Overall, very disappointed. Communication with them was terrible after having paid for the merchandise over 3 months in advance before receiving it. Worst part of all was the delivery of which a mess was made. They did send someone to correct the problem, but not to willingly. I chose this company because I was expecting better than what I received. Dont plan to ever use them again. I got better results from the big box stores in the past and thats really saying something.

Unfortunately, I walked in the door today and pretty much turned around and walked out.Despite a sign on the door asking everyone to mask (it’s also mandated by the city) - nearly everyone was unmasked, including the guy working the counter. Why even put up the sign? Especially if your own employees won’t follow it? I sent an email after leaving, but no attempt to reach me.I’m giving a relatively neutral 3 star because I’m required to give a star rating to review here. Personally, my experience was lower; yours might be higher. But I’ll let you decide if this bothers you - if not, I’m sure their appliances are fine.

I was put off by the fact they dont post prices. You have to inquire with the salesman about each item. But if you know what you want, or price isnt an object, or if you have an established relationship with the staff, I guess youre ok...

Absolute worst place I have ever dealt with in my life. Ordered and prepaid for a stove in February 2021 was told would be installed in May 2021. Then, told June. Now being told July but could even be August. They blame Covid-19 which is a lame excuse at this point. These barn animals need and deserve to be shut down. A real business does not operate like this. They have our money but have provided zero service and zero product and zero trust. They should be ashamed!!

Customer Service is bad. No one greeted me or came to help me.

We purchased a gas range and hood and found the price to be better that Lowes or Home Depot. The Hart associate, David Webb, explained in detail the various features of the range. He had to order our range and hood and offered to store it at their warehouse until our kitchen renovations were complete. I recommend Hart Appliance without any reservation and will definitely go to them for any appliances we might need in the future.

Sales staff was very helpful to find the perfect product at the right price. Kept us informed through the process. Delivery was on time and done right.

A new appliance is a very large investment and the staff treats the transaction as such. Very intelligent sales folk, even price matched the big box store. I prefer to buy local anytime I can. Extended warranty they offered on my fridge was reasonably priced and worth the peace-of-mind. Delivery and installation guys were great. Will be returning soon for my new stove.

Excellent service - at the store they took the time to suggest alternatives based on what we said we wanted. We purchased a washer/dryer that we are very happy with and a dishwasher that is so quiet you cant even hear it running. Very pleased with the selection and service. Only downside was the length of time it took to have the dishwasher installed, but they were that busy. Installation people were timely, professional and very competent.

Due to covid, my appliance was on back order for quite sometime. DJ and I would touch base monthly or weekly. Sometimes I would call, sometimes he would, with updates on what the manufacturers expectations were. When it finally made it to the store, covid took hold of one of harts employees. Throwing a wrench into the delivery portion of the deal. Even with its main office shut down they still made the delivery happen with DJ himself doing the install. The pandemic has messed up alot of things, but not hart appliance. Not once during the countless phone calls during the last 5 months did DJ get aggravated or upset, he took his time and never rushed. DJ is a stellar person and is real. I appreciate you guys and wish you all success in the future.

This company’s customer service was great. Mr. Hart worked with my schedule. He informed me step by step what he was doing? Answered all of my questions professionally and honestly and stayed with it day after day until the problem was resolved. He even was going to stop by before going on his vacation. 😱 I wasn’t that pressed.

We were fortunate to get the last front load washing machine and to get it delivered before the end of 2019 to get the extended warranty.Unfortunately upon installation it was discovered the drain hose leaked. None was to be had since the stores floor model hose leaked also. The old washer went back into service again until a new hose arrived from the factory. The new machine is quiet and fast. Where our old top load took the better part of a day for laundry the front load Speed Queen is done well before noon. With the exception of 2 times of fault codes flashing and unplugging the unit for 5 minutes everything is working fine. Were happy. Our only regret is we didnt get the new washer sooner.

Our experience with the big box stores resulted poor delivery commitments and poor service after the sale. With the folks at Hart Appliance, we have always received the best sales and service. The prices are competitive, they carry top brands and they show up to deliver the goods when they promise to. We will return to Hart Appliance for all of our appliance needs in the future.

My wife and I went into the store today due to the high recommendations from several people we know. We were assisted by a gentleman named David once he was finished helping another customer. He asked us what he could help us with and I responded we were looking for a new dishwasher. David’s response was a gesture towards my wife and “well what about her”. Thankfully I did not pick up on this insensitive joke however my wife did. She made sure to clue me in on what he meant when we got in the car. There were a few other moments during our encounter with David that also rubbed us the wrong way. We told him we were in search of a Bosch or Maytag dishwasher. When I asked him if they had any Maytag in stock to compare, he stated that they did not deal with lower end appliances....however earlier he told me they carried Maytag and the one he was referring to was comparable to the $850 kitchenaid he was trying to sell us. We also inquired about the delivery alternatives that may accompany us using our own installer. I simply asked David if I would need to pick the product up If I used my own installer. His response was “yea it’s just a dishwasher”. I’m not sure if David was patronizing us because we looked young but these were very unacceptable actions and I felt they should be made known. My wife and I will certainly be going elsewhere for our dishwasher due to these actions.

