My wife and I went to several used appliance stores. This was truly the best, we purchase a washer and dryer. The young lady we talked to was very knowledgeable and professional the young men who. Delivered the merchandise were also professional and answered all questions. The dryer arrive with no electrical cord due to my mistake I forgot to tell the young lady what type of cord I needed. Great experience! Was able to walk in, explain what I needed in a washer/dryer set, get a recommendation, and then inspect the machine without anyone hovering or pushing me. I bought a refrigerator yesterday from Best Price Appliance. They live up to their name! I checked prices at another used appliance store in town, but I went back to Best Price Appliance because the prices were cheaper and their warrenty is for 90 days (Not just 30 days) CJ made sure I got my fridge promptly, and the men removed my old fridge too! Ill definitely go back for future appliance needs.

Selection of appliances are small. Was looking for a refrigerator replacement for a tenant and wanted specific brands (i.e., Amana, Whirlpool; etc.) There was one refrigerator I was considering, but decided against it. Theyre good for an inexpensive fix, but this just wasnt for me or the type of tenants that we manage. I ended up with a brand new, warrantied refrigerator for a couple of hundred from a big box store and am very satisfied.

Everyone he is the best person to work With. I have bought a washer and dryer and two stoves from him if there’s ever a problem and you’re within warranty he gets it done right away if you’re outside your warranty he will work with you this is the best appliance company I have ever worked with so if you need it and he’s got it go get it.

This is a long post but it shows the customer service is excellent. I bought a washer from them 6 month ago. The washer was out of warranty and they came to diagnosis the problem but it was a plumbing issues. I paid the service fee. Once I got the plumbing issue fixed, the washer would not work at all. I called them and they explained to me the part to fix the washer was expensive and gave me other options. The lady was very nice and was very professional. She understood how I felt about the situation and she agreed. She told me to go to the store and they would have an arrangement for me. They gave me an acceptable option with delivery and set up. I will be using them again for other appliances.

Its been a long time since my fiancé and I purchased from here, so I *hope* things have changed for the better. The first issue is that we went to this store because of all the excellent reviews. After we purchased the appliance, we were told that they have a 90-day warranty, but they would extend it to 120 days if we left a 5-star review. So take the reviews with a grain of salt.The second issue is that we had a difficult time with the appliance we purchased. The gentleman who sold it to us did eventually did make it right (except for the $250 worth of groceries we had to replace...though he did give us $50 to help with that), and it is still working, but the experience was overall very unpleasant. The short version is that the fridge needed freon, and as a result, it would not get cold. That seems to me like something that is very easy to check, and it should not have even left the store without it having been checked and recharged, if necessary. If you sell an appliance, you should make sure it works first, right? Then he had the gall to blame me for the problems that followed. Honestly, I waited so long to post this because I didnt want to risk the backlash from the manager at the store.The long version is our refrigerator died completely, so we needed a new one right away. We bought a fridge right before they closed on day 1, and we were told it would be delivered in the morning on day 2. After sitting plugged in all day, it was still the same temperature it was when it was delivered, so the salesperson (manager? owner?) we dealt with said he would sent out a tech to take a look at it on the morning of day 3. As a woman, I was not comfortable having a stranger in my home while I was alone, and my fiancé had to work, so I asked him to please send the tech after my fiancé got home from work at 3:30. When the tech came, it was close to closing time again, and the tech had left his freon at the store, which he needed to fix it, so the man at the store said he would send the tech back on the morning of day 4. At this point I was upset, wed lost $250 worth of groceries over this fridge. When I called the store to voice my complaint, the manager said that it was MY fault, that if I had let the tech come earlier in the day, he would have been able to go back, get the part, and return the same day to fix it. While yes, this is true, I firmly believe that I have the right to decide who I do and do not let into my home, and when. I should not have to be in a situation where I feel uncomfortable, especially in my own home. So for him to say that it was MY FAULT that the fridge wasnt fixed (because the tech had left part of his toolkit at the store) was uncalled for, and unfair to us.Anyway, after all was said and done, the fridge was finally fixed, and has not given us any trouble since then, so for that I am happy. Im just not at all impressed with the level of customer service that was given.

The Samsung dryer I bought was supposed to be cleaned and a new element put in before delivery to my house, it wasnt! When I complained to the delivery guy he said he just delivered the appliances! I was going to buy a washer and refrigerator, but now Ill just go somewhere else! Lesson learned!

I received pleasant service when looking for and paying for a washer and dryer. I scheduled to have the set delivered in the morning hours. The morning hours for the delivery came and went. I called and was told that I had been scheduled for the afternoon with no explanation of why my delivery had been changed and the delivery would be at 2 pm. I waited. I called back and was told that delivery would be between 2 and 4 (it was after 2:30 by this time). I received a call at around 3:30 to say that the delivery people were pulling up. When they hadnt pulled up at 3:45 I called again. I was told they were now 3 minutes away (was still a longer wait time than that). I called back to say that the service I received was unprofessional and was hung up on. The washer and dryer works so far, but I will not use this company again! Im not sure if the representative hadnt had her fix for the moment or not but this experience was like dealing with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I never knew what attitude I was going to get. Customer service goes a long way for referrals and repeat customers.

Ive waited to review this company because a few days after picking up my dryer, it stopped working. I called the store and they sent someone out to repair it. It has been working great for 3 months.

Bought a washer the other day and the lady told me that the washer would be cleaned/detailed the same day. Called the next day to see when I could pick up the washer and they said it would be ready by 12 or 1pm. Came to pick up washer after 5pm the same day and the washer did not appear to be detailed. Asked for details on where the place was located because my phone was about to die and they guy that answered told me to just google it. Not very friendly. Washer appears to work, though.

I’m very satisfied with the delivery they came when they said they would and hooked up my washer and dryer and even want Beyond and had to make an extra trip to bring my dryer to the back to get it in my house I’m very satisfied what I purchased thank you again!

Picked up a washer thought the hose was broken and they were going to just come and replace it with another washer because their technician was busy. Turns out the hose was fine it just wasnt pushed in all the way so we didnt have to worry about it. Very friendly people customer service was great they took care of the problem right away.

I’d like to be able to review our purchase, but can not. I called on Saturday, 4/11 to see if they had any refrigerators because ours quit working. The girl, who was far from friendly, told me they did and were open until 5:00 pm. She had no information on size of fridge, and didn’t know if they would be open the next day because it was Easter Sunday. We didn’t want to chance having to wait until Monday, so we hurried up from Colfax. We got there at 4:45, and they were closed. Why say you are open until 5:00 and then close early? Management needs to hire more reliable staff!

I just purchased a new to me clothes dryer last week from Best Price Appliances after my old dryer stopped heating. I was able to go in the store on a Saturday morning to select a replacement, have it delivered, hooked up and the old one hauled away by mid afternoon. I was especially impressed with the young sales associates knowledge of various appliances on the floor. I experienced exceptional customer service, obtained an affordable replacement with warranty to boot. I plan to check here first for any appliance needs I may have in the future.

We called and they had someone out to our house within 2 hours to fix the issue. Our washer is working now and we are very happy. Im guessing if you have a more urgent issue they are more on it! We would still buy more stuff from them as long as they continue to stand by their product. I think a five is warranted for the quickness in response to our most recent issue! Very happy with a stacked washer dryer unit for a unbeatable price. We originally went in for separated units but found a stacked one that was cleared for sale but hasn’t been cleaned. We exchanged numbers and slept on our thoughts. In the morning we decided on the stackable unit and I called to ask if he’d have it cleaned and ready for us that evening. It works wonderfully!
