Amazing furniture and rental contracts! Beats blowing money on something low quality at Walmart and amazing designer bedroom sets! Got a cute gray bedroom set and my tv there!

It was a very nice and clean place But they have very little merchandise to choose from, I will think if you dont have enough space at least have a catalogue that you can order from.

Started renting when Barack was the manager Jeff is now manager, have paid nearly 4k on living room set. They refuse to let me go on monthly payments and insist I pay weekly. Its been hard Ive explained to them numerous times I work away from home, so when I get back home I catch up on the payment. Jeff now manager I get nothing but harassment, 3-7 phone calls a day, calling my family, my friends and my work. Over $100. Ive tried calling and explaining the situation and that it wasnt Okay for him to call my work or my family. Ive explained on numerous attempts that it would be easier for myself to pay a monthly bill. But they refuse. When barrack was there he understood the situation and worked with me. I pay my bills every month like anyone... unfourtnely I still have money I owe and Ive already paid so much to give up. But, by far the WORST store Ive ever rented from. I will never recommend nor rent from these people again.

Only went in with a friend but did look around had some good products but the store certainly needed a lot more it looked space for a rental place! Have dealt with them and did have good service from them!

I also started renting when Brock was manager and he was great to work with. New manager Jeff is not very friendly and If you do miss a payment, which does happen, they stalk and harrass you, calling constantly. I owe $41 And they actually came knocking at my door. Unbelievable.... I am almost ready to get rid of the furniture just so I dont have to deal with them. Seek alternative options if possible

Started renting a TV and washer and dryer was having an easy time paying the bill monthly up until this month when my boyfriend called in the payment and the assistant manager posted our payment to someone elses account now he waited til today when the manager jeff was there and they are refusing to wait for our payment til next pay day and our questioning where our payment went well we have other bills to pay to and this is ridiculous and very unprofessional then they hung up on him updating my review now they call 7 times a day from business and personal numbers they changed our contract with out telling us we had monthly now they want everything other week I highly recommend staying away from this rent a center at least while they have this asshat as a manager

The lady was real rude and my check was 2 days away and she wouldnt give me the 2 days to pay. Terrible workers
