You can tell he cares if you’re getting the best bed for all involved, not just Selling the highest priced mattress set. Tommy is hard to please and he even told Patrick he was good at his job, explained everything with knowledge to back it. Very pleased!

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. We went in on a Thursday morning and spent about an hour looking. Wesley was great to explain various brands and give us lots of information. We decided to think on it for a couple of weeks and came back on a Saturday. Again, Wesley was working and took his time with us again and helped us make our purchase. It was a guided experience with Marvin Benford, focused on finding the comfort level first, and narrowing it down from there. These are not your grandparent’s mattresses any longer. They’re perfect for people with mobility issues, sleep apnea, acid reflux – and even snoring. And if you like to work on your laptop or watch Netflix from bed, they’re worth the investment. I wish I could compact the words in a short review of my experience at Mattress Firm, Bridford Parkway, Greensboro NC store but I probably have more words than space! I suffer from degenerate disc disease, complicated by bulging discs and arthritis. The moment I walked into the store I was greeted by Wesley and he took to time to listen to my situation and knew exactly which mattress I needed and I immediately was relieved that he was very knowledgeable of my back issues and new exactly what I needed! I tried several zero gravity brands and models and was sold immediately on the Temperpedic Luxe Breeze system! The cooling top layer feature immediately lowered my body temperature and molded to my back with ease and tremendous back support! I have never received such amazing customer service anywhere else I shopped. He took time to really listen and was just as engaged with my mission to find the right mattress for the right price! I won’t be shopping anywhere else for futures purchase!

My mother lost her husband just a few days ago. She was anxious to get their bed put back together. When the first two locations didn’t have what we needed, they found a store that did. I went into Mattress Firm not looking toBuy anything, just to look. Westley introduced himself and told us about the deal they had on Presidents’ Day sale and so we looked around and talked. Me and my fiancée saw this Serta Hybrid mattress and instantly fell in love with the mattress. Obviously we tested more than one mattress, but nothing felt like the Serta hybrid with cooling coils. So we ended up with that one. Westley was a super chill dude letting us know how much we could save that day which was a lot and we talked about games, movies and etc. All in all Westley was very much helpful with us being first time mattress buyers give that guy a raise. Awesome place.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. The employee introduced himself and assisted us. He showed us several options and allowed me to try and retry so that I could make my decision. Delivery options were explained to us in detail. Overall experience was great.

What started from day one as a bad experience has turned into a nightmare. The first mattress we purchased was delivered ripped with a large stain on it classy. After hearing of the issue management offered another mattress. I agreed. Within 3 weeks the mattress began failing. Again we switched out our mattress this time for a Simmons Beautyrest. Another 5 months go by and this mattress fails. We did what the sales rep suggested and filed a claim with the MFG. Mattress firm forgot to mention if we switch the mattress and not the box spring all warranties are voided through the manufacture. They have to match- Simmons box spring Simmons mattress.. Get the picture? Our claim was now denied.Went back to mattress firm and made them aware of the issue. Rather then switching the bed out for something of equal value. I was told I would need to spend another $1,200. They said I received a good deal the first time and I should be happy to spend a little more. Excuse me? I was mentally worn out by arguing with the so called DM and his sidekick. So I gave upIll start first here on google.Next will file a claim with the BBBAnd then small claims.Save yourself the headache and buy from Costco

The Most Pleasant Experience...Had been looking on Web for a Mattress; and came across this Deal. My wife & I went to MATTRESS Firm and the Manager was Very Pleasant and Knowledgeable. My wife and I are Extremely happy we went there. Got to try out Mattress we wanted. Will have it in 3 days; plus 90 days to try out. He said If not happy before 90 days, we can return. Also, it comes with 10 year Warrantee. What else can you ask for...BTW, its the Mattress Firm behind Wal-Mart off Wendover. He was Very, Very Kind!!!

Went to Mattress Firm to check the 4th of July sales on new Mattresses as I am badly in need of a new mattress. They didnt have a lot of the mattresses in the store that I was checking out online, but was still interested in seeing what some of the models had to offer since it had been over 8 years since I purchased my current one. Marvin was the sales person who assisted me and I was extremely impressed with his salesmanship. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products he sold and was extremely personable and friendly. They didnt necessarily have exactly what I came to see, but I managed to purchase a mattress I feel I will be comfortable with. The only drawback was delivery is a month away, but not necessarily the fault of the staff at Mattress Firm, considering the 4th of July sales ongoing, along with the Covid pandemic. Im moving to a new apartment in October, so I wasnt in any rush to have my mattress immediately, but this may be of issue for other customers. Besides that, Marvin was great! Im very indecisive and he was patient with me and I appreciated it. I highly recommend Marvin.

Arrived during the week to avoid the weekend crowd. The only downside to mattress shopping during the week is that there is only one person working, but I didnt mind because it gave me more time to shop. I had completed my research and only needed to physically try out the beds that fit my needs. I suggest doing some type of research before blindly walking into a mattress retailer. The associate Randy was very knowledgeable and patient. I was able to put their lowest price guarantee to the test. Also they had a great financing available 60 months no interest with delivery options. Give them a try!

I recently purchased a mattress from this location from Hamilton. There was also a young female working but I cant remember her name. I went in today to pick up my mattress and Hamilton was working again. I went ahead and ordered 2 more items because I am so pleased with the customer service at this store. Both employees were beyond helpful and friendly. They chatted with me while we were waiting on the computers and had me laughing. Today when I got my mattress I had my 7 year old son with me and Hamilton was friendly and wonderful with him. These two employees are the reason that I will continue to use Mattress Firm whenever the need arises. They deserve faster computers and a huge bonus ;-)
