I have been with Blossman for years and have been pleased with their service and reliability.I am on the automatic refill plan. Last winter, due to illness and lengthy hospitalization, I neglected to renew my plan. My tank ran out while I was in the hospital, and I came home to a cold house. When I called the office, they went into overdrive to locate a truck in the region to bring gas to me. After my tank was serviced, Mike called to make sure I was all right. The company showed great concern and compassion for me and proved that they value their customers.

If you need propane service at your house, they are the best choice.

After my RV propane tank suddenly appeared empty, I needed a fill. I took to Blossman for a fill and they discovered a bad regulator. Cliff (Manager) replaced the bad regulator, charged only for the part and nothing for the service, which took nearly an hour. I reminded at checkout that I should be owing for labor, but they said forget it. (I think they may have only charged wholesale for the regulator - $20.00) We hope youll come back whenever you need propane.Needless to say, theyve got my future business!

After contacting Blossman to start services at the home we were purchasing, I was called back by the owner/manager? Mike. He explained to me that because our home had been under foreclosure, and the previous owner had a balance, they decided to come out to the property and dig up their $1500 investment. Even though there was a Blossman hang-tag hanging on the door to contact the company start up our services. Mind you, we are set to close on our home tomorrow and no one was contacted. Not the selling agent, no one. His I dont give a crap attitude has quickly gotten him, and Blossman, one star. The company has lost a customer, but theyre not concerned. If I could give no stars I would.

Yea i got them to come pick up a tank they charged me 150$ to pick up there tank. Never again. They we not work with ppl at all on bill payed or anything. I would buy gas anywhere but there.
