Horrible experience! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Guy came to install washer and dryer. Broke pipe while connecting water lines and caused our apartment to flood as well as my neighbors below us. Set appointment just to not show up! He stopped answering my calls until I showed up at the second appliance store and demanded to speak with the owner! PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

DONT BUY FROM THEM. They dont test or clean their appliances. Takes them a long time to honor the schedule appointment for leak on my front load washer. Still withing the 3 month warranty. All they did is tape the hose and said its fixed. Part will take to long for delivery so we are not going to fix it.

Absolutely love this place. We bought a dryer from them about 7 months ago. Works great, no problems. Actually going to purchase a washer from there this week. Service is beyond amazing. Brings it and puts it in for you.

Buyer beware!! I bought a dryer from here that lasted almost 2 years, so I guess I was one of the lucky ones. It broke down so I called to schedule an appointment for repairs. This was on a Monday. The guy told me they would be here after 3pm Tuesday. I waited and waited and they never showed up. I called and was told I promise I will be there after 3 on Wednesday. I will fix your dryer. They never showed up again. I rescheduled my time to accommodate them and this was the thanks I get for being a good customer. I also bought a washer from them too. So far Ive had no problems with the washer.The customer service is terrible. They shouldnt be in business because Ive heard of so many people getting ripped off by paying good money for junk that they will not repair. They only take cash which sends up a red flag to me. Whats up with that??? Seems kind of fishy to me. If youre looking for good service, good deals and good appliances, you better look somewhere else.

I purchased a washer/ dryer set and once I got it home it seem to fall apart. The dryer was all the way attached and making a knocking noise. The washer was leaking while washing. I called to let them know because you have 90 day warranty and they said they would come out but never did. So I purchased a new set took their set back on Saturday and demanded a refund. They didn’t want to give me my money back but when I mentioned court they said come Monday and get your money. Please inspect and make them plug up before you buy if you shop here.

I got a good price on the fridge, but was surprised and disappointedwhen we found a couple weeks later that it was infested with roaches!Wasnt worth it at any price. Now they wont even buy it back at a major discount! If you already have roaches or you want them, go ahead and buy something! Plus they dented it up on the delivery!!

I’ve had to get 5 different washing machines from this scam of a place! They don’t ever have fully functional items! The “mechanic” if that’s what you want to call em. BARELY fixes theses broke machines and sends them out the door. They Know their products are trash because they constantly replace them. Or come up with some stupid lie about why it isn’t working. JUST GO BUY IT NEW!! Lesson Learned!!!! They get ZERO STARS FROM ME!!!

DONT DO IT!!!! I know you need some type of appliance but they are not it. Please check Facebook marketplace before you go here they are a last result. I bought a washing machine and dryer from here and the dryer didnt even work. When my roommate when up there they told her she would have to pay to get it fixed or buy a new one. We refused. After many phone calls and visits they finally gave me a new one.

Very unprofessional people. I brought a dryer from them and in 30 days it broke down. After several phone calls and made too many promises to come and fix they never came with what they said they would do and that is bring me a new dryer. After a month I took it back and demand my money. Now I am going to rent to own one. Dont buy nothing from them they cant even promise there bogus warranty. Thumbs down zero stars to this business...they need to shut down!!!!

This is the worse place to ever get any appliance, We got a GE fridge double door stainless steel and it was working just fine until the freezer started going up to 20 and the fridge part was almost at 60! We called the owner and he said he was coming but never showed up my husband called and he pushed the time back without even communicating with us. He claimed he fixed it but didnt.. the fridge started leaking and we had to put down different towels to stop it so we call the owner back out he says hes coming never shows up again so my husband calls and he says hes in the HOSPITAL ! of course no warning again so he says he will come Monday.. well Monday just passed and he came shockingly came but he is clueless he wanted my husband to turn off the water meaning it would leak all over the floor my husband told him no and that I am 9 months pregnant he told him to leave the water off for 24 hours once again my husband told him no then he says he GOOGLED this for a second opinion and that this will work! Absolutely ridiculous so my husband said just give me my money back and the owner walks out the house saying give me two days to come get my fridge and give you your money back when I say we will be at this store with the police if this man tries anything I mean it!! DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! On top of that the owner is Mexican and its very hard to understand him.

Super unprofessional. Made promises to meet but would not call or show. Would agree to a time but continuously have to reschedule. Bought a washer from them but it broke only a few days after the 3 month warranty ended. Do not recommend their services.

Bad business still waiting on my refrigerator to replaced after a month of calling still no refrigerator. They stop answering the phone. The lie and act like they don’t understand English.

Don’t buy anything from this, criminal,cheating,deceptive man and his wife, their appliance are artificial,and very bad, and you can see all those people complaining about them, this place supposed be shut down, because of criminal they are doing,I bought dryer from him, and the dryer is not working, I never used it even for one day, because there is short circuit on it, when I call him to fixed it,he refused, even the warranty is still a live, yesterday I talk to my lawyer, and said I have to file small claims court against him

Great service(overall) Yes my washer did break down once but they fixed it right away!

First had to wait 20 minutes outside as the worker posted a note on the door stating they would be back in 10 minutes!!(only a half hr after their opening time!) All appliances super beat up and not sanitized or cleaned at all.

Not happy at all with my service they dont care once they get your money its over

I have called this place three times today. Every time I call someone picks up the phone and says they will call me back and they dont? I am confused at this point. They do not seem professional what so ever.
