completely before making my decision to make the purchase. My over experience shopping here was great. I would highly recommend this store and the service I received to anyone in the market for a computer.
Ive waited for many experiences before making a review. Finding someone to help you takes entirely too long. Seems like a management problem tho. Just seems like there isnt a STANDARD of good prompt service.

Was exciting to visit for camera equipment. Directed quickly to area but associate know as much as me so had to explore a bit. Stock was thin, but expected. Glad to have come and found what I needed.
The cameras I bought were on sale. By the time the geek squad came to install them they werent so I didnt get the sale price. They couldnt use one wireless camera so they only refunded me the camera and not the installation fee. The camera never came out of the box. The test of wi fi was to weak so it wasnt installed. But I still didnt get my installation fee back. Im fighting with them for weeks. No one cares. No one will help. I get transferred all over with no help.
Customer service was great store was clean n looked very nice but I was very disappointed with the selection or lack of products I went to buy a fire stick and they had none in stock ended up getting it from Target.
If I could give negative stars I would. Donβt waste your time, go to ANY other place. Save yourself time and hassle.
So after being a dedicated customer for over 3 decades I had a Best Buy employee steal my information, use my rewards points and try to open credit credits in my name. This is on top of having $500 stolen from a card payment by this same employee. Someone help me please.

Went to buy micro sd card. Staff was helpful paid a fair price. I would suggest that sd cards be in the same area of the store. Sandisk was near cameras and Samsung cards where by the tvs.

Its a Best Buy. It was super helpful when I started WFH. I was able to order online and pick up what I needed that day. Despite the long car lines at the time, they were able to handle the crowd effortlessly.
Walked in, found what we needed with lots of highly educated assistance, & walked out in (for us) record time. No muss, no fuss.
Ill take Best Buy over Walmart for electronics anyday..

Overall my experience was good. I liked the COVID-19 precautions. I saw the cashiers cleaning the registers after every customer. All employees had on a mask wearing it properly. However, I purchased a open box item. It was in a case, the employee never handed it to me to look at. She said it was probably just returned because someone did not want. I bought it, I was happy like I just saved almost $75 on this watch. Got to car was looking at the receipt and I noticed it does not have the charger. The charger was $40 online and it said it had scratches. I returned and paid the difference. So basically my point it if you buying open box ask to look at product or box before you purchase it. Still love best buy though.
After finding the earbuds I wanted locked in a case, I found myself waiting around for about 15 minutes for someone to help me. I subsequently went over to the phone section. There I was told to go to the gentleman who greeted me at the door. He got on his mic and requested someone.Unfortunately after ten minutes more of waiting and no one helping me, I decided to try and call the store manager but no one answered. I waited for around for another seven or eight minutes more then decided to leave. The gentleman who greeted me seemed surprised that no one had helped me but made no effort to grab someone who could. I told him this is why Amazon is doing so well and the brick and mortar stores arenβt.On the way home I tried to contact the store manager but was told that he was with a customer. He did later call me where he defended his staff, basically not believing that this could happen in his store. Iβve bought many items from that store but have always managed to find some help. Traditionally, this hasnβt been the easiest endeavor because like the phone person talking with another associate at the time, they seem to busy to care about why they are really there.

Ordered something online came to pick it up and they couldnt find my order. Not only myself but the lady next to me was sent from Mayfair to s 76th and they couldnt find her order either. Employees had nothing nice to say about their employer down talked best buy in front of numerous people. Employees very confused and unaware of what was going on.
The place is huge. Dont bother trying to find what you need on your own, ask the first person you see - theyre super helpful & truly youll never find it by yourself. Lol

Less than 1. More like minus 10. The first time when they set up my stove they caused a gas leak. I gave them a second chance only because they refunded the plumbing bill. But again they hired outside contractors to set up my Washer and dryer. You would think after delivering so many washers and dryers to peoples homes that they would have new kits for dryer hoses And washer hoses So that they could set everything up properly. But again theres the excuses of liability Which they should have thought of the first time. I was so upset I just had them leave it and returned the new stuff. Yes I am demanding a full refund by end of day tomorrow. If not I will be suing Best Buy.

Good assortment of items, I was looking for a laptop, good assortment from $500-2000, but the HP, I bought, was fine, smaller, lite weight, fast, good screen video, perfect, if u use occasionally. But caution, returns are tricky, there is a high restocking fee, if you return!!!

I had an employee tell me a service specialist would be with me momentarily. I stood there for 20 minutes without help and left as said employees seemed to walkbaround just enough to appear busy but not actually talk to anyone.

I will never buy or recommend Best Buy to anyone. The have the worst customer service ever. How do they not contact you that they canceled your order. Then trying to get a refund was the biggest hassle ever. I finally got my refund today after 3 months of hell going back and forth corporate and the store. They keep giving me different stories and changing stories on who is suppose to give me the refund. After almost 3 months of fairytales I gave up talking to anyone at Best Buy and went though the better business bureau. This is one company I would not miss if they went out of business.

I went to this store looking for a wireless rearview camera. Asked FIVE different employees (who were not with other customers) for help but none could be bothered. They all said they would get someone to help me...I waited for someone for 30 minutes but they never came. Dont waste your time at the Greenfield store...shop online.
The employees here are overly involved. They literally follow you around asking if you need help finding anything. Itβs impossible to be anywhere in this store without an employee breathing down your neck..... including the bathroom!

Bought a $100 gift card on 12/19/20. The code on the back of card had already been used. I went to store they wouldnβt do anything. I contacted Best Buy customer service number multiple times over phone. They lied to me and said they would send me a $100 Best Buy gift card by mail. After weeks of not getting the card I called and they told me there was nothing they could do. Their customer service is useless. I will never shop there again. I am out $100. I would recommend never buying a gift card there because if it doesnβt work your screwed.
