My wife and I enjoyed the staff, they were very hospitable and knowledgeable about their products. We did purchase the bed and all the accessories we wanted. We believe sleep is a part of good health. I recommend you lay down on the bed and you will be amazed as we were.

My husband and I purchased a sleep number bed. At the time we were buying the bed the sales rep. was told we were moving to Texas in a month after the bed arrived. She said no problem we can send a team to disassemble the bed and when you get to Tezs there is another team who can set it up. When I called the Greensboro NC store to ask if they were sending someone to take the bed apart. They said yes we can send someone to do that but the cost is $200.00. I said this is crazy and we can just send the bed back for $100.00. They said no we will arrange it for free. Guess what the day we moved no one showed up to help. and no one came when we got to Texas either, but we didnt call in Texas because they never called us back from the first encounter. Very dissatisfied and I still have the opportunity to send it back. Not sure what will happen. Great bed, horrible customer service.

Cammie is amazing, she was not pushy and very patient. We are looking forward to our bed arriving. Our parents also got some money for their referral.

I can’t begin to say how pleased I have been with my sleep number bed!! In addition, the customer service I’ve had with Samantha at the Wendover-Greensboro store has been amazing. She’s taken care of all questions and needs including after the purchase. Highly recommend!!!

We went here to simply TRY a different option for a mattress. Little did we know that they would show us the FULL experience and allow us to try all the beds in the store. We wound up purchasing a c4 with several extras. Well worth the trip!!

We did a bit of research online before we went to the store, so we had a working knowledge of the product and costs. We inquired online and received a text message and phone call from a sales associate, Cammie, to set an appointment. Didn’t really know WHAT to expect... but very glad we went in rather than just buying the bed online. At Cammie’s recommendation we bought a lesser expensive bed because it fit our needs better.The store is clean, covid protocols in place. They have a sales process they go through to introduce you to their products and technology and it is all very well done. No pressure sales, upfront pricing, very knowledgeable.We are excited to get out new bed!

Dont waste your money. The close to $2,000 base can not be returned and the $1,000 mattress is nothing more than an air mattress. Not worth the money. Keep in mind delivery fee is $199, then when you request to return the air mattress they charge another $199 fee to come pick it up. Also sleepnumber cancelled our first pickup date for returning the mattress and pushed it out 2+weeks, which pushed the refund for mattress only (not base)back and was inconvenient to have to keep in our home while not using. Hopefully this gives some insight and transparency in their misleading trial policy.

Sleep Number was recommended to me by my chiropractor, so I drove directly from his office to the Sleep Number store. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Im looking forward to delivery of my new mattress!

Purchased my bed three years ago and we love. Sleep number has been really good to us. I am totally impressed with there customer service.

15 years of chronic pounding hip pain GONE after only 3 months of sleeping on the 360 Smart Bed. I always thought a hard mattress was the answer to hip/back pain. I was surprised to find out that I need a very soft mattress, my sleep number is 25. I used to dread going to bed because of all the tossing and turning and never being comfortable. Now I look forward to a great nights sleep every night.

Just spent my first night in my new sleep number. It was the best nights sleep Ive had in a long long time.

Chris was the chap who helped me out. Aside from putting up with my rather retrograde humor, he was kind enough to show me around the place, to give me an idea of what my starting sleep number might be (35) and to sympathize that yeah, maybe it was time for me to quit sleeping on a thin futon on the floor and get a real bed.Bed is due next week. Platform frame purchased elsewhere.Generally speaking, cost was about what I expected, less, though, if you amortize it out for even half of the 25-year warranty.

Store was nice and clean. The associate was very nice and knowledgeable of the sleep number product, very helpful with our decision making process. Will tell friends to visit this store if they are looking for a sleep number bed.