We like dealing with a LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS that gives us personal service and pays attention to our concerns.

When we had our kitchen remodeled, we went to big box stores to look for new appliances, but then we went to Hart and were so glad we did. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the prices were competitive. We purchased everything we needed from them, and are so pleased with the result. When I first went to Hart Appliance everything seemed great and installation went well. A week later the appliance was making loud noises and a new one was ordered...took over 2 months to get the right one to my home now four of the wheels on my GE Dishwasher keep coming off (btw 2 wheels were missing when the second dishwasher was installed..we noticed that a few days later) and as of last nite the wheels were found melted in the bottom of the washer. Now this item is discontinued ...what kind of service is this? Never once did the owner contact me....always had to deal with the service Rep...and she tried as much as she could. We well never purchase GE anything again or deal with Hart Appliance....Buyer beware.

Poor customer service upon entrance. Two salespeople working with customers which was fine I was willing to wait.Walked around looking at appliances and no one acknowledge me the entire time. No eye contact nor I will be with you in a moment. Have heard great things about the store and walking in I just knew I would be leaving with what I needed. BUT I guess I did not fit the picture of clientele that was in store.

Shopping for an appliance during a quarantine was daunting, but Hart Appliance not only had the best price on the dishwasher we wanted, they hands down had the best customer service -- and all via phone and email! The Fisher-Paykel dishwasher has worked perfectly. Hart handled the entire installation and were very pleased with the product. It is quiet and does a great job cleaning. I would have given it a 5 star but for the lengthy time it takes to run the full cycle.

I had a terrible experience here. Our sales representative only worked 2-3 days a week and did not check emails when he was off so all issues had to wait several days for even a response. Hart Appliance does not offer their own warranty only whatever the manufacturer offered. I bought a very high end GE Monogram oven/range and it has not worked properly since it was delivered. I was told I lived too far away to come out and check it any more. It still does not work properly and I am stuck with it.

I needed a new upright freezer quickly since my older chest freezer went bad and was full of food. Hart appliance Center came thru with the freezer I needed in stock and delivered it quickly so I wouldn’t loose my food to spoilage. Financing was a breeze and delivery was easy. I highly recommend Hart Appliance Center to anyone looking for quality appliances at a great price.

Recently when my Bosch dishwasher —which they don’t sell—had a problem they referred me to an equally reputable repair company. Just recently bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Hart and know they will help if I have a problem. They sell good products and know them well. When we recently did an extensive kitchen renovation, we received several recommendations for a complete complement of new appliances—repeatedly we were told to go to Hart Appliance Center. The Salesmen at Hart did an outstanding job explaining numerous options including those for our multi-fuel stove, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, and beverage refrigerator. Hart also offered exceptional flexibility with respect to enabling us to purchase the appliances on sale while protecting the warranties until their delivery was perfectly synchronized months later with the renovation. DJ helped us find the stove we wanted and ordered it promptly. When the first shipment came in damaged, he let us know and followed up with the manufacturer. One day later, we had our stove, delivered and set up. We always use Hart and we’ll be back again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with both a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson and installer. The cooktop I ordered and purchased from Hart was exactly what I wanted and because it was unavailable anywhere in town, Hart stayed on top of the order with the manufacturer for a quick as possible turnaround and delivery. The cost of the cooktop was the same and, in some cases, less than the big stores who were unable to work directly with the manufacturer to ensure I could even get one. Many thanks to Hart! We highly recommend Hart Appliance Center! We were completely overwhelmed shopping for new appliances at the big box stores. At Hart, they made it easy, pleasant and matched the big box price. We purchased a complete set of new GE appliances and we love them! The delivery and set up were also a breeze. My husband, who is very handy, set up the dishwasher and gas stove himself so we could save money. In hindsight, I think he would recommend paying the extra to have it installed because it was so time consuming and hard working in tight spaces. Shop at Hart..its worth it!

We werent looking to replace our current GE fridge with the another, but after reading many bad reviews about a competitor brand we selected, we needed options. Big box stores carried the poorly reviewed brands and little or nothing else. Visiting Hart Appliance was smart move on our part. Not only did they voluntarily match the big box price on the fridge we purchased, but we purchased another GE. The knowledgeable sales person was able to point out improvements from our previous GE and answered all my questions regarding GE appliances. We were so happy with the refrigerator purchase we decided to replacing the dishwasher as well, GE also.

I bought a Speed Queen washing machine at Hart Appliance. It was a little expensive at slightly over $1,000, but it has stainless steel parts and simple to use controls. With the durable construction, I hope the machine will last a long time. Installation was $35, which is reasonable compared to other retailers. So far, I have had only one problem. The machine stopped in the middle of a wash cycle. Fortunately, Hart Appliance was able to provide instructions on how to reset the machine over the phone so that a service call wasnt needed to fix the problem. So far I am pleased with my purchase and have recommended Hart Appliance to one other person who was looking for a dryer.

Tom and his team are first class. Every part of the experience from purchase to installation exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. This is my third purchase of Wolf/Sub Zero products from Hart and couldnt be more pleased with the final result.

Service after the sale is just as important as service before the sale. Ran into a small problem after delivery of my washer and dryer. A phone call to Hart and they sent someone to take care of the issue quickly and without issue.
