I have been with this Rent-A-Center for years! Never had an issue until about a month ago. I was almost ready to end all business relationships with them completely until today! All my concerns were addressed and I felt like a actually mattered. That’s they are humans too and they understand when times are hard and will work with you. Even if it doesn’t have to do with payment. They really care about their customers and that’s not something you find easily. Mrs. Denise and Mr. Anthony are amazing! Whole staff will have you laughing from walking in to walking out!

Hand down BEST in the triad!! My experience at this location has been nothing but positive! Great staff that go beyond expectations to keep the customer satisfied. Will definitely continue to do business here.

This unique establishment has always shown great customer service. I really appreciate how they knew about their furniture, appliances and different accessories. This store I would recommend to anybody because the plans are good and once again the customer service is very friendly and courteous.

I’ve purchased and paid off furniture from renter a center a couple of times with two different RAC. Management was great and they always worked with me. Great place to furnish your home. Even when they deliver the delivery guys are great, if they come repo the delivery guys talk you in to paying and keeping it. Cone Blvd Store manger is great and those working her. Highly recommended

Their customer service is terrible. Denise is rude and disrespectful. Choose another place to get your furniture. They are so polite when you’re shopping but when you’re trying to return their furniture it’s a whole different story.

My daughter has made several purchases for her new townhouse from Rent-A-Center and the service has been great prices are affordable and we would definitely shop there again.

No one in the store can do simple math. I had two agreements that were a total mess. No one could ever get the numbers correct. Between employees leaving and half not showing up, to managers always changing, it was a mess. I went to RAC to try and save money, it wasnt about needing payment options, but I got just the other way around. I ended up having to pay in cash for both of my large purchases just to not deal with the headache each month. I would not recommend going to at least this location due to this reason. You have been warned.

I’ve been renting from this Rent A Center for 9 years and haven’t had a complaint or bad customer service. The Manager Anthony is always willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure you get the quality products that you deserve. I would recommend this be the only place to rent from.

All in all its been good but i went in this morning to inquire about a desk and chairs and was told by the lady behind the desk who like everyone else working there was not wearing a mask of face covering. She told me that there was no catolog of items in stock or for sale/rent. I would have to go online to see whats avalible.

I originally started an online order for an xbox, after completing the online application, I was told a store associate would be contacting me, after 3 days I called the store and was told to come in because the lines had been down. I purchased an xbox from a pawn shop. So when I went into the store my fiance and I decided to get a livingroom set and bedroom suit, all went well. I was told the money for the xbox would be refunded to my card and that my next payment was due 3/16 due to the 15th being a Sunday. I went back in store on Saturday to have my sectional exchanged and was refunded for the xbox out of the register before I left. That night I checked my online account and said that an amount that was over 100 dollars more than I owed was due on the 16th. My fiance called first thing this morning and was told the xbox was no longer on my account when I checked it was still there, all while this is going on we were expecting the new couch to show up between 2 and 4 today. RAC did show up at 3 today telling my fiance they had the couch, when they came in they started arguing with her about they were there to get the bedroom suit and livingroom suit. All because I didnt make a payment on an xbox I did not rent from them!! The manager told me hisself that they made the mistake and that they could not honor contract and I would have to be refunded the money I paid originally. Is this how this store does buisness???? 3 managers in one store in they all act incompetent. I will not be going back here or referring anyone.Sincerely,The man you put on the floor because of your ignorance! I hope all of you there sleep well in your beds tonight after you worked so hard pushing your pens and buttons on your computers!!!

My son started by renting a motorized recliner from them that broke the next day. After over a month of phone calls, they still never sent anyone over to fix it and said they could only give him a very small discount for a broken recliner that wouldnt recline. They eventually just picked it up but he still never missed a payment. He make the mistake of renting more merchandise from them. He has paid them faithfully, on time for almost a year. He was slow at work and called to make arrangements for an extension for only one week. The manager told him that if he didnt have the full amount the day it was due, they would pick it up! They wouldnt even give him one day, even if he paid half immediately. Horrible customer service!!!!

They will tax you no matter how much you pay they will always say you owe more than what you really do. If I could I would give them no stars. Customer service is horrible. The so called manger Denise is a rude and mean woman. DONT DEAL WITH THEM EVER!! Lesson learned

Legalized loan sharking! Do not rent from them! Youll end up paying 3 times more than their crappy stuff is worth. This particular store is full of non-caring idiots who will call you 3 times a day if you miss a payment by 1 day. Youve been warned. Save your money.