This store is extremely well managed, and the entire team was pleasant to deal with. Even when newer employees didn’t know answers, they were honest about it. I’ve been in this store before (about 18 months ago), and everything is different. The manager, Roshan, is fantastic and helped my wife and I for over 2 hours. I’m in sales myself and have never seen such a patient person. The only issue was a delivery date being available, but that’s my own scheduling issue. This is the real deal!

My wife and I went to this location in May and purchased the queen dual p6/flexfit 2. The entire experience in the store was fantastic and made even more so by our sales associate, Stephanie D. She was very knowledgeable of the products and patient while we decided which product suited us physically and financially. Financing took about 30 seconds and we instantly became apart of the sleep number family. The sleep has been absolutely amazing on the sleep number! I would highly recommend trying one out even if you dont make a purchase just to feel the difference. Theres nothing like it 👍🏿.

I went into the store looking for a particular bed...little did I know it was the most uncomfortable one. My daughter and I tested all the beds, but testing the i 8 bed I knew immediately it was the one. Matter of fact I fell asleep...seriously. Roshsun took time to explain everything about each bed for us to make an informed decision. By the way, this will be my second Sleep Number Bed...the other one is in their museum...its been that long. I highly recommend Sleep Number beds.

The most professional and upfront mattress store in town with professional salespeople. I would have to agree that you may pay more for your mattress but the customer service is beyond any doubt the best in the industry. The after sale support was so surprising my friends got tired of hearing me talk about it it for weeks. My wife and I discovered we like different firmness which is why we went with Sleep Number. I called customer service to ask a question and received not only an answer but service like I would have never expected.Most importantly the price point is upfront and non-negotiable however when I visited a competing store we were quoted a different price on the exact same mattress that another customer was quoted in the store! The salesman was trying to keep his voice low but we still overheard him offer a better price on the same mattress we were looking at.... Lets just say that that company is on every corner in town.

Very expensive, but their products are likely worth it. Unfortunately, I was unable to buy at this time. My salesman was both helpful and knowledgeable on their products.

Also these so called vibrating adjustable platforms for the over rated air mattress?? You can buy online for pennys on the dollar for what these people charge and better quality. These people are the worst company for over rated products and a joke for customer service. Dont waist your money and time shop around I promise you will see its not worth it... Good luck.

We went to the Greensboro Sleeo Number store because we are upsizing to a king bed. We have a queen sleeo number bed and love it. The salesperson, Samantha, was very helpful and very thorough when explaining all the new features that are available.

The sales staff are great but customer service after the sale very poor great bed the people who delivered our bed broke the bed of our spare bedroom where they put my old mattress, 2 months now since that day and still not settled promises of will call you back go on and on sadly we will be returning the bed not dealing with a good product that doesnt care about the customer after the sale

THE EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST EVER!!.After persuading my brother and his fiancee into looking into a Sleep Number after they had all intentions on getting a Tempuraputic Bed.They went and purchase one in Va Thanksgiving Weekend.I got them pillows from this store from Manager Tom Peterson, only to be surprised that my brother and his fiancee already had pillows. I return to the store to obtain a refund on the unopened box that the pillows were shipped to me in.Only to hear that SLeep NUMBER DOESNT DO ANY RETURNS.Odd because I actually purchased these from this same person Tom weeks ago.He mentioned that they could be return the day I purchased.So when I asked him how so .. He asks me Do u hear well lady ? And Can you hear ..I have never been disrespected like this ever .So to be insulted like this was unacceptable. I asked for his BOSSES name and business email and he stated he wasnt authorized to give me that info.. I then asked for him to be called. He stated I will not .I had to call corporate and go over his head since he was being very nasty .All in all if purchasing from this store only do business with Denise Graziano..for store manager Tom Peterson should not have a Manager position and should be coached in customer service ..His boss Frank Wright will be contacted about this unpleasant customer interaction.

Clean envoroment also a friendly customer service representative Roshan knew what he was talking about and was not forcing anything down our throats.

It was reasonable, but limited selection for breakfast.
